So… a judicial branch judge is overstepping her boundaries and is telling the executive branch how to conduct business? Just another corrupt judge that needs to be removed from the bench.
Judicial interprets and ensures what the legislative initiates is legal while the executive executes the legislative initiatives. Judicial has no enforcement powers. She can order all she wants, but has no authority to enforce.
Not any mere judge but a FISA court judge at that. What a coincidence that this criminal institution with their past unmasking shenanigans is still at it.

I think that is exactly the purpose - to appeal this all the way. Have SCOTUS rule on it and the legality of these broad injunctions.
Very likely, once SCOTUS rules on it the lawfare loses teeth. I feel like that's what we've been doing recently, getting all the ducks in a row legally for "the storm" so that it can weather any challenge.

That is one of the reasons why this is taking so long, he's not ignoring the law.

IMO, though it may not be popular, any delay caused is more to be seen as self inflicted by the state as a whole. An earned punishment by their indirect actions of allowing the judge to be seated in the first place.
President Trump could bypass it by declaring martial law, but it isnt that dire yet, and the optics would be terrible.

Immergut’s order is still active until the Ninth Circuit panel rules on DOJ’s emergency stay. Once that stay hits “granted,” her injunction is frozen, and the executive can legally move the Guard. So for the moment, she holds the line only because appellate paperwork hasn’t cleared yet. As soon as it does, control flips back to the Commander-in-Chief.
