If not in session, Congress is required to convene within 48 hours once the 25th Amendment is invoked. When in session, Congress has 21 days to settle the question if the president notifies Congress in writing that no inability exists. The vice president and the cabinet or disability body has four days to file an objection to the president’s declaration within that 21-day time frame. If no objection is filed, the president resumes his duties.
If the president’s declaration is contested, two-thirds of the House and Senate must agree to allow the vice president to act as president until the president is considered able to serve, and the president can file another declaration about his ability to serve after Congress votes on the question.

Better for Congress/Senate to lean on the M/CIC and DOD to just deny Buyden's orders on the basis of Unconstitutionality under the UCMJ. Replacing Buyden with Harris just gives [them] more of the same. However, if Trump were to put a couple calls in to Speaker Johnson and Senate Majority Leader Thune's offices and tell them that he's paying very close attention to the developments and that he'll have Gaetz and Hegseth open investigations on Day 1 of their terms, and this all stops immediately. They'd be forced to acquiesce and begin denying Buyden's orders on the reason of National Security.
And in this case, it would truly be a NatSec issue, because NONE of Trump's supporters, the true Patriots of this Nation, want to see the world devolved into a potential nuclear conflagration because of the uniparty's insistence that the most corrupt country on the planet needs protecting from a man who wants to eliminate Nazism once and for all. Letting Harris take the reigns even for 1 day still gives [them] way too much authority to keep going down that road. But threatening the M/CIC and DOD with criminal investigations and Courts Martial takes that power away from [them].
