Has already gotten a promotion, etc. He was proud the day they let him handle $500K in cash - not just exciting for him, but that he had so quickly earned the trust. He is probably making $22-$24/hour. His 16 year old cousin who is still in high school is working at In and Out making $20/hour. Something very wrong here.
