Agreed. Stop watching TV in general. I was one of the first wave of "cord-cutters" back in 2008 that canceled cable and have had only Internet connectivity ever since.
No cable channels, no local channels. Tried a few of the streaming services until I learned they were also full of crap. No more of that either.
Now it is just some foreign media, online sources of books, games - plus various types of exercise. It really works. I am pretty much immune to all of the propaganda and 5GW psyops, etc.

Let me say this as an NFL fan who has watched the games. I did not feel the last Chief's game was rigged so I was skeptical. However, I thought back to four regular season Chiefs games I watch this season that I did feel were rigged in their favor. Then a lightbulb went off in my head. They don't need to rig games the Chiefs are already winning. They only need to rig the ones where the Chiefs need help. One game by itself could look legit. If you take the season as a whole, the Chiefs had tons of help getting to the Super Bowl.

They recalibrate the IQ curve every so often to force this outcome. A 100 IQ today is about a 120 IQ 60 years ago. So, it's a relative, and not a fixed scale.
It's a tool used to make people feel "dumb." So you can control them easier.
I’d bet money that our intelligence has gone way, way down, not up; that a 1960s 90 IQ is more like a 105 today; and that this has been done not only through poor education leaving minds unfully developed, but also by intentionally making people unhealthy and reducing nutrition.
The control has been done by hiding the truth of our civics and law system, corrupting the money, increasing dependency systems, and heavy heavy heavy brainwashing and deletion and rewriting of history.

I think it’s the other way. Anyone scoring advanced (120) today would have probably scored about average (100) sixty years ago. There is a pretty clear dumbing down of the population. They want people to feel smart without actually giving them the tools they need.
They why would they adjust the IQ to always have a median of 100. That would do the opposite of what you're suggesting.
Because if you gave people an IQ test from 1950 and most people scored 80 or lower, people would start asking a lot of questions.
The adjustments are shared publicly and readily observable. You can suggest they're wrong or they've lied for 80 years straight intentionally, which could be true, but this is an amazingly easy thing to falsify.
Just.. get an IQ test from the 1950s and give it to people.
