The NFL is scripted, the winner is predetermined all for love of sports betting.
As real as professional wrestling. The sad thing is sports fans can’t/won’t/don’t want to see it. It would shatter the lifelong illusion that’s been built up.
They see it, they are just too programmed to pull for their team. Just like politics. Americans have been programmed to pick a side and defend it, no matter what.
It's why when one team wins because of an obvious bad call, they excuse it away and still celebrate. They can't see the bigger picture, and what is really going on. Super Bowl 3 is a perfect example of this. Many Colt players firmly believe Earl Morrall, the backup QB that started the game, threw the game. They point to a play that was called that had ONE outcome, and was designed for ONE player, yet he threw it somewhere else for an interception. Rigged as hell.
Guess which Super Bowl is credited for the success of the whole thing. Super Bowl 3. They don't use it as a model for nothing.
I believe the college game has been infected as well. I have watched too many games in my life only to ask over and over, "How can they possibly get that call wrong?" I also believe ESPN and other outlets are in on it. They want their ratings, and close games and upsets give them that.
The college game is a tightly coordinated human trafficking ring. They use laundered money, stolen property, and trafficked girls to convince players to sign up for college. Even in the 90s Spike Lee exposed it in "He Got Game" and no one seemed disturbed by it at all

It was in 1963 when the NFL approached JFK and asked for a sports entertainment license. It was then granted. Since then, the other ‘professional’ sports organizations have followed.

Scripted is too strong of a word for this, IMO.
I can’t say myself to what degree these games are or are not rigged, and I wouldn’t be surprised if upsets do happen regardless.
But I will say, almost every big game seems to have one or more really bad ref calls that leaves everyone scratching their heads.
And, like most conspiracy theories, it suddenly makes sense why that happens so frequently as soon as you allow yourself to entertain the conspiracy theory that the refs aren’t actually there to ensure fairness.
Right I believe the "scripted" narrative is pushed by the powers that be to discredit the notion and make it seems ridiculous to normies. I like to say its "guided outcomes." They have multiple narratives they may take, depending on things like injuries, fluky plays etc. They adjust to momentum and changes and use key people and influence over refs, media to guide those outcomes and maximize prodit. Its not that hard or crazy to think they do this. They even flat out admit to yourself on some of the rigging they do...NFL admits previous records influences future scheduling, bad teams get easier schedules etc, is that not a form of rigging? So where does it stop. Don't think for one second in the nation of WWE other leagues dont do the same type of things.
The players have a role on it and they are scripted to throw the game. There is a player on the Colts that dropped the ball right before the goal line.

After the Falcons Super Bowl appearance against the Pats, Atlanta quarterback Matt Ryan claimed he was not allowed to call audibles during the game. If any SB was scripted, that one was. New England held the lead for exactly one play... it just happened to be the final one... in overtime.
The Georgia Bulldogs lost a national championship to Alabama in similar fashion... either a year before or after that Super Bowl. Final play, in OT. Quite a coincidence.

They mostly lost me a little before that with the yellow flags every ten seconds and unbelievably stupid rules. I remember Calvin Johnson (Lions) making a perfectly good touchdown but the official denied it because he didn't 'complete the process' or whatever but diving over the pylon at the edge of the end zone or 'breaking the plane' with the ball without ever setting so much as a pinky finger in the end zone was a touchdown.
The kneeling stuff cemented it for me though.
