Think back to the early CV19 days and remember when they were closing the beaches in Florida.?
Your first gut reaction is seriously? A transmissible virus and you are worried about people spreading it in the wide open air and sunshine at the beaches.? Seems to make little sense and probably one of the safest places you could be.
But now think about it from a malevolent perspective. They KNEW sunshine and vitD would protect you and make the likelihood of disease
transmission negligible - so they told you not to go there. That’s why they did it.
That’s exactly why they did it and close the gyms. I didn’t want people to be well. They’ve never cared about people being well. Or the trillions of dollars I also spent on Covid would’ve spent on feeding the hungry worldwide
It is about strength and length of exposure. It is interesting on this board that what started as a Q research board has turned into a buffet of useless speculation on relatively common knowledge.
I don’t know if this is forum sliding or not but be aware.
On some tropical beaches they don't allow sun screen because it kills the coral reef... so there's that lol 🤣
Yea people have made the case skin cancer comes from using skin products and laundry detergents with harmful chemicals. Scented fabric softeners give people lung problems as well breathing in the dryer exhaust so apartment living sucks of course.
I live in Hawaii part time, there are many homemade signs by local neighbors that ask people to not wear sunscreen. I grew up in Huntington Beach, and I never wore sunscreen. I live in Arizona now and do home repairs on the side, I never wear sunscreen. Never have!
Same here! It reminds me of the Q post about chemicals going on floors then toddlers crawl on it. Basically trying to poison us slowly throughout our lives while advertising the EVER ELUSIVE cure for cancer 😉
I work outside. The only time I wear sunscreen is early in the season so my shaved head doesnt get burned. I only use it on my head. Once it is tanned the sunscreen stops. Burned heads suck balls.
I live in noreast texas, and I used to work as a cart pusher for a few years.
I learned after a couple of years if I started wearing short sleeves in February, when it was still a little chilly, by May when the sun started to really beat down, I had a nice golden brown tan that kept me from burning...
Well that makes perfect sense. I would definitely do that if I had a bald head as well. I do wear a bandanna, or a hat often to keep the sun off my head. Easy weather is hard-core
Skin cancer became rampant shortly after everyone was told to lather up with sunscreen , I realize u can't burn in the sun but I also believe the chemicals in sunscreen are cancerous ! Everything in moderation
It's good to question to consider for just about 'everything'. Sunlight doesn't necessarily mean direct sunlight. A modicum of everything is a good policy to have. Direct sunlight exposure changes with age. One should consider this. We are more resilient to over exposure when we are younger, not so much when older though.
Using any sunblock that's not organic is toxic. It's best to avoid over exposure by covering up or avoiding prolonged exposure. If you are fair skinned, it's a good idea to prepare for outings in sunlight. Think of it as a hiking trip in the desert. You wouldn't go there without water, would you? On a fishing trip, bring a long sleeved shirt and a large brimmed hat.
I’m a fair skinned mailman and I’ve been wearing sunscreen for ~20 years basically everyday and have no issues. I’ve also never seen a study that showed any issues with using sunscreen daily. I’m more of a fringe case so I get enough sun even win the sunscreen but calling it toxic isn’t necessarily accurate or fair. You do make other good points tho
Yes. Certainly couldn’t hurt to check it but I’m middle aged and am still able to put on some decent muscle mass through weightlifting, normal anger levels, no man boobs etc.
I had “normal” blood work done a few years ago and the dr actually chuckled when he looked it over and said it was one of the best results he’s seen in a while. Not sure if test would normally be on there
I mean, probably true. I try to limit sun exposure. If you really need to hide your head, a wide brimmed boonie hat and some UPF 50+ clothes to limit you further.
It'll probably be hot, but on some days the sun is a killer.
As for organic UV blockers, I am sorely lacking on that information front
I never said all sunscreens. The ones that aren't organic are suspect and toxic. If you have been wearing sunscreen for 20 years everyday, you're living in peril and a survivor,... so far. There's plenty of information on the internet about the dangers of sunscreen. This is because of the chemicals in the sunscreen. Here are a few of them.
Oxybenzone: This ingredient is one of the most commonly-used sunscreen chemicals. Oxybenzone is linked to endocrine disruption, organ system toxicity, contact allergies, and photo-allergies, meaning exposure to light is required to generate an allergic response. This ingredient, sometimes called benzophenone-3, is not to be confused with benzophenone, another common sunscreen ingredient.
Oxybenzone is also harmful to aquatic life. This chemical is so harmful that in 2018, Hawaii banned it to protect coral reefs.
Octinoxate: A commonly used UV filter that protects from UVB rays, but not UVA sun rays. On packaging, it may be listed as OMC, methoxy-cinnamate or ethylhexyl methoxy-cinnamate.
Octinoxate is linked to endocrine disruption by an abundance of data, as well as to reproductive toxicity. Researchers have detected this chemical in breast milk, urine, and blood. Like oxybenzone, this ingredient was targeted in Hawaii’s ban, as it harms coral reefs.
Homosalate: A common sunscreen ingredient that absorbs UVB rays to prevent direct skin exposure. Homosalate absorbs UVB rays only.
This ingredient is linked to hormone disruption and it may also enhance the absorption of pesticides, including bug sprays. It may also enhance the penetration of other harmful ingredients found within the formulation. This ingredient is persistent in the environment, meaning it doesn’t break down readily.
Nanoparticles: Nanoparticles can be 1000 times smaller than the width of a human hair. In sunscreen, they’re most commonly found as nanoparticle titanium dioxide of zinc oxide.
Nanoparticles have not been properly assessed for their potential effects on human or environmental health. Researchers don’t yet understand the impact they could have. But because of their infinitesimally small size, nanoparticles may be more chemically reactive and therefore more bioavailable, meaning the particles are fast-tracked into the body.
Researchers have suggested that nanoparticle titanium dioxide may be implicated in coral reef degradation.
I’ve never seen a study that shows that using sunscreen causes any endocrine system issues. I’m open to reading any info you have about it tho as I have a vested interest.
You’re just being silly saying that me and the other 100k mailmen (minimum, not to mention other outside workers) that wear sunscreen every day are “survivors” lol
Here’s hundreds of studies on the effects of using sunscreen so it should be pretty easy for you to find one that proves your point. I’ve never been able to find one
I did a internet search using "Sunscreen, toxicity" and found lots of information. You won't have any difficulty finding information on this. It's actually well known.
"You’re just being silly saying that me and the other 100k mailmen (minimum, not to mention other outside workers) that wear sunscreen every day are “survivors” lol"
Look, no one said that putting sunscreen on is going to suddenly make you drop dead. The absorption of these chemicals over time can cause health problems such as cancer though. Your skin is an organ that takes in light and other things from the environment and also is part of the excretory system. Your skin needs to breathe. Think of the girl in the movie Gold Finger. Just know that your skin absorbs far more than you may realize. Will it be able to process these toxins out of the body or is it stored in fat cells? Aging often brings these things to front and center healthwise.
According to my blood work I’m healthy as a horse. Middle aged but feel great and very fit, not overweight etc. not sure specifically about thyroid but I imagine it’s functioning normally
I am very fair skinned and have an autoimmune disease that makes me “allergic” to UV. It also makes me utilize vitD at a higher necessity than the average Joe. I also live on the Sun coast in FL. So what do?
Concentrate exposure outside of 12-3pm. I don’t wear sunscreen during that time frame.
Wear a rash guard at the beach. No sunscreen needed except face and tops of feet.
Wear hats. I wear a hat everywhere, daily.
Wear long sleeve shirts and/or NATURAL fabrics. This is key. Linen, cotton, and blends of natural fabrics allow airflow and cooling while still protecting from direct sun. The vast majority of fabrics nowadays are synthetic by products of petroleum/plastics, produced with chemical dyes and literally are poisonous and non breathable.
Natural fabrics allow the body to cool and self regulate temperature with sweat evaporating easily. I think the synthetic, plastic, dyed, garbage clothes we wear over our largest most porous organ (skin) every single day probably has a lot to do with why we are getting skin cancer as well.
I find it at thrift stores and Etsy. It can be expensive yes, but linen is extremely durable - think how the Egyptian mummies wrapped in it and it’s survived! It’s an investment in something that won’t fall apart in 10 washes
"I think the synthetic, plastic, dyed, garbage clothes we wear over our largest most porous organ (skin) every single day probably has a lot to do with why we are getting skin cancer as well."
It wouldn't surprise me. You make a very good point here. It seems like any petroleum derivative is toxic and cancerous. There's even petroleum derived additives added to food!
Yea. It's weird. I use to get sick at least once a year, but when I started taking D supplements and zinc, I've been pretty healthy and haven't gotten sick yet.
This is the #1 question I ask when people say they "Got COVID"... lol... there is no test for it. Seemingly unique symptoms could be an artifact of a collectively compromised immune system in the general population vs. some crazy/silly notion that there was some synthetic virus released with a self destruct timer of 24 months for it to become endemic/invisible.
Yeah, Zelenko protocol helps w/ literally any illness. Even colds vanish in 1-2 days now. Flu's have a history of causing loss of scent. There was no pandemic. People would have died outside of hospitals if so.
I noticed this with a lot of medical students. Sun, BAD! Skin protection, GOOD! It made no sense. I understand going out 8 hours a day will literally BURN you, so just use common sense, when your skin starts turning red, go into the shade. Simple. I've been able to swim fine for 2 hours on a hot sunny day and no sunblock. But past that I burn and I never want to experience getting sunburn again.
Visited a dermatologist who seemed like she knew what she was doing. She agreed the exaggerated fear of skin cancer was leaving people deficient in vitamin D.
Never worn sunscreen much in my life and whatever the deal is with skin cancer, too much sun exposure will leave you with harmless but weird looking keratoid lumps.
I've gotten bad sunburn before from refusing to use sunscreen, so last time I tried use pure Zinc Oxide, and it worked great. Does anyone else think using 100% Zinc Oxide for sunscreen is much better than the typical chemical concoction sunscreens they sell?
Everything they tell you is a lie to destroy your health. Remember the Don;t eat eggs----don't eat red meat-----eating fish can cause health issues because of the heavy metals? Eat your oatmeal and grains are good for you! All grains are GMO, turn to sugar when ingested making you fat and unhealthy! I believe if you do the exact opposite of what they tell you, your health will improve! I have become a meat eater mostly. I do eat salads along with meals with olive oil and vinegar. A few other vegies but I try not to eat beans or grains that are GMO.
Too much sun is definitely not good for you (I could show a photo of my back if you want to see what repeated sunburns do to your skin as a child :) ), but blocking virtually all sun is arguably worse.
SPF15. I am white. I use that and never burn, but get good color from it (as in some of the sun is coming through). SPF30 is close to 100% blockage and after 30, the number is pretty much irrelevant.
I will burn in twenty minutes without sunscreen. I've taken to short bouts of sunbathing when I can, about ten minutes at a time, trying to hit everywhere and not just my arms/neck/head. It seems to benefit my health, and gives me just a little longer before I'll burn.
My ideal solution, though, is to just sunbathe for the help and exposure, then stay out of the sun the rest of the time.
Like you, I have also started to question everything medical. I also can't help but to follow the money. Wife sends me an article about "why making your own baby formula is dangerous." Before I read the article, find the correlation between the author and baby formula manufacturer.
If nothing else, I guess we've learned something over the past couple years.
No, Sunscreen is for when you're going to be out in the sun during peak burning hours for extended periods of time, its not to cause a Vitamin D deficiency. THAT is caused by people NEVER setting foot into the sun, choosing to remain inside in the air-conditioning watching electronic screens, only stepping foot outside to go straight into a contained vehicle to obtain food or go to work, both of which are inside air-conditioned buildings.
Ok I live in Oklahoma, usually in our blazing heat ☀️🔥 I will apply a small amount if I remember or if Im going to be out in the sun for extended periods. I never ever wore it really growing up. I love being in the sun and barefoot in my yard. I think when you get out expose your skin slowly to develop a tan and you will be fine. Never go out in blazing heat without some type of protection be it hats, shirts, or some sunscreen. Remember our ancestors never had sunscreen.
As a very fair skinned person, I can testify that slow exposure doesn’t work, tried it all, I just burn after about 20 min. I love the sun, just take it in shorter doses, wear hats, planted trees for shade.
Since lead blocks radiation and most here concluded that the government don’t give a dam about our health, are there any thoughts on the real reason they banned lead paint?
Lead is extremely toxic when ingested (even small amounts). It's documented and proven that lead will adversely affect the human body. Companies mixed lead into paint to begin with and refused to acknowledge its danger until it was banned.
As for blocking radiation, you can do that with copper to create a faraday cage. If you're referring to xrays (like dental clinics), there isnt a point to shielding against that as there aren't many sources of xrays in the wild currently
I say let them continue pushing it.
The walking corpses who'll listen to this with any purpose have already commited suicide with their personal bioweapon.
With them shutting themselves in we'll be less exposed to their shedded spike protiens.
Wearing sunscreen has been so ingrained in us that most people might not even be see this article (etc) and I feel it's kind of ugly to say this type of thing. I just learned about sunscreen and how the body can't absorb vit d with it on a few months ago and I'm in my late 30's.
There is a video floating around on Telegram about this very lie. I will tan but I burn bad first. I think you can use coconut lotion or something. I will try to find that video. The lady speaking says something about what you can use. All the sunscreens probably cause cancer. I know Nutragena aerosol sunscreen was recalled last year for cancer causing.
It's not leftist we are fighting ,(we'll get them later) it's lucifarian elitists, they have concord half of us.we need to educate everyone about what's going on.the middle class is a threat to them, too big ,hence all the depopulation talk. They have a 2030 plan .
I did a test last summer. I went to the pool nearly every day- for hours. No sunscreen. No sunburns! I also didn’t wear sunglasses. I think it’s important to let your eyes adjust to the light to get the circular feedback loop for your skin to adjust. Sometimes you might sneeze as a result. That’s how you know it’s working 😉.
I think you are right about the vitamin D. Look at the ingredients of some popular sun blocks. People slather on their children without knowing the harm of the ingredients in sunblocks.
Physicians take an oath to « do no harm » but they became more loyal to the AMA and the BigPharma Gods and forgot about the patient. (This is a generalization and there are many great doctors.) Take nothing they say as gospel and do your own research.
Source for that? I work outside and use sunscreen daily. Ive searched a lot over the years and never could find any good evidence that it causes cancer or any other health issues. Thanks
I think a big part of it is “benzene”, but people also seem to lack understanding that there are many different types of sunscreens.
Some are physical (zinc), some are chemical, some are a combination and even the chemical filters are all different.
There are different sunscreens available in each country depending on their laws, like Japan allowing different filters to make it look better, Australia not allowing most of the new chemical filters because it might ruin the coral reefs etc.
One article saying one product in one country was recalled because of a cancer risk does not mean all sunscreen causes cancer lol
The only thing I’ve ever seen as a “known carcinogen” is benzene and it’s an FDA warning about concentrations being too high in some sunscreens.
Yes in another important thing is to be outside in your bare feet so you can become grounded. This is very important for your health.

Ultra violet rays cause skin cancer, not really a question, but are copper nanoparticles harmful in the long term is the question.
We used baby oil on the skin when I was growing up. It seemed to intensify the sunburn.
But UV rays also disinfect. So maybe it’s about strength and length of exposure. ?
It is about strength and length of exposure. It is interesting on this board that what started as a Q research board has turned into a buffet of useless speculation on relatively common knowledge.
I don’t know if this is forum sliding or not but be aware.
Plus 6ft apart..no talking about is this real? etc..no plots..no groups allowed..realise how frightened they are of us..of our power
100%!!
You are right.
On some tropical beaches they don't allow sun screen because it kills the coral reef... so there's that lol 🤣 Yea people have made the case skin cancer comes from using skin products and laundry detergents with harmful chemicals.
Never have!

Well that makes perfect sense. I would definitely do that if I had a bald head as well. I do wear a bandanna, or a hat often to keep the sun off my head. Easy weather is hard-core
In Arizona as well. Wide-brimmed hat and loose long sleeves is the way to go. I burn easy when not covered.

Are you using chemical sunscreens? Get your testosterone tested, Some chemical filters get into your system and act like estrogen. Xenoestrogens.
Not sure if test would normally be on there
Older sunscreens did have something in it that was carcinogenic IIRC
Current sunscreens still do. There's really bad stuff in there.
When the old carcinogens are identified, they just create new ones.
I mean, probably true. I try to limit sun exposure. If you really need to hide your head, a wide brimmed boonie hat and some UPF 50+ clothes to limit you further.

How s you thyroid?
Just wondering.
According to my blood work I’m healthy as a horse. Middle aged but feel great and very fit, not overweight etc. not sure specifically about thyroid but I imagine it’s functioning normally
I'm glad you're still healthy and happy. Just use caution. We need our pedes!

I find it at thrift stores and Etsy. It can be expensive yes, but linen is extremely durable - think how the Egyptian mummies wrapped in it and it’s survived! It’s an investment in something that won’t fall apart in 10 washes

We've all been duped our entire lives.
But to have that 'dupe' kill you (with advance warning coming from us) when the veil is already half-lifted is not being duped. Its being ignorant.
Centuries from now history will regard them only as dead fools.
No
Wearing sunscreen has been so ingrained in us that most people might not even be see this article (etc) and I feel it's kind of ugly to say this type of thing.
I know Nutragena aerosol sunscreen was recalled last year for cancer causing.
coconut oil is a natural sunscreen
I am gonna get some and try using that this summer.

Who's got the skin cancer=American diet study?
Sunblock also causes skin cancer.
I have never worn sunscreen. I also will never go to a dentist, unless to pull a tooth.
Sunscreen =skincancer

NCSWIC
me too
Yeah. I bought that lie for a short time. Skin cancer became a much bigger problem after SPF
I have many old friends that look like leather from the Sun in the south for decades. Some skin cancers but living a long time.
It was to create a market for cancer causing sunscreen….big bucks!
