Keep in mind almost all of these "super important" speeches and info dumps Trump does hardly ever have anything that we didn't already know, OR wasn't already out in the wild waiting for people to find it.
The idea is to get the public's eyes on it.
ALSO keep in mind most of the public is being prepped for this by the MSM and will likely shrug it off.
BUT
SOME will see it and start shifting. And that is the whole point. New eyes, new truth seekers.
AND more importantly, most of such speeches are also aimed at eliciting some forced moves from the paniced enemy.

As in, who suddenly tries to get a bunch of cash and leave the country.
