My mom's doctor prescribed Ambien to help her when she complained of suddenly being unable to fall asleep at night, like at all. It turned out she had a huge brain tumor, but the doc never figured that out for 14 months until we finally demanded a CT scan and saw the monster. She died a week and a half later. But before that, the doc treated her inability to fall asleep with a variety of pills. He tried muscle relaxers, sleeping pills, anti-anxiety pills, anti-depressants and Ambien to try to help her sleep. This was in a very fit, active and happy woman.

You'd think that after months of trying all of these options with no success he'd ponder why they weren't working. He didn't. But I digress.

Anyway, during the 10 days she took one Ambien at night to sleep, she was able to sleep a little, seemed completely coherent upon awakening, but later, we observed that it wiped her memory. She lost recall of her birthday, her party, her presents, her stay in the hospital, her visitors and anything else of consequence. This was a woman that the FBI offered a job to when she was younger due to her extreme memory for details. We were horrified and took the pills away.
So, a few minutes of sleep for a full memory wipe was simply not acceptable. So, for that reason I will not take it, nor recommend it.

Do you think the brain tumor had an effect on her memory loss, or was it strictly after the several days of daily ambien use?

I know people often sleepwalking and lose memory of their groggy waking state during an ambien session, but I figured I'd ask because I have sleeping issues and melatonin only helps so much.

It was the Ambien. Her brain was working really very well until the last few weeks when she started losing weight rapidly, her hair turned completely white almost overnight and she began to call us kids each other's names. That's when we took her in to the ER and demanded the CT scan that the doctor didn't think was indicated. The only memory loss we noted was during the use of Ambien.

You might be suprised but tons of modern medicine create physical and psychological dependence. SSRI anti depressants create a physical dependence despite being absolutely worthless as far as "treating" depression goes, but people are instructed they need to be on them almost a year before they will feel anything, by that time they are incredibly physically dependent and will go through withdrawal without. Ambien is very addictive, similar to benzos in that not everyone will become psychologically addicted, but physical dependence will set in after a while. Even certain nose sprays create a physical dependence, Oxymetazoline (Afrin) will instantly clear your nostrils, but once it wears off you can hardly breath through your nose even after the very first dose, so a lot of people become physically dependent. Adderall is literally amphetamine, and we also prescribe methamphetamine to kids under the trade name "desoxyn". Ritalin and other "ADHD" meds while they might not be amphetamine based will cause psychological dependence very quick for a lot of people. Gabapentin and as another poster mentioned Lyrica as well are also very addictive.

Doctors hardly know or seem to care what they prescribe people, there are even some doctors that are so naive as to think opiates taken daily "as prescribed" will not be addictive! Ha! They use this logic with other medicine too, that if you just take it as prescribed, you won't become addicted, and if you do it's a sign you "abused" the medicine. As if a sheet of paper somehow causes the medicine to function differently once taken.

I was put on zoloft in high school due to a "chemical imbalance" after taking a written psyche test.. Doctor left me on it for two years straight. When the doctor realized he had me taking it for so long he had me stop cold turkey. The withdrawal was horrendous. Stopped putting my trust in doctors and pills. Use nutrition and natural herbal remedies. After this CV19 hoax it would take an act of congress to get me in a hospital...

How in the heck does somebody get off of ssri's?

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 0 ▼
– Gaterop 0 points 4 years ago +0 / -0

I would say taper as much as possible then stop entirely like anything else. SSRI withdrawals last a while and cause something called "brain zaps". They aren't easy to get off so a lot of people stay on them for years, but the longer you wait the worse it's going to be trying to get off. Daily medication is not the way to treat depression as eventually you will no longer get much effect from any medication be it opiates, benzos, SSRI, amphetamines, etc.

Except for the 88% of the ingredients that are completely unknown, and have all sorts of nasty MSDS safety precautions regarding human contact, let alone human consumption. People have stated they have taken it without problems, so if someone wants to risk it, that's up to them.

– Anon1970 6 points 4 years ago +6 / -0

It is all a scare tactic to prevent people from taking it and getting it CHEAP compared to the usual jack-the-price-up for human use. It is completely safe as I have taken it myself several times.

The ingredients "completely unknown" is a load of horseshit. Don't fall for the lies.

I called the company that sells the 1.87% (I realize it's 98% unknown, not 88%) IV paste. They don't know what comprises the 98%. They are under no obligation to find out, since they sell it for use on horses. The long list of MSDS precautions is for the 98%, not the IV. I just don't trust consuming something I have no idea what is in it, even if others report they had no problem. I just recovered from over 2 weeks of covid, so I'll wait and obtain some real, human, IV for a next time, if it happens. I bought two tubes of the IV paste before learning more about it, so now I have two tubes, for possible horse use :)

Everyone just needs to use their dam brains. 99% of things that would kill or even make a human seriously ill would kill or make a horse ill as well. Horses are WAY more sensitive in what they can eat than people. The likelihood of anything meant for a horse to eat killing a human is a zillion to one. Now making you sick or upsetting your stomach maybe, but that clearly isn't the case. Hundreds of people have done it already. Maybe thousands.

I understand your reluctance to try it. I am more of an adventurous type and I have also used this stuff on my actual horses for decades. I tried a small amount at first and then a full dose according to my weight. I had no ill or otherwise effects whatsoever from the paste. I also have the pour on for my cattle and have gotten some accidently on my skin to no effect either. I will assure you, there is NO dangerous materials in these products as they would be dangerous for the animals as well. Companies would not risk lawsuits for expensive animals from pissed off owners. The safety of animal drugs is on the same level as "human" use drugs. I know, I worked at a Big Pharma company for 4 years and the purity standards are strict for all drugs, whether for human or animal.

About the "unknown" ingredients, that is absolute horseshit. The companies that make this paste/gel know full well what the ingredients are and their properties. NO drug company is going to put unknown inactive ingredients in their products. That makes no sense at all.

Below are the inactive ingredients in a particular horse dewormer. They are not dangerous nor are they unknown as to what they do. I looked them all up and they are quite safe for human consumption. What you have been told is a lie and you are being discouraged from getting an inexpensive drug that is the same as the "human" labeled one. They want you to pay more $$$, that is all!

AGRI-MECTIN (ivermectin) Paste 1.87% Inactive Ingredients The MSDS sheet for AGRI-MECTIN (ivermectin) Paste 1.87% are the following: Corn Oil, Polysorbate 80, Apple Flavor, and Aerosil.

Here is an article about the lies the media have told about the ivermectin horse dewormer.

By "unknown", I meant unknown to people who buy it. The company won't disclose what is in the 98%; they claim it's proprietary. I'm glad you and other have been able to ingest it without any problems. I made it through covid without it, but hope to get "human grade" IV for possible future use if covid morphs into forms my immunity is no longer effective against.

Whatever, read the ingredients before you buy. Don't get the ones with other active antiparasitics. Get the IVM only ones. Also: IVM Drenches are a possibility, if the paste is sold out. Apply these to the skin, not by mouth, just as if you were an animal. Peeps are worried about the isopropanol that is the carrier for drenches. The toxicology warnings for iso are real, but from what I have read it is people presenting to emergency wards because they were drinking hand sanitiser to get drunk: they usually recovered. They have drunk an entire bottle. One teaspoon of standard drench, applied to the skin, as is the case for an IVM drench, is not gonna get you drunk, let alone poison you. It is as toxic as hand sanitiser which people frequently use these days.

I found another product that will shorten the symptoms of the Rona. It’s is called Artemisinin. A product put out by Standard Process. I bought a bottle of it from my Chiropractor, who is also a fellow Q follower. You only take it for 7 days because it cleanses the blood. A friends husband came down with the Rona and he took 3 capsules a day and in five days he felt great with lots of energy. He was the lab rat and gave it a thumbs up. You don’t take it as a preventive measure, only when you feel sickly. America’s Frontline Doctors put out an article and rated it higher than HCQ and Iver.

"Those who cannot understand that we cannot simply start arresting w/o first: ensuring the safety & well-being of the population shifting the narrative removing those in DC through resignation to ensure success defeating ISIS/MS13 to prevent fail-safes freezing assets to remove network-to-network abilities kill off COC to prevent top-down comms/org, etc. etc. should not be participating in discussions." Q Supporters

This is The Great Awakening. Our community is international, focused on helping ourselves and others walk away from the programming, and return our governments to "by the people, for the people!"

Follow the Law

No posts or comments that violate laws in your jurisdiction or the United States. The Feds are always watching!

No Bad Behavior!

No doxing, including revealing personal information of non-public figures, as well as addresses, phone numbers, etc. of public figures. All GAW users must adhere to the highest standards of conduct, whichever .WIN they are on. If we are notified by other moderators of incivil behavior on other .WINs, you WILL be banned here!

Civil Discussion ONLY**

They want you divided.

They want you labeled by race, religion, class, sex, etc.

Divided you are weak [no collective power].

Divided you attack each other and miss the true target [them].

No PAYtriots/No Self Promotion

Linking or promoting merchandise, fundraising, or spamming personal websites, blogs, or channels is not permitted. Do not attempt to profit from Q or advertise for those who do. Peace is the prize. We do it for free.

Questions and Concerns

All moderation questions and concerns should be submitted via modmail. DO NOT GRIEF the mods.

Expand your thinking

Remember, this .WIN is the public face of the Great Awakening, and, as a member here, you agree to represent the Great Awakening movement against Globalism, Communism and Progressive Insanity in the best, most positive way possible. NOTE: Your comments and posts may become news. Keep it classy!

This is not a 'fringe conspiracy' site: Visit https://conspiracies.win if that's your thing!

No doomers or shills

If you can't use common sense, you'll get banned without hesitation. If you're a shill, you fall under this rule. If you're a doomer, you fall under this rule as you just add garbage to the site like the other two. This includes forum sliding.
