Today my husband passed away - don't know why yet - he was 61 and my best friend. Prayers please 🥺.........EDIT: Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers - I so appreciate all of you.

I am sorry to hear about your loss. I lost my husband as well 12 years ago, to be perfectly honest, I’m not sure if you ever really get over it.
However I wasn’t walking with the Lord at the time, so keep your faith strong, make sure you’re part of a Bible believing church, and going to women study. This will help being surrounded by other Christians and prayer of others.
Remember there is no right or wrong way to grief. Take as much time as you need, and don’t let anybody ever tell you it’s been so long… You need to move on…. Just live your own life and figure it out for you nobody else but you.
Be open to signs and wonders of how God may allow you guys to see each other before you die. There were many miracles that occurred after my husbands death, and nobody can tell me otherwise that it wasn’t him.
I pray that the Lord will comfort you during this very very difficult time. God bless you have a great night!

I pray that you get a message of comfort. Please don't be discouraged though if it doesn't come immediately. Sometimes we need to grieve and get through the initial shock before we are truly open to receiving those messages. I believe God will allow it when the time is right for you. I pray that you will feel God's loving presence and that you will be given good supportive friends and family at this time.

You are in shock right now. Just allow your feelings to flow naturally as they arise. It will hurt but that is the way you will heal (and you will).
