If the committee previously itemized the incoming contribution on Schedule A, then it must itemize the refund on a Schedule B for the appropriate line number.
I'd love to do a poll of likely voters to see how many of them remember this and believe it. It would be a nice way to identify who is informed enough to make a good voter.
