14 years myself. Less than 6 years to retire and not sure I can make it that short time. I believe the state of affairs has many contributors. The key root cause in my opinion is the quality, or lack of quality, current staff and independent adjusters have. 75% attrition rate, DEI hires all over the place, experienced resources have retired or left because they are sick of the bs. When Covid hit most of the quality resources that could retire did. Resources are the real reason claims have 3,4 or more adjusters. By the time the claim gets to someone qualified they are having to clean up huge messes.
As someone who has been doing complex claims for years the good resources wind up doing nothing but clean up on claims that are 6 months old. Because resources are so incompetent companies have taken away most decision making authority and review most the claims. Many of these poor resources become leaders and the cycle gets worse.
Are you a catastrophe adjuster? I am and I could talk for hours about all of the issues.

Duval county has always been center to left of center. Most conservatives have moved out of Duval county and reside in St. John’s county, which is hard core conservative. Jacksonville has more than its share of the liberal voting 13% and urban creep continues to destroy areas.

I personally believe the result we are seeing worldwide is from the vax. When you look at the level of mental health/insanity escalations the only major variable injected worldwide was the vax. With it making modifications to the dna we are witnessing a form of zombieism in my opinion. However, I believe this will be limited to four or five more years. As their condition get progressively worse something will have to happen. They will either go full out zombie and attack or they will begin to be committed. And we don’t know the longevity as they get progressively worse.
Republicans have lost virtually every race since the election. People are more than frustrated with the GOP and I suspect many will not vote out of protest. Sad they would do that but we have seen it time and time again. Whenever GOP gets in power the royally screw their base. I personally think we are sunk in the midterms. The only thing that can save the party is massive arrests. And if they don’t happen before midterms they will never happen.
