We used to hang out, but kids don't have political opinions, and they generally don't give a shit about world events. We grew up, though, and we've apparently learned different things: she from her trusted MSM, and me from Q drops, bakers and Anons (on VOAT mostly, back then).
This educational process has included a whole lot of letting go. Relationships, our ideas about how this world runs and our own place in it. It's all forever changed. I would rather know, frankly. Ignorance may be bliss to some, but never for very long. Eventually, we have to see with unvarnished clarity just exactly how deeply humanity has been used and abused.
