How do you legally introduce evidence?
You submit it to a Judge at a trial. It's done thousands of times a year and is very simple. You don't need to stage a fake FBI raid to introduce evidence.

The act of removal alone declassified them as that power resides with POTUS, which he was at the time. Unlike Hillary who had zero power to do the same and should have been arrested, but the FBI is corrupt to the core.

Just as a conjecture, what makes you think he hasn't kept reserve copies? Were they not declassified? If they were declassified...but NOT designated For Official Use Only (FOUO)...it would be legal to make copies. If the copy files were password protected and stored in the cloud...where would the FBI search? And what would it get them?
I'm not saying Trump did this. But it is an intriguing possibility.

Folks... Since about 1913, maybe earlier, we've been living under an illusion or rather a delusion packaged to us as the "American dream". This is not going to fade away. Somethings going to give. The financial system is at it's end. There's no more credit left to be squeezed out of us, and a credit-based economy without credit is going to crash. The only way to avoid a crash is to keep inflating, which brings down governments.
Every previous crash has been accompanied by a worldwide crisis (WWI & II), or a fundamental change (a reset) of the financial system (gold-based to fiat). The many bear the pain, loss, and suffering, while the few get richer playing all sides, and scooping up real assets for pennies on the dollars.

World wars are certainly the tried and true methods. I think COVID was an alternative method that didn't take them as far as they needed, though it's been extremely useful for other ends.
The Tea Party was nowhere as big and united and comprehensive as the MAGA Republican Party. Be patient and see what happens.
But bold talk of 1776 is hot air. We have nowhere near the public support for anything like that, comparable to what existed then. We have the means to win the war without revolution, so one should be committed to making that happen. You feel strongly? Run for office, and put your commitment on the line.
Well technically only a third of the colonists supported revolution so if we represent more than a third of America then we sorts do have the same public support and prob more.
And in order to get that third, preachers had to preach revolution from the pulpits. That's not happening. Men like Paul Revere had to organize a cohort to organize rebellion. That's not happening, either. So, as much as there may be some degree of popular support for Trump, it is only about 23% of the population (votes vs. whole population).
I'm just being realistic. People underestimate the seriousness of mounting an armed revolution.

I would expect each declassified document to bear an ink stamp on the title page stating "Declassified on [date] by [signature]" with maybe some boilerplate about statutory declassification authority. That is the "banish, banish, banish" of declassification. Then all classification markings would be struck through.
The President has the authority under the Constitution to declassify any document, at any time, for any reason. He is the ultimate authority on declass. This was reaffirmed by SCOTUS in 1987. If he has it at Mar a Lago it is assumed to be declassified. He is the ultimate authority. Even Congress can not write a law that would diminish this power.
But doesn't the President still have to go through some legal process to have them declassified?
It seems like people are arguing that the President can just say the words, "This is declassified" and it magically happens.
There has to be some record of when it was declassified, because how else would anyone know if it was declassified or not? How else would anyone know they could access something previously classified?
What would stop former Presidents just willy nilly declassifying documents after their term ended, if there was no documentation of when it was declassified?
The simple act of removing them to Mar a Lago declassifies them. The President has the ultimate authority over declass. He doesnt need to say a word. They dont need to be re-marked. It was reaffirmed by SCOTUS in 1987. Clinton kept docs in his sock drawer and the Courts ruled in his favor. Neither the executive branch, the judicial nor Congress can change this in any way. They cant reclassify.

No objection to the President's authority. But I think it would be true that any declassified material must be so marked, dated, and signature-authorized. This can all be manual or mostly stamped. Otherwise, you have a problem establishing the fact of declassification.
Again the President is the ULTIMATE AUTHORITY. The simple fact he removed the docs from the WH is proof enough they are declassified.
A policeman shows up on my doorstep. He claims to have the authority to enforce the law. "That's great," I say. "Can I see your badge?" He has to show his badge. Authority must always be confirmed upon request.
There is no such thing an an undocumented declassification. How else can it be established that the thing WAS declassified---and by the proper authority? It is simple to do: date, authority, signature. Declassification removes the document from the requirements of classified control, possession, custody, storage, and destruction.
In point of fact, Trump---himself, personally---did NOT remove the documents from the White House. He had them packed and shipped by GSA. Doesn't matter. If documents are classified, they must be in inventory and stored in a secure container. Period.
This is, for me, the more convincing reason to think that Trump had the documents declassified in the White House. Then, where and how they were shipped afterward would be a non-issue.

Executive privilege is rooted in attorney client privilege. The premise being that the president will need to consult with legal counsel on many things the president does, and attorney client privilege has always been protected.

Trump declassified the documents, but slimy Bill Barr did not release them due to John Durham's investigation. It takes 4-5-6 agencies to approve the declassification process.
It takes the POTUS and these agencies to sign off on declassification.
Trump gave Barr the ultimate authority to declassify with all these agencies, but because of Durham's ongoing investigation only 1/2 of the process has been done, which is Trump's part.
If Barr declassified, it could be construed as obstruction of justice (Durham's ongoing investigation)
