Thank you, u/Tetartos_Ippeas!

Excellent post -- and unlike the X post, YOU provided actual references that backed up the claims AND provided additional info.

You're one of the hardest working pedes on this board.

You are very welcome!

Mine dropped things way too much for almost a decade. I am thinking a big part of it was undiagnosed arthritis & just assumed it was part of a concussion that wasn't going to get any better.

Of all things, GAW pointed me to try Boron & after a month I had only dropped a fish about once every 90-120 days, vs the 3-4 times per week.

I also have found that for me personally turmeric has finally kicked in & that my back wasn't killing me when I was going about church today gathering attendance rolls. I couldn't believe it.

I also found that magnesium (using "CALM") every night has helped with edema (leg swelling & likely other bodily swelling too). Granted there are a few other things that I am thinking contribute to this, but in the past week every night I take it the next day I have mild-no issues. The days I forgot, I ended up with mild-moderate issues the following day.

All kinds of trial & error. If boron can help, it took me a month before I saw any real change & was taking 36mg (6 pills) initially, now taking 5 daily. I may be overdoing it, but I am a big horse.

All kinds of unsolicited info, but I hate to see anyone have hand issues & if it is arthritis based, I can't recommend boron enough.

I love this community.

You need to gather them in the spring BEFORE they bud. In Germany you will see people walking the fields after the farmers just did the spring plow, picking up the dandelions to make a spring tonic.

Back in the 60’s, in early spring, my mom would send us kids out to cut dandelions. She would make a hot bacon dressing loaded with onions and pour it over the greens. It was a combination that made them palatable.

I also know people who would gather the dandelion flowers then batter and fry them. They are actually pretty good.

I dried the flowers and used them for medicine but I like the roots better. They are very potent.

Here's something else you can do. If you collect enough of the roots and dried them in the oven, they also make excellent coffee substitute and not only that, heals all kind of diseases.

Dandelions used to be plentiful in my neighborhood, and especially on my lawn. Several years ago, most of my neighbors began paying for "lawncare", which involves a team of about eight guys (illegals), with gas powered leaf blowers, huge stand on lawnmowers, and other very noisy equipment. Nearly every day of the week someone's lawn was being tended. We couldn't even be outside due to the noise, dust and pollen. We never used any of those services (our lawns are pretty small), and we would still have Dandelions, but I noticed this year not one single Dandelion. The chemical weed spray has killed them off. Upside; most of the illegals have left, and instead of the noise and spraying constantly, only a few neighbors now have lawn care. Maybe our Dandelions will return. I hope so.

From Farmer AI:

To dry dandelion leaves, you can air dry, oven dry, or use a dehydrator.

Air drying involves spreading the leaves on a clean surface in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight for a few days, turning occasionally.

Oven drying requires placing the leaves on a baking sheet and drying at the lowest temperature (around 170°F or 77°C) until they're brittle.

A dehydrator can dry them in a few hours at a low temperature.

Regardless of the method, ensure the leaves are fully dry and brittle before storing them in an airtight container.

Culinary uses

Tea: Dandelion leaf tea has an earthy, herbaceous, and slightly bitter flavor, and it's a popular caffeine-free beverage.

Flavoring: The dried leaves can be added to various dishes as a spice, similar to how fresh dandelion greens are used in salads or sautéed.

Greens powder: Dehydrated and ground into a powder, dandelion leaves can be incorporated into smoothies, desserts, baked goods, sausages, or used as a flour substitute.

Recipes: Dandelion leaves can be rehydrated and used in recipes that call for cooked greens, like soups, stews, or sautéed dishes.

Kimchi: Their bitterness pairs well with the strong flavors of kimchi, providing a unique taste and texture. (That one was a surprise!)

In Poland dandelion is called “mniszek lekarski” which translates to: healing monk.

Be careful: There is true and false dandelion. People often confuse them. Key difference:

  • One yellow flower instead of multiple.
  • All leaves grow from 1 place instead of tree-like structure.

Found this recipe in case anyone wants to try it.

How to Make Dandelion Wine Ever looked at those bright yellow dandelions in your yard and wondered if they could turn into something awesome? Well, let’s talk about making dandelion wine – it’s like turning a bunch of flowers into a tasty drink! Ingredients: 1 gallon of dandelion flowers (petals only, no green parts) 4 quarts of water 4 cups of sugar (or to taste) 2-3 lemons (juice and zest) 1 orange (juice and zest) 1 package of wine yeast or bread yeast 1-gallon glass container (fermentation vessel) Cheesecloth or clean towel Large pot Funnel Airlock (optional but recommended for fermentation) Instructions:

  1. Harvesting Dandelion Flowers: Gather dandelion flowers on a sunny day, preferably in the morning when they are fully open. Collect about a gallon of flowers, ensuring to pick the petals only, leaving behind the green parts, which can impart bitterness.
  2. Prep Work: Remove as much of the green parts as possible from the dandelion petals. Some green parts are okay but minimizing them helps avoid bitterness.
  3. Making the Dandelion Tea: In a large pot, bring the water to a boil and pour it over the dandelion petals in a heatproof container. Cover the container and let the mixture steep for around 24 hours, allowing the petals to infuse into the water.
  4. Cooking the Dandelion Mixture: After 24 hours, strain the dandelion tea into a large pot, discarding the petals. Add the sugar, lemon juice, and zest of lemons and orange to the pot with the dandelion tea. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. Then, simmer for about 30 minutes.
  5. Cooling and Fermentation: Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, transfer it into the fermentation vessel (the gallon glass container). Add the wine yeast or bread yeast to the cooled mixture. Follow the instructions on the yeast package for proper activation if using wine yeast. Cover the mouth of the container with cheesecloth or a clean towel secured with a rubber band to prevent debris and insects from getting in.
  6. Fermentation Process: Place the container in a cool, dark place to ferment. Stir the mixture once a day for the first few days. Allow fermentation to continue for about 2-3 weeks. You may notice bubbling as the yeast ferments the sugars.
  7. Racking and Bottling: After 2-3 weeks, strain the liquid through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any sediment into clean, sterilized bottles or jars. Seal the bottles and store them in a cool, dark place for at least 6 months to allow the flavors to develop. The longer it ages, the better the flavor.
  8. Enjoying Your Dandelion Wine: After aging, your dandelion wine is ready to be enjoyed! Serve it chilled and savor the unique flavor of your homemade creation. Benefits of Dandelion Wine Dandelion wine, beyond its delightful taste, can offer some potential health benefits, much like the dandelion plant itself. Here are some of the potential advantages of indulging in dandelion wine: Antioxidant Boost: Dandelions are rich in antioxidants, and these properties can carry over into dandelion wine. Antioxidants help fight oxidative stress in the body, potentially reducing the risk of chronic diseases and supporting overall health. Digestive Aid: Traditionally, dandelion has been used to aid digestion. In some cases, moderate consumption of dandelion wine may offer similar benefits, potentially assisting with digestion and promoting gut health. Potential Liver Support: Dandelion roots, often used in herbal medicine for liver support, might retain some of their beneficial properties in dandelion wine. Some believe that moderate consumption could offer gentle support to the liver’s detoxification processes. Anti-Inflammatory Effects: Dandelions possess anti-inflammatory properties, which could carry over into the wine. These properties may contribute to reducing inflammation in the body, potentially benefiting conditions like arthritis or inflammatory-related issues. Relaxation and Stress Reduction: Like many alcoholic beverages, dandelion wine may have a relaxing effect. Enjoying a glass in moderation might help ease stress and promote relaxation, contributing to a sense of well-being. Floral and Aromatic Experience: Beyond its potential health perks, dandelion wine offers a unique taste experience. It’s floral, slightly sweet, and carries the essence of the dandelion flowers, providing a novel and enjoyable beverage option. Remember, making wine at home involves fermentation, so it’s essential to maintain a clean environment and follow proper sanitation practices to prevent contamination. Additionally, this recipe can be adjusted to suit personal preferences in sweetness or flavor intensity.

I worked in a natural health clinic where we saw over 20,000 patients a year. After observing and interacting with over 100,000 patients I can tell you for sure that dandelion does absolutely nothing. Very few natural remedies and herbs have any benefits, it's mostly a placebo based industry. Bonus info! Dandelion is a hyper accumulator of heavy metals so most dandelion is actually bad for you, full of very unhealthy heavy metals! Bonus #2 dandelion has many anti-nutrients that destroy the gut micro biome.

I had more dandelions in my yard this year than I have ever seen; my yard looked like a commercial dandelion farm :) My neighbor had almost none (except for whatever took root from the seeds that flew to his yard from mine last year :) ) because I'm pretty sure he sprays his yard. Selective adoption has resulted in almost all of the dandelions in my yard being the very low flowering type, which means my mower passes over without killing the plants (but if I mow right after the flowers pop up, they are tall enough, but they spring up, flower, and go to seed so fast it's pretty amazing!)

Dandelions thrive in soil that is 'dense' - they help break it apart and aerate it. I had a lot of dandelions in my yard, so I knew it needed a bit of aeriation when I first started. I hated to pull them out because I know just how beneficial they are. Their leaves contain calcium, too; it's like natural lawn maintenance! But my wife likes a nice green, manicured lawn, so unfortunately, I pull them out :(

We are researchers who deal in open-source information, reasoned argument, and dank memes. We do battle in the sphere of ideas and ideas only. We neither need nor condone the use of force in our work here. WE ARE THE PUBLIC FACE OF Q. OUR MISSION IS TO RED-PILL NORMIES.

WHY Q?

"Those who cannot understand that we cannot simply start arresting w/o first: ensuring the safety & well-being of the population shifting the narrative removing those in DC through resignation to ensure success defeating ISIS/MS13 to prevent fail-safes freezing assets to remove network-to-network abilities kill off COC to prevent top-down comms/org, etc. etc. should not be participating in discussions." Rules

Q Supporters

This is The Great Awakening. Our community is international, focused on helping ourselves and others walk away from the programming, and return our governments to "by the people, for the people!"

Follow the Law

No posts or comments that violate laws in your jurisdiction or the United States. The Feds are always watching!

No Bad Behavior!

No doxing, including revealing personal information of non-public figures, as well as addresses, phone numbers, etc. of public figures. All GAW users must adhere to the highest standards of conduct, whichever .WIN they are on. If we are notified by other moderators of incivil behavior on other .WINs, you WILL be banned here!

Civil Discussion ONLY**

They want you divided.

They want you labeled by race, religion, class, sex, etc.

Divided you are weak [no collective power].

Divided you attack each other and miss the true target [them].

No PAYtriots/No Self Promotion

Linking or promoting merchandise, fundraising, or spamming personal websites, blogs, or channels is not permitted. Do not attempt to profit from Q or advertise for those who do. Peace is the prize. We do it for free.

Questions and Concerns

All moderation questions and concerns should be submitted via modmail. DO NOT GRIEF the mods.

Expand your thinking

Remember, this .WIN is the public face of the Great Awakening, and, as a member here, you agree to represent the Great Awakening movement against Globalism, Communism and Progressive Insanity in the best, most positive way possible. NOTE: Your comments and posts may become news. Keep it classy!

This is not a 'fringe conspiracy' site: Visit https://conspiracies.win if that's your thing!

No doomers or shills

If you can't use common sense, you'll get banned without hesitation. If you're a shill, you fall under this rule. If you're a doomer, you fall under this rule as you just add garbage to the site like the other two. This includes forum sliding.

General Rules

  • Mods will issue NO warnings, followed by temporary bans and/or permanent bans. DO NOT GRIEF THE MODS.

  • Keep posts related to topics Q has raised or that are current.

  • Keep post duplication (especially from other .WINs) to a minimum.

  • HIGH EFFORT, HIGH-INFO posts only! Please respect other readers' time. Please use descriptive titles. No URLs in titles, pls. No clickbait.

  • No fame-fagging; no, "your" post did not get removed! Were you the original author?? Eyes on the prize, people!

  • Memes encouraged, but no low-quality, low-info posts.

  • Keep it honest and accurate.

  • GAW Supporters ONLY. (Sorry, the train had no brakes.)

  • Handshake noobs will be scrutinized by their Q knowledge, sincerity, and respect.

  • Remember, your conduct here represents the Q movement! OUR ENEMIES ARE WATCHING!

  • Please direct all complaints to modmail first!
