So, according to the manual or Law of War, the US military could not use the rule of belligerent occupation against the leaders of Puerto Rico. However in the case of DC, as soon as Biden was certified as POTUS, DC instantly became occupied territory by a foreign government. Specifically the CCP. In order to avoid full scale war with China everything had to be done just as we are seeing! Be patient and know that WE are doing everything "By the Book".

I've gathered that Q had multiple objectives with all those postings. Here's what I'm thinking so far, not in order of priority:

each of these posts hint at something that on the surface don't seem to tell you anything specific...
but when you refer to the military code of war (literal codes written down to spell out how the military responds in specific situations/scenarios) each of the codes give you a number, and each of these numbers correspond to Q drops that specifically mention the subject in the military code.
yeah sounds confusing so here's an example using made up letters
military code ABCD talks about use of a bioweapon against the US population and how the military handles it and prosecutes it
Q drop ABCD is warning about a bioattack from china
...it goes on like this for dozens of codes that are each linked to Q drops numbered the same way that discuss the exact scenario.
i'd encourage you to watch it because it lays out the info much better than i can TLDR... but the link is undeniable.
Q team gave us everything in advance, meaning they discovered the plan to overthrow the US and they set a trap for them all... to let it happen, let them pull of the heist, while they watched everything to see who was involved.
