I was formerly nominally conservative. Not quite a contard, and always victory-over-communism (spent years living in South Korea) but still, I thought the Left were by and large the only ones being weaponized and infiltrated.

The Ivermectin thing is just an excuse. The real reason they needed the episode pulled was because the inventor of mRNA vaccines/technology was on talking about how nobody should be taking the vaccine because it's behaving in 'unexpected' ways.

Bret Weinstein is already ex-communicated from the left. They nearly lynched him up at Evergreen and destroyed his career in the academy, (it’s an interesting story). He still hasn’t fully taken the redpill after all that,( like Dave Rubin), so I don’t have a ton of respect for him. But it’s good his voice is out there, as he does have a good understanding, like his brother, of how the perverse incentives in the institutions can lead to the negative outcomes we’re seeing. It’s just too bad he can’t recognize the ideological aspect of it.

Yeah, I don’t know what to make of him. This redeems him a little in my eyes but even after the Evergreen incident, he wouldn’t support what Trump was trying to accomplish. I was like, duh, Trump is calling out the same people that ruined your career but you won’t give him any support? And go so far as to promote people to run against him? I’m glad someone of his visibility has taken a stance on Ivermectin, but i still don’t entirely trust him.
