Yeah, its quickly fatal. As a nurse I've taken care of patients with it. One that stands out years later was a young man of thirty six. He only lasted a few months and was on very heavy pain meds. Left a wife and three young children.

My brother had blood clots and they found pancreatic and liver cancer. I told him what to do he took two rounds of Chemotherapy and he died from diagnosis to the end about a month. Vaxxed.

I have a neighbor who has survived pancreatic cancer so far. All the time I’ve thought this was the worst to get and was a death sentence.
She had all kinds of chemo, surgery etc. was told that it would come back in 5 to 7 years. Been 5 years and she’s still ok. (I didn’t know about the less lethal stuff five years ago). But she dreads getting in to be checked every year after what that one doctor said.
