Have any of you read chapter 11 in the Law of War manual? Like really read it? The more I re-read it, the more convinced I become it was written expressly for DC.
We get a lot of the same questions from skeptics. It’s always the same. How is Trump gonna do that? That’s unconstitutional. That’s impossible. Normalcy bias. It has never happened, so therefore it cannot happen.
All of that is solved with one assumption. If DC is considered occupied territory, and Trump is inaugurated properly, 11.3 occurs.
If that is what is actually happening, it unlocks Pandora’s box. The power bestowed upon the administration and the military is limitless. The constitution doesn’t even fucking apply, because it’s not the United States of America. DC isn’t a state. It’s some contrived piece of federal bullshit.
The military can create courts of any kind, can keep courts it wants, can label ANY “civilian” who assisted the occupying power a belligerent, can prosecute anyone. The only major qualifier is essentially the Geneva Convention. Forget people’s job titles. FBI. CIA. CDC. FDA. Congress. Senate. They are all the same. If they actively assisted the occupiers, they can be prosecuted. It resets EVERYTHING. By the way; the manual also distinctly mentions biological weapons. Whoever fucked with that stuff is also up shits creek.
If you really wanted to drain the swamp, down to the last fucking drop, this reads like a user manual. No one is safe. No corrupt DC judges can help. All of them likely have enough evidence against them that they themselves will be classified as belligerents.
Trump is telling us. Are you going to be a dictator? Only on day one. Because on day 1, 11.3 occurs and the operation goes public. He has bragged he is going to federalize DC to shut down the crime rate. What if that’s not hyperbole? What if it’s preparing us for what we are gonna see?
We will find out soon enough. Either it’s true or it’s not. But if I am right, if 11.3 is Inauguration Day or the day after, no one is safe. Hussein will be trying to use his Kenyan citizenship as a means of avoiding being declared a belligerent or enemy combatant of the occupied territory.

California, as just one example: presumably they've been serving the DC Corp and faking elections for decades, effectively occupying and governing the state unlawfully. Obviously we've got a rather long list of other states that have been similarly usurped, but I think they all qualify.

Yes, all states are likely occupied territory because they have corporate overlays domiciled in DC, UNLESS, the sovereign Union state Governor has terminated the contract with the MUNICIPAL SERVICE CORPORATION (MSC) overlay. STATE OF TEXAS CORPORATION (1933) is NOT the same as Union Texas state (1845). There is an illegal, unconstitutional "contract" between the Union state "delegating" sovereignty (or attempting to delegate) to the MSC. A sovereign entity, by definition, cannot delegate its sovereignty.
It is theoretically possible that the "publicly named Governors" are not the actual sovereign Union State Governors, depending on the state Const. (Pre 1933). A corporate official, although claiming to ALSO be the sovereign Governor, most likely cannot hold both positions (per violation of A4S4), and it is possible that all 50 sovereign Governor positions are currently vacant waiting for a Patriot and resident of that state to claim the position.
If the vote is rigged, the position would be vacant by definition anyway.
All of this certainly makes me take more note of the "New California" and the "State of Jefferson" and the "East Washington, Idaho, East Oregon" movements.

Correct about rigged votes, but voting system is a corporate election where the corporation can select and appoint whoever it wants. It is not a sovereign state election. Also Dem and Repub Parties are also private DC corps and they can contract to agree on who is “allowed to win” as they very likely do.
Corp elections are NOT a "Republican Form of Gov’t guaranteed to sovereign states" per Article 4, Sect 4. They are all null and void, ab initio, back to March 3, 1933.
I came across a group a few years ago that was deep into this subject and actually was in the process of recruiting people to claim these vacant offices and re-form the states under the Articles of Confederation.
The thesis was basically that the Articles were not properly disbanded since they require all states' unanimous consent, and therefore the Constitution was improperly ratified and, according to them, invalid.
It turned out to be a shitshow because the leader who called himself the Postmaster General was an insane narcissist who attacked and belittled anyone who tried to challenge him on anything. He would publicly call them a communist infiltrator, kick them out, and make up some story that he caught them doing something nefarious. There were a lot of good honest smart people that were trying to study the subject and ask questions but had to leave because of the drama.
“Postmaster” was probably CIA plant to disrupt and inject disinfo to stop the movement. Any “centralized” org is going to be infiltrated and destroyed. Only anonymous, headless movements can effectively counter Intel agencies. Thus, the Great Awakening and Q + anons. Founding Fathers all had public pen names for publishing to avoid the Censors of the Crown.
In this case, I doubt the guy was CIA, but he said he had worked in high level "nation building" projects in the middle east during Bush 2. He said at one point he discovered that the entire North American continent had not been properly claimed, so he claimed it. Then started his project to fill vacant offices. It was during Trump that I found the group and followed because it sounded interesting, but the more I listened the more red flags appeared. He had about 25 different websites with mile-long domain names and random info scattered throughout, half the links didn't work, and when people tried to research what he was saying in the meetings they couldn't find what they were looking for. When they complained he told them "it's there, you just didn't look hard enough."
The group was trying to start their own currency and called it the Continental Dollar. They had cash notes they traded amongst themselves but they wanted to digitize it. I tried to tell them about crypto but they hated the idea and the main guy thought he could run this currency from a WordPress plugin designed for loyalty points, and he fully believed it was going to destroy bitcoin. My pushing the crypto idea was what got me banned.
Citizen activism is definitely in the right vein. It is likely that if a large enough portion of the population just "opts out" of the system via moving the fruits of "labor capital" into BitCOIN offline private wallet where it cannot be stolen in any way, then the whole "slave system" collapses.
And I think it only takes about 30% of US workers to no longer pay Federal taxes, and about 3.5% using BitCOIN as their store of wealth to prevent theft of labor property (as defined by 4th Amendment). I think we are currently at or approaching ~20% not paying taxes and ~1.5% hoarding BitCOIN right now with the adoption rates accelerating, so we are very likely to hit some critical thresh-holds very very soon.

Personally I think there was little fraud in 2016, or at least not nearly as much as in 2020. They never expected him to win and there weren't enough countermeasures in place. Hillary may have actually won the popular vote, however I'm sure a lot of people voted who weren't supposed to, and that may have been enough to say that Trump may have won the popular vote among those who were legally entitled to the right to vote and did so.

My theory - Last Man Standing
Who knows? I can guess. I think they do the same thing they did in 2016. Break the algorithm. It takes the numeric vote switching AND the cheese ballots working together.
In 2020, they didn’t have to come up with 50 million ballots. Biden didn’t really get 81 million. Without the algorithm, he got 40 million. And Trump probably got 100 million. The algorithm switches red to blue, at a rate of predetermined rate. Trump got so many votes, that it wasn’t enough. That’s why they had to stop counting, and give themselves time to get more ballots.
2020 was not the way they wanted it to be. Biden was supposed to win cleanly. Trump just did too damn good.
There are far smarter people than me that figure out the algorithm and how it apportioned votes. Once they got the formula, they could apply it districts and the same numbers kept coming up.
If the algorithm is disabled in 2024, it will be impossible to cheat their way out of it with cheese ballots. Trump is going to out of the gate assume an enormous lead, and it will likely be the biggest landslide we have ever seen.

I am torn if it’s gonna be election night or Inauguration Day. I lean toward Inauguration Day due to the wording in the manual, and the very important symbolism of the inauguration.
11.3 cannot begin until political authority has been stripped from the occupying power. That doesn’t happen election night. It happens on that stage. When Trump takes the pledge and assumes the role of Potus. At that moment, he is now the guy.

No. Just like any military action, covert operations have been in use. The entire Q project is straight out of counter insurgency operations. The military routinely establishes psy-op to inform civilians of required info and counter enemy propaganda.
Clearly, some sort of action occurred in 2016 that prevented the election from being stolen. Admiral Rogers visiting Trump Tower without authorization to inform him of the surveillance being used against him was action. We may never know who did what and where for the last few years.
The 11.3 event is what authorizes massive public legal action. Inauguration Day or soon after would be the day we open deployment of military to the US border. Arrests in DC. Soldiers federalizing the territory.
As written, 11.3 begins the process of reclaiming occupied territory from an enemy. To satisfy that, the territory has to be captured and political authority stripped away. A proper inauguration of Trump would satisfy that requirement, by stripping away command authority from the occupying power.
Once that occurs, cleanup can occur. Public action. Trials. Courts. Arrests. It is factually impossible to clean up DC using the federal court system. They are a part of the problem. So how to get around that legally? So you can try high ranking politicians, Intel agency members, and members of the corrupt DC federal system itself? 11.3. provides the legal framework to create new court systems out of whole cloth to try anyone who assisted the occupying power and it’s agents.

Yes. How exactly do you plan on bringing justice currently? The entire court system has been doing nothing but ignoring and hiding a sham election for 3 years now. All the way to the Supreme Court.
