There is a similar thread on 4 chan from about a year ago. Guy had cancer and was terminal. He claimed he worked on a UAP retrieval program. Said there were bases under the water that are factories to build UAP drones. One is in the Atlantic near the Bahamas.
Wow! Thank you. I read all of it (RIP OP, it seems like). There is a common conclusion drawn in those 2 threads (remember that they came from very different fields):
-They possibly existed long before us, the humans
-They can destroy us anytime, but choose not to.
-They really don't want to interact with us for the most part.
-They only seem to respond when events of strife (e.g. war or nuclear) are mentioned or occured
With this information I can speculate a few things (without going too overboard while keeping it Q themed):
-Q said, "the world is connected. The world is watching." (#1264). Along with post #2222 (above), I'm sure Q was at least hinting us. Trump's "I just want to stop the world from killing itself" tweet now has a much deeper meaning.
-Why is it at "highest classification?" I believe the Satanists know about them too. It's possible that they started all the wars, threatened to nuke (including the Samson option), *JUST TO LURE THEM OUT AND STEAL THEIR TECH*, so they can become Gods themselves. The 2nd thread hints at this possibility with the US.
-That would mean, if we're not alone, then there's possible 3 races here on Earth: human, reptile, and humanoid "greys" (from 2nd thread). Edit: Did I just describe Starcraft (Terran, Zerg, Protoss)? LOL
-Is this what Trump is really fighting? Kinda like Matrix Revolutions - humans and the "greys" must [edit: defeat the reptiles so they can leave each other alone.] Not too far fetched, I don't think? lol

I consider Marshall Vian Summers' way of seeing it to have merit. The greater community of worlds has rules, such as nonintervention on emerging worlds like ours. If rogues want to sneak in and take our resources, they would need to keep it secret (highest classification).

I could be wrong, but I have theorized for ages that "aliens" might not be from space, but from the oceans. Remember all the sightings that happened after we started dropping nukes? While some thought it was extra-terrestrials hearing the shockwaves sent through the universe, I think it's far more likely that it was ocean life that came up to see what the hell we were doing. They would have been concerned, because this is their planet, too. IF they exist, it makes more sense. Who is more likely to look out the window when your house is on fire? The crazy thing is I think I’ve seen this. A big group of us rented house on the Outer Banks, NC and we were hanging out on the beach late at night. The moon was on the horizon over the ocean and was bright and huge and it just looked off. I pointed it out and we watched it. It sunk into the ocean and you could still see its bright light. I always thought that was a craft and not the moon. When does the moon or the sun glow in the ocean after it has gone down?
