How? - Attacking you with foods that contain soy and chemicals that suppress testosterone levels. hormone disrupting chemicals have made their way into a variety of products, from cosmetics like sunscreen and toothpaste to plastic water bottles and thermal receipt ink.
Using the media, the economy, finances, race, fear and every other weapon they can to keep you in a constant state of stress. These environments and conditions drive up secretion of the stress hormone cortisol, which results in lower levels of the estrogen-desensitizing hormone progesterone. This relative increase in estrogen dominance is not good for either sex, but men are particularly affected by it.
Why? - Strong men inspire and lead others, protect those around them and most importantly, fight. Weak men follow.
Edit: Most insurances won't cover TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) but **will **cover testosterone if you're a woman Transitioning into a man. That's very telling.
It's obvious too. I never seem to see any young guys that look like they can handle shit. Like real masculine guys. They all look like they are stoked for the next comicon or other soy boy bullshit. We are all being poisoned in every way possible it seems.
My son is 17 and a XC runner. He has a fast metabolism, so he’s slender and muscular. What would you recommend to help him gain some? (We doesn’t want to be too bulky because it would make him slower, he’s the fastest distance runner on the team)
Big difference in racing 100m and 3 miles. Type II fibers add the most mass, but tire out quicker. The longer the race, the longer they are extra resistance instead of extra propulsion.
Food diary is a great idea. I’m sure he could stand to eat more often. He will eat pretty much anything and any time, but I’ve noticed that he will almost forget to if I’m not offering him food.
We have two enormous containers of weight gainer that could use some love.
You’re right about Bolt, he’s very muscular but still has that runner/swimmer body type. More of the long and lean, as opposed to the very broad shouldered bulky look.
I think it’s partly genetics, but with muscle you do need to consider which muscle fiber you’re looking to increase.
More bulk doesn’t mean more strength.
In Bolt’s case, that dude is tall! Like 6’5”? … but look at his legs, slim and super strong tendons. The tendons can compress a lot more energy per inch.
Typical response is; Quality proteins and fats in conjunction with minimal strength training. But I would suggest looking into AthleanX, Jeff Cavalier is top notch with muscle and brains to match since he's a physical therapist as well (also has like 9-11 million subs, among them are all the triple A list athletes). But to gain some mass, you have to do strength training, especially if you focus mainly on cardio. I get quick results with grassfed whey protein and creatine (best within 45 mins of strength training). This is just my experience, I also have a high metabolism but do not train for distance running. Jeff will likely have just what he needs.
We will check him out! Thank you so much!
Edit: that guy is ripped 😂
You bet, I'm grateful to help...enjoy the journey fren!
Milk is cheap and essentially a super food if you're not lactose intolerant. The protein in most protein shakes is milk protein. Don't have to drink the whole gallon, 3 cups a day would would give you 450 more kcals if you grab whole.
If you have access to RAW milk. That stuff will change your life!
Goats milk btw, the best milk out there.
Bench press 3 times a week.
no ejaculating, no sugar, no alcohol, no cannabis.
Every young man and women should train JiuJitsu or another martial art. This would help.
They're out there, but they have to be raised on a diet completely devoid of soy.
All begins with weak minds. The weaker the mind, the weaker the body.
If the body is strong, raging T levels, and the mind is weak … dude is basically a dumbass :)
Case in point … look at all the designer gyms out there. Dudes are so full of themselves, they may look strong, but once the punches start flying. It’s game over for most of them.
True but then where is the meat coming from? And what type of sunscreen are you using? Lol see they attack us absolutely everywhere.
Eat well raised animal meat and ORGANS (this is key), look for a local farmer who knows what they are doing, or buy from a food online seller.
https://grasslandbeef.com/# is quite good, family farmers, Patriots as far as I can tell.
And as the TheQStrategy says… go lift some heavy stuff. I prefer just large sacks of sandbags or small gravel. You can buy 80lbs bags. Lift it, use your entire body … most of the gym rats may look muscular but they’re not Strong. A dude should be able to carry twice their weight (the goal).
When I went keto, did a full year and now I'm just low carb, i felt invincible. I ate eggs and bacon every day (still do) and the only negative was my Dr. Asking for my diet so he could share it with the other patients.
Have you considered more resistant starch?
So for example, potatoes… eat it a little bit raw. The carb profile is more resistant as well as the insulin response. No comment on the taste though 😂
Not that you mentioned it, but I think we need to watch out for chicken because I think they feed them lots of soy because it's high protein. And apparently they feed soy to laying hens as well so even eggs might be a concern, too. So does your grandad have his own chickens?
if your eggs, dairy, and veggies are grown with glyphosate, atrazine, BT toxin, bovine growth hormone, ractopamine, ...
your environment includes MDF furniture and polyurethane foam, laminates, personal care products, plasticizers (many bisphenol-A free plastics have even more estrogenic activity) ...
the best osmosis cannot filter out nano particulate fallout so small it crosses the blood brain barrier...
and you're sleeping surrounded by EMF fields...
you may have some work to do.
The whole truth would put 99% of people in the hospital...
This is definitely the problem. Insidious toxicity throughout our food supply.
Nice. I just got my wife to do 12 hour fasts, Ill get her to 16 eventually.
Even easier: don't be fat.
Fat releases aromatase which converts your hormones to estrogen.
A fat guy following your idea will have increased T but most of that will get converted to estrogen
On far loss, make sure you’re detoxing well … saunas, sweat, taking shitters twice a day, etc.
The body stores a whole bunch of toxic chems in fat cells, so when people start to burn fat too fast and not be able to detox their system is flooded with a whole bunch of shit there can’t deal with
Cancer patients who have undergone chemo are susceptible. When they lose their fat, it’s like going through chemo again.
The dry sauna is one of my favorite things to do other than exercise/martial arts. I walk out of the dry sauna feeling like a new man everytime
Just listening to pretty much every "male" on tv and movies. Most all sounds like effeminate nancy boys.
Remember that while ‘metro sexual’ craze? For some reason it just pissed me off back then.
True story. This was about 2003/4?, a guy that lived across from my apt, had a friend who was a hairdresser. We all watched a segment on the news at this hairdressers establishment and his customers talking about the new "metrosexual" craze and how it wasn't gay dudes, but straight guys that just wanted to dress nice, smell good, nice hair etc. EVERY guy they interviewed for that segment was on level 12 flaming(NTTIAWWT), the whole segment was a fraud to deceive people. Even the reporter new they were all flamers(NTTIAWWT) but needed to push a narrative.
Sadly this is 100% correct. We must mitigate ALL estrogenic influences in our environment, especially as we age. Plastics and pesticides are biggees. Unfortunately alcohol is estrogenic too, especially beer due to the hops. Same goes for smoking weed, buds from the female plant.
But if you're gonna imbibe, clear spirits like vodka (distilled several times) would be the safest, always with enough carbs and SATURATED fat to keep the liver stress response to a minimum.
Women can use BIO-IDENTICAL progesterone and many men find PREGNENOLONE to be very helpful. Nicotine can help mitigate estrogen as well.
I can speak from our own personal experience with bio-identical hormones here. My husband and I have been experimenting in this area for 8 years. I'm 55 and he is 60. Both of us have found all of these protocols to be profoundly helpful in keeping age related issues at bay.

A lot of healthy, strong young men are sent away by globalists to die in wars that line the 1% pockets. We lose a lot of virile men from the gene pool that way.
Also, look at the media. White men are portrayed as homely, geeky, nerdy, small, effeminate, stupid, weak, and silly, wearing pink shirts and weird glasses. Always being educated by handsome, strong, big, worldly, intelligent Black men.
KALERGI PLAN
I'm not racist, but I am only attracted to my own race. I really do not understand this obsession with black men that some white women have. I have zero attraction to black men. Zero. Love them as people but thats it. What society is doing to white people is disgusting. I'm really sick of seeing "diverse" families in every commercial. I'm sick of seeing white people with every race but their own. Its time white people start loving their own race and quit being cucks to everyone else. Its not an attractive quality. Its time to bring back the Christian white ALPHA male. Enough bowing down to everyone like we're lesser than them. Enough already.
This obsession with Black men has been created by the media. I was looking online at a Target ad and there were about 20-30 models per page modeling sweatshirts. Every. single. one. was Black. Look at who's in the movies, magazines, commercials, etc.
This is the KALERGI PLAN in action. Eliminate or dilute the White race through interbreeding so the people you end up with are more compliant and easier to control under communism.
The New World Order is afraid of White men like this:

True. I've never seen so many fucking fruit cakes in my life. Nothing wrong with having a soft side but this is so noticeable today. I've always wondered how fucking bad our food really is and our drinking/shower/sink water etc..
Any Frens got info regarding water and best ways to purify drinking water? I drink a ton of water each day out of my Yeti mug but the water comes from Sparkletts big bottles. I stopped drinking plastic bottles for the most part. The tap water at home that we wash our dishes with and brush our teeth/shower with makes me wonder as well. Thanks
I have been using a 5 stage reverse osmosis system for the last 3 years. It is a small system that mounts under the sink. The tap water coming out of my sink tasted horrible and had a heavy chlorine odor. I tested the tap water and it measured over 400 PPM. The water coming out of the RO system measured 6 PPM. What a difference it made. I would say it tastes better than bottled spring water and from what I have read it also removes fluoride from the water. I also use it for watering plants. Can't say if it makes a dif but its gotta be better since chlorinated water kills the natural soil microbiome. It wasn't too pricey considering how much you can spend on bottled water in a year, I think it pays for itself.
Here is the system I have, but there are plenty of other brands if you look around.
https://www.expresswater.com/products/express-water-reverse-osmosis-water-filtration-system-5-stage-ro-water-purifier-with-faucet-and-tank-under-sink-water-filter-plus-4-replacement-filters-50-gpd
We have a similar system! So much lime and iron in our tap water, it's a must. I'm hoping it's pulling some fluoride out as well!
For your tap water, go to your municipal water company site and see if they have a water report handy. If not you can either request it or get it tested yourself.
Either way, you want to ensure heavy metals are really low and the fluorine and chlorine levels as low as well.
Then from there you can get a gravity type water filter system like a Berkey or look around. It’s important to know what you’re dealing with as your source.
Then add some good mineral salt (Redmond Salt is great), and a drop or two of Lugols iodine 2% into a pitcher.
Another option is to look for a natural spring in your area and see if you can just go make water runs.
Unless you’re sweating like crazy each day you don’t really need to drink that much water. You’ll get most of your water from your foods (vegetables, fats). The salt is key to good hydration.
I'm curious about Iodine, any feedback on Nascent Iodine versus Lugol's Iodine?
Good Q (heh!)… from what I’ve researched Nascent Iodine is from Cayce’s ‘energized’ Iodine, and from what I understand has very little Iodine per drop (at the micro gram level . We’re aiming for milligrams).
The goal is to saturate your tissues with Iodine, so the best form and very affordable is Lugols solution, Iodoral (basically the pill form of Lugols), and there are some other manufacturers as well, I think Biotics Research Iodizyme?.
I prefer Lugols solution 2% or 5%, it’s cheap and has both Iodine and Iodide (Iodine for body tissues, Iodide for the thyroid).
Dr Brownstein would recommend a daily intake of 25-50mg of Iodine (Lugols 2% solution, 10 drops = 25mg of Iodine).
This is just to supplement, you can get Iodine naturally, from seaweeds and from some good salts.
Ok thanks, I've heard that there are concerns with the seaweed as a lot of it comes from near Japan and may be contaminated (Fukushima possibly?) , do you know if there's truth to that? I also get the impression that you're not going to get anywhere near the amount you're talking about with just salt, it seems like people are relying solely on Lugol's.
I might end up trying both then, I don't think I've ever really had Iodine in my diet so I'd be interested to see if it has dramatic effects.
Any other major health recommendations? I do plan on getting a Berkey water filter in the near future and I'm trying to get more hardline with my dietary choices.
The good news about Iodine is you can test for it. I highly suggest going with a 24 hour loading test … the protocol is to ingest 50mg of Iodine (Iodorol tab usually) then collect your urine over 24 hours. The measure is how much Iodine is secreted etc. if you can pair it up with a Bromine test even better (halide group… Bromine will displace Iodine, and is toxic to you).
Find a doctor who can do this for you and then you can see where you are. You do need to supplement for this to be effective as well (Selenium, B2 and B5). There is an entire process in how Iodine gets used in the body, so it’s best to first measure where you are then go from there. Any excess Iodine in your system will be flushed out unless you have some rare genetic disorder (I can’t recall top of my head).
As far as seaweed from Japan, I’m not sure but there may be credence to it, you’ll need to find a reputable source. The issue is radioactive iodine, which isn’t good for you. I think the best course of action is to supplement Iodine, and with foods just eat for enjoyment.
Thanks, much appreciated!
I've been taking drops of Iodine daily for over a month after following some anons on the chans discussing it. Will report back on anything I notice.
Sounds good!
Thank you for the response! I'll check this out. I do sweat a ridiculous amount each day due to my training/workouts and 20min dry sauna sessions which is why I drink so much water. I have always been worried out our big city tap water. Even pouring the tap water for my dog bowls started making me cringe. I'm trying to switch it all up.
Make sense! If you’re sweating so much a day, do add salt into your water. You lose quite a lot of minerals from sweating, magnesium as well.
You could drink an isotonic solution (make it your self though, don’t buy shit like Gatorade), and 30m or so before the sauna drink a cool 16-20oz of a hypertonic solution.
Godspeed!
Cheers! What type of salt btw?
Also, I had a friend talk about keeping our bodies with basic PH and suggested mixing 2 tablespoons of magnesium chloride in one liter of water/ 30-40ml a day to prevent the accumulation of calcifications in our body. He was personally taking a tablespoon of baking soda when he felt acidic/heart burn. I unfortunately get heart burn/acid feeling a few times per week. Any thoughts?
I just use a good quality sea salt, or you can get some form of inland dry bed salt … Redmond brand salt (from Utah I think), Himalayan salt, etc. experiment with how much is too much - depends on your weight, overall mineral balance, etc.
MgCl2 is great too, should be part of your isotonic solution. Your friend is right in that Mg can help with over calcification, but the reverse is true … too much magnesium can be fatal. If you do add MgCl2, get a good clean source (not the big bags that they use for foot baths… my opinion is that it may have trace metals in them).
Don’t forget Potassium as well.
Heart burn/acid reflux — sort of depends. This one is tough. It could be you don’t have enough acid in your stomach hence why you get heart burn. Increased salt intake will help, as the Chloride is needed to form acid in your stomach. Drinking too much water could mess with your stomach acid as well. Baking soda will neutralize the acid yes but our stomachs are not meant to be alkaline… the acidity is needed to break down foods and also destroy pathogens/bacteria/etc. hell your reflux could even be caused because you lack bile so the fats are not broken down properly, etc. lots to look into.
You’ll have to dig and science this one out and see how you do, and refine/adjust.
I truly appreciate your time my brother. Hopefully we can stay in touch and continue our chats. All I have are a small circle of like minded people and you guys :) but I wouldn't have it any other way. And of course God who I know is watching over and protecting us!
I use a distiller.

Make your own water filter and never buy drinking water again - https://youtu.be/kazEAzGWuIc
This is really sad. I'm a woman in her 30's And I THANK God that I have a real man that has actual testosterone. I look around though and I feel sorry for women in their early 20's. Most of them have no idea what a real man is. There are really NO attractive men to look at in that age group. I see a bunch of skinny jeans wearing pansies. Their voices are high pitched and nasally and most of them are video game obsessed, wimpy soy boys who would rather sit in front of a screen all day over living in the real world. Disgusting, gay like and extremely unattractive. God help us. We NEED manly men or society is screwed.
Don't blanket a group because I know a ton that do not fit your observation above. But you are right too! LOL
Every guy in his late 20s or older should get your testerone checked.. especially if you’re feeling down or depressed, exhausted, not sleeping well or your sex drive is waining.. I found out mine was very low even we working a physical job, regular exercising and not eating like a human garbage can.. went to a “low T center” about 7 months ago for testing and got on a weekly shot.. took about six months but I feel like a different person. Nowhere near as anxious, moody or run down. Worth every penny and some people’s insurance will even cover it. I know it sounds like a hassle but it changed my life for less than 200 bucks a month. Three years ago I gave up alcohol/opiates, got healthy and six months ago got on TRT.. I am living a different life now and so much better off.
Not to sound like an infomercial but anytime the topic comes up I can’t help but share my experience in hopes it’ll help someone else
Think I may need to look into this. Been trying to get wife pregnant for 6 months now with no luck. Was smoking weed for many years but quit that 4 Month ago
They cautioned me that I’d make me less likely to impregnate my lady so doubt it’d help much lol
and now you have to stay on TRT until you die.
Depends how you do it.. if you go with a medicine to stimulate and increase your natural system.. you can quit once it’s functioning correctly again.. I do the injections and I probably will need it for life this way.. but at 35, it’d already dropped so much it probably wasn’t going to improve much with age.. so for me, it’s worth what I’d pay in a cell phone bill per month to feel good and balanced every day.
Not about how much it costs, but that you depend on a doctor and shots to function
Makes this make more sense than ever.

Article that analyzes the testosterone question: https://amgreatness.com/2021/01/04/test-of-the-american-man/
“According to Lokeshwar, potential causes for these declines could be increased obesity/BMI, assay variations, diet/phytoestrogens, declined exercise and physical activity, fat percentage, marijuana use, and environmental toxins.”
Guys consider getting bloodwork done to check your T levels. If they are low you can talk to your Dr about changes you can make and even explore TRT (testosterone replacement therapy)
That's pretty fucking significant, thanks for the Tabasco.
Also the medical doctors are not trained to treat it. They put you on antidepressants instead.
As a 30 year old who almost committed suicide from low testosterone levels, can confirm that TRT is life saving.
No wonder they can’t stand a real high-test MOGmaxxxer
Guess you had some vegan yoga hippie parents. Take control now and stop doing things that lower your test. You can recover. My parents didn’t know piss all about exercise or diet and it’s working out for me.
I hear you even though I am 6ft there was a period in my life were I was really restrictive with my calorie intake like probably not eating for days at a time or only a couple hundred calories and I probably would’ve been like 6’3 if I just fed my body better.
Height isn’t everything as long as you aren’t a complete Manlet you should be find 5’10 is barley that bad.
Glyphosates (GMO crops to correspond with this), Atrazine... America's factory farming is a blight on humanity. The traditional image of the American farm is nearly extinct, thanks to the Rockefellers and such. Plus with all of the processed foods that are loaded with soy, it's no wonder that T levels are so low.
And yes, Atrazine is the chemical in the water that TURNS THE FRICKIN' FROGS GAY. DO YOU UNDERSTAND?
Weak, stressed and gender confused!
There seems to be good sound advices in here. The one I was mostly taught was to avoid processed food because you don't know what they did with it.
What if you say you identify as a penis having woman, but now want T to 'transition' into a male?
How do we know this doesn’t come from our vaccines? I would guess that reprogramming our dna has been going on for a while.
I'm not sure about that. Bruce Lee was pretty buff and you know he consumed lots of soy sauce.
They also won’t pay for fertility treatment at all but for homos they’ll pay for anything including breast implants.
80+% of the population is fat.
Fat releases aromatase, which converts hormones to estrogen.
Another fun fact: it is well documented that people don't start to fight back until food is an issue.
THEY KEEP US FAT, THEY KEEP CONTROL.
I'm older but my TRT os a life saver. And yes you need to get checked.
While that is a big part of it (poisoning) the education system (every one is a winner) and boys growing up without a father also have a play in it. Not to mention hollywood and the music industry.
Probably all the soy in all the products, soy that contains estrogen.
True true. The issue is the how the soy is grown (gmo, pesticides, depleted soil)… and most of the soy eaten is processed and is in everything.
Fresh Soy should be consumed sparingly, but FERMENTED soy can be consumed much more often.
This generation has lost the art of food fermentation.
I eat at least 1.5 lbs of beef a day. I think my levels are probably good.
Disease today is more often an auto-immune related disease resulting from some chemical pollutant than it was a century ago. Formerly, it was a result of unsanitary-fecal infections. This stemmed from the unsanitary conditions of having domesticated animals for transportation and also human waste not properly disposed of and treated. The rivers used for a water source were all too often the same source for the drinking water and human waste disposal. Then you can add to this animal waste runoff as well.
Petro-chemicals and phyto-estrogen in the environment and also in our food is a much bigger issue than any politician is willing to tackle. The problem gets worse and no one seems to cares. I believe all petroleum and its derivatives are the single largest source of the problem. It's inescapable. Petroleum products are everywhere. Even phthalates, the estrogen-like substance in plastics that provides its flexibility is so ubiquitous in our society that it is used as a benchmark to calibrate scientific equipment. Yes, it's that bad. Always remember to avoid putting plastic in your mouth. Even Eddie Van Halen believed his mouth and throat cancer was from placing guitar picks in his mouth. I believe his theory was correct.
Quit thinking you can replace your testosterone with extra eggs and bacon or some magical supplement from Mother Jones. If you want to know for sure get a blood panel done either through LabCorp or Quest and find out. Or the better route to go would be to contact Defy Medical here in Tampa, FL, get a consultation and get on a TRT program. It was a life changer for me and totally turned me around. And no you don't have to be on TRT for the rest of your life. I had to get off for a couple years but I'm back on again and loving it. Grow a set (if you can) and make a call.
Defy Medical
That's soy for you.

Think back to how men looked a few decades ago, when is the last time you saw some seriously hairy men?
There are different body types. My build happens to be a barrel for a chest - easier to bulk up but hard to lose the belly fat. My brothers-in-law are all slim. It’s easy for them to keep the raft off but tough to bulk up.
Main thing is to do as you said: eat right, exercise, and I’d add to learn to work with your hands.
The globalists also want weak women - feminine strength does not look like masculine strength. By duping many into believing that, they weaken the feminine (very important for a healthy individual and society).
Read the Benjamin Braddock article, read the thread, not impressed. The guy has a theory that mens' testosterone has been falling since 2000 and is now too low. Where's his research, where's his facts? Where's his anything apart from hey here's what I think.
Stop masturbating.
Really. It's that simple.
Most men today masturbate to hardcore internet porn several times a day, or have sex daily.
Losing your semen diminishes your male power, period.
Sure, strength training, intermittent fasting, meat, eggs, poultry and fresh vegetables is great, but if you're constantly milking yourself like a caged lab monkey it won't do any good.
To be a man us to retain your Essence. Deepest secret right here.
Our precious bodily fluids !
When did this idea first strike you ?
During the physical act of love, Mandrake!
I jest but you are not wrong.
Edit :- Nothing wrong with daily love making, it has plenty of it's own benefits and the seed is not wasted in your woman, it even has anti-depressant effects on the female. It not the same as rubbing one out and then taking a nap 'cause you're bored.
I'm not claiming making love to your wife is bad for you, BUT:
There are cycles to everything. A woman is fertile for about 3 days around her ovulation every month (28 days). This is the time she is most receptive, so the man should probably exercise some restraint and only give her his most prized possession at this time, not daily.
But I agree that masturbation is far, far worse than sexual intercourse when it comes to hormone disruption.
Kubrick agrees with you :- "A profound sense of fatigue, a feeling of emptiness followed"
(BTW that's a very interesting scene, I just recently discovered the secret was snuck in to 'Dr. Strangelove'. Kubrick was an initiate of the mysteries, probably cost him his life revealing certain things in 'Eyes Wide Shut'.)
https://youtu.be/N1KvgtEnABY
Certainly seems that way.
"A profound sense of fatigue, a feeling of emptiness followed"
