The SEC should look into Facebook.
Facebook for years has been artificially propping up the # of users to it's site... which inflated the perceived market value of their company by $Tens of Billions.
There are tens of Millions of people that have abandoned their Facebook accounts and simply haven't used them in years. There are Millions of others that have closed their accounts, but I'm sure Facebook doesn't report those #'s.
Any company that reports FALSE and MISLEADING data should face fines and criminal penalties. Facebook is a prime example of that.
Think about this - it only took half a million people to drop Facebook to hurt Zuckerberg by $29 billion.
Theres are 2.9 billion active users on FB, and 3.5 billion monthly users if you include apps like WhatsUp, Instagram, etc sauce is here

Not a financial advisor. DWACU is a combination of DWACW and DWAC, so I will focus on the latter two.
DWAC is straight forward. Its the actual share that will represent the TMTG once TMTG merges with DWAC. If the merge does not happen you get returned the $10 for each share. Currently its around $80.
DWACW is a warrant. Once the merge happens, each DWACW can be exchanged for a DWAC by paying $11.50, regardless of how much you paid for it. However if the merge does not happen, you will lose whatever you put into DWACW. Currently DWACW is sitting at $27. This means, if you bought DWACW now and the merge happens, one DWAC cost you only $38.59, even though its valued at $80 atm.
However, the tax implication will be different. You may not realise capital gains if you purchase DWACW, so you have to keep that in mind.
Bottom line, be ready to lose everything you put into either of them. If the merge happens, DWACW will be much more profitable, but you might pay more tax.
Also check with your brokerage about the warrant exchange to make sure there are no hidden gotchas.
Personally I bought half half, and later on bought a few more DWACW.
I have half and half as well. Mine is in a retirement account so I am not concerned about the taxes for now.
Most of mine is W. Have a couple when it was less than $4. I do have a couple of shares of the regular, but it's too expensive for me now.

FB and Twatter should not be considered social media platforms since they moderate people's postings and block them or suspend their accounts. They should be considered a publisher, thereby taking away their online protections.

Twatter lost me. I joined years ago just because President Trump was on there. I keep the account for no reason other than being too uninterested in knowing how to delete it. A few weeks ago I started the deletion process. It takes 30days. I don't know if I even reached the 30 days yet. I don't care no way or the other.
They wont let me delete my banned accounts.

To be fair, they were always going to max out at some point, but um sure they sped that up by going full commie. Canceling viewpoints on a social network makes it boring, giving people fewer reasons to go on it.
They pumped it with the Fed printing money and dumping it in stock market. This to me indicates that is ending. The time line of fed printing this money coincided with covid scam.

Personally, as a keyboard warrior who spends most of my efforts on Facebook, and someone who has driven many of my liberal-minded ""friends"" away from Facebook, I am glad to have contributed to this drop.
I believe that all the people I needed to get through to blocked my posts on FB. I quit FB a couple months ago with a final message that said I would come back when a major arrest (Fauci, Hillary, Pelosi, etc.) happens. If there is ANY justice in the world, Fauci will be the start of those arrests.

You can have an account to keep up with things without telling your life story. That "checking in" deal is just stupid. I've never done that, especially since I don't have a cell phone. If I "checked in," it would be "I'm still at my desk, just like every time before in the past x years." :)

Don't put everything online. Don't answer quizzes about your first car, etc., as those are login safety questions for banks. You can be on FB without telling them anything. If you want to just look around, you can make a fake account.
Twenty years ago when I tried to convince people including my parents why leaking data all over the Internet is a bad idea, they just dismissed me with "Dont worry we wont put our passwords or bank information"
Recently I have been able to make some progress showing them the dangers of leaking even the most innocuous privacy data

Yeah, but its not even the hacking. People can legit use all that info and the metadata generated by Facebook using their AI to manipulate you. Thats the part most people don't understand because its subtle.

My life is so much better without facebook... Dropped it back in 2019... likely a very good thing, considering all the friendships I 'had' that would have gone down in flames through the plandemic, rather than the natural fizzle of now being able to forget those I once knew that no longer fit into my life.
Imho, it's not good, nor natural to be able to keep tabs on everyone you've ever known, the way fb has been facilitating.

The idea was to create your own content then share and communicate with others. FB for some reason didn't want that anymore and wanted to control the flow of information and content. This is what happens. That on top of all the ads and information and data collection, adds up to users leaving.
It was never about allowing people to share anything. It was always about tracking people in the beginning, and using it for propaganda later on when they realised how easy it was.
Zuckerbot doesn't care because he knows it's not real wealth. Any wealth attached to the stock market is largely meaningless other than being used as a form of buying power type of credit. Stock market is far too easily manipulated by these people so that loss can easily be fixed for them.
What are the odds if the value gets low enough that Trump buys it, completely guts it, vets the employees, and restructures the platform? It would be a fuck you power move.

Only people I know that still use Facebook are boomers or older Gen X. Once grandmas and aunties got on the platform all the younger people left. All my peers in the Late Gen X/Early Millennial and younger haven't used it in years. We are mostly just on Instagram or TikTok (Gen Z).
You will see accounts on FB of younger people but will notice many haven't been updated in years or seem inactive. Mine is still up just because I have some childhood friends on there I don't want to totally lose contact with but I haven't actively posted or updated it since maybe 2016
The fact that you can do pre and post market trading tells you all you need to know about market manipulation. Little guys can never close their position in time for the big crash.
