Are the results "too good to be true"? Absolutely there are! 99% is a ridiculous level of agreement that just doesn't happen in normal democratic systems. People are different and have different opinions. These numbers look totally made up and we'd be wise to question them if they appeared in one of our states, for example.
Are there methodological inconsistencies here? Hell yes, there are! The most obvious is that these referendums were conducted by an occupying power during a hot war.
The war itself has driven well over a million from their homes. Refugees living in Poland now were not polled. We have no idea how many people are residents of these regions, but who had no chance to give their opinions because they were not in their homes when the vote was held. This is a clear sampling bias.
The people who are there are those who could not leave. These people either support the occupying force or are voting under duress for the occupiers afraid of retaliation if they vote "incorrectly." Voting under duress not genuine reflection of opinion. This clearly is a sampling bias.
The votes were held during active fighting including in the affected regions. Those who were living near the active combat zones and hiding in their basements from the shelling were not asked their opinion. More sampling bias.
The referendums were carried out with less than a week's notice. There was no chance for public debate of the issue or careful consideration. In fact, given the active fighting, it is not clear that everyone in these regions was even made aware that there was a referendum to vote in.
The polling was carried out door to door. Russians pollsters came door to door to collect the votes. There is no way to ensure there was a secret ballot under those conditions. If a Russian soldier with a loaded rifle is watching you vote, how likely are you to vote "no"? A vote under duress is not a genuine reflection of opinion.
There were apparently "dispassionate" observers watching the election procedures. We know very little about these people to very their objectivity, let alone to verify that they actually had power to intervene if they found inconsistencies. If you're being escorted by armed Russian soldiers, are you likely to criticize? These observers are political theater, nothing more.
Can any of this be explained? To a point.
It was carried out during war time because that is the objective reality of the present and near future. There would never be a ceasefire to carry out such a poll.
Polling was not carried out in a standard way at polling places because Zelensky and the Ukrainians had rendered standard procedures unsafe. He had threatened to target missiles at any such locations. His military has, for 8 years, had no restraint at all in targeting cruise missiles at civilians in these regions. 15,000 are dead. Further, the Rada (Ukrainian Congress) passed a law declaring it to be illegal to vote in any such elections punishable by 5 years in prison and/or loss of citizenship. Our "champions of democracy" made it illegal to vote and was threatening prison time, exile, and death to anyone who voted. The Russians went door-to-door as a means of ensuring safety and giving more people access to vote.
The sampling bias imposed by the war itself explains the skewed high results. The citizens voting had been subjected to Ukrainian discrimination for decades as a result of Russian ancestry and language. In Donetsk and Luhansk, they had been subject to full-scale warfare from the Ukrainian side, while the Russians backed the citizens. Pro-Ukrainian civilians had 8 years to flee the war zone, and certainly did. Further, during the SMO, Russia actively fed and supplied the civilian population which Ukraine had been unable or unwilling to provide for. If your own country is starving you and shooting at you and an opposing force comes in to protect you and provide for you, you are very likely to be loyal to the new power.
On the whole, we clearly have a political show here. There's no way this poll should be interpreted as anything but a product of the war that's being fought. The loyal Ukrainians left long ago. There are going to be thousands in Poland who are loyal to Ukraine, but who now, have no homes to return to because they're Russian homes. Welcome to war. The ethnic Russian separatists stayed, fought, and won their freedom - not at all unlike the citizens of 13 British colonies who spent 10 years fighting Britain for their freedom ~250 years ago. And let us not forget the Chechens and the Wagner Group Militias that have been active helping the Militias of the Donbas since the SMO started. The people all over Russia are rejoicing in the streets because millions of loved ones are finally coming home. The videos are wonderful but the West would never show them. I would never have thought the West would warmly embrace Nazis but they do so openly. And I’m not talking about the respective governments. It would seem Western countries are being nazified and you only have to look at the lies and hysteria surrounding covid. Family, Neighbours, work colleagues etc. willingly turning on those that refused the jab or wear a mask. Then you have the police beating not just adults but pregnant women, children and the elderly, to a pulp for sitting outside in the sun or not wearing a mask. And worse. In a flick of a switch the West and Europe became Nazis. A Democratic gov. would not do that to their people.

I have read that the numbers killed by AZOV from 2014 to the start of the SMO is more, much more. The combined civilians and MILITIAS of the Donbas alone are much higher and the 14,000 figure is just civilians. While only 40% of the Russian military have been engaged in Ukraine, that number has now surged as the 300,000 Reservists take their place and have started training or being deployed in non combat roles and the 60% now move to the frontline. I believe that there are foreign military that have joined - namely the elite Syrian Tigers as well as other nations (Chinese?) and laws have been signed by Putin just recently for this. And let us not forget the Chechens and the Wagner Group Militias that have been active helping the Militias of the Donbas since the SMO started. The Musicians are now making huge inroads in the liberated areas, cleaning up the Donbas of Nazis with their unique style of fighting - ever heard of the Gurkhas- they served for nearly 100years with the British, worked barefoot and struck fear into the enemy when they moved into an area - while these guys wear shoes😀 I wouldn’t like your chances if you were dug in in the Donbas and are Ukrainian and they came into town.
This SMO has ended and if you are a Ukrainian or any nationality for that matter and get caught fighting for Kiev or are a foreign mercenary being paid by Kiev and you are captured in the liberated areas, you are now classed as a terrorist - and tried in Russia. I doubt many make it out from where they are found because the munitions raining down on them have increased dramatically. There is a lot of fighting in the Odessa area and much manpower is now arriving. I believe Russian speaking Odessa will also come back home to Russia - it holds a special spot for all Russians - and the people will be offered the same opportunity to vote in a Referendum there.
Europe will soon wake up to the fact they have been had. Germany realises too late that they have given NATO/Pentagon all they asked for - their money, their weapons and soon their population as they are starved of energy for basic needs and their industries cannot survive much longer. The severing of Nord Stream bought that realisation home almost overnight. France is probably next - Italy are already rebelling in electing a new non globalist leader but time will tell. She talks a pretty talk but when the population are dying from hunger and cold, the quick to action Italians will burn the joint down. Europe is finished and possibly the NWO with ‘You’ll own nothing and be happy’ slogans too? They are slithering around somewhere.

If you listened to Putin’s speech he does not want that for the Russian people. He wants them free and a Sovereign nation, unshackled from the ‘Wests degenerate way of life’ where Russian families are revered and not some drug fuelled trans pedo Hollywood freak show is lauded for ‘their courage’ and debauchery is held up as the norm. The coming financial crash is coming to the West and those that tried to bring in a Great Reset. Those nations that protected themselves, like Russia, will probably ride it out. We have all been lied to and conned. The West have been conned by as Putin put it - Western leaders that worship satan. Now where have we heard that before? The ONLY thing to do now is pray and prepare your family with food, alternative means of cooking and heating and sell anything you don’t need to do so. I suggested a few weeks back to prepare your home now to allow your adult children or an elderly parent or family member to return home. Pooling resources - and working together under one roof might just get us thru what is coming like a freight train. God Bless.

If you had a gun at your head literally everyday since 2014, saw your loved ones used as sniper practice, tortured and raped, had your home booby trapped, had missiles fired into your backyard, had petal bombs dropped on playgrounds, were imprisoned for speaking Russian, denied medical, had your children kidnapped, had family used in biolabs, etc. Would you not want to be free of it for your sake and the sake of your children and grandchildren? People think this is started on the 24 Feb when actually it started in 2014. The people have chosen to live in Russia- millions - they’re just going home after being on the wrong side when the US, NATO, Germany, France and Ukraine failed to honour the Minsk Accord. And soon the push will be for Moldova, Nikolea and Odessa to come back under Russia. Ukraine will be a land locked, worthless rump of land and by then a new leader. Possibly the General that the West are now starting to laud. Putin DEnazified the Donbas and is bringing the Russian people home. They laughed at him then but they’re not laughing now. The 60% of Russian military that never saw fighting are now eager to join their brothers in the Militias of the Donbas. Add to that the Chechens and the Musicians. Behind them are 300,000+ RESERVISTS that will not go to the front line….yet.
