So I think a little bit of fascism to cure this is going to have to be the answer. We need the military to step up and do their job. They need to abolish the government and install Trump as President. If the courts don't like it Well they need to be gotten rid of too. That is correct. However I am not aware of any SCOTUS rulings that include the military justice system. I believe that the UCMJ would apply to a POTUS. So we do have a legal military option.
I suppose you could make some argument for that, although I would be surprised if military code even includes election lawe as it's not a 1:1 legal system and I would assume there would be jurisdiction issues. Regardless, even with a military conviction they have no legal authority to actually remove a President.
