I would think there would be some form of decorum that would look down on this at Davos.
I used to do alot of public speaking events and I can say just from public speaking etiquette this would be massively frowned on.

I honestly didn't think of it when i saw the picture of him until I saw this picture and that popped in my head. We ALL noticed when FJB's eyes miraculously changed brown. So I thought, HMMMM. Thats one way to hide it lol
His natural eye color was brown. I found some older pics of when he was a Senator (i.e. the real FJB) and that was their color. The blue eyed guy was one of the several actors they used.

But in reality he could have had surgery on his neck and often times they go through the front, bulging discs etc. Or it could also have been surgery on thyroid.
Just my guess is
I had a C5-7 cervical fusion way back in 2004. I had 2 discs removed and replaced with bone, and a mesh screwed in with 2 screws in each vertebrae (6 total screws). They went in through the front of my neck, and only needed a single incision of under 2 inches. I don't know about thyroid, but that incision isn't for herniated discs - it's WAY too long.
I figure it is either a mask coming apart, or someone tried to slash his throat and he got massively lucky and survived.
