First I hear of this, and I'm Brazilian, I doubt it's true
Guys.. I don't think this is going to happen, EVERYTHING is going exactly like the 2020 US elections, to the last detail...
I will say this though, it seems to be going on at a much faster pace
Just yesterday there was an audit result being broadcasted from Argentina (because our judiciary dictators decreed questioning the elections in here is a crime) and it confirmed fraud pretty much, it was heavily censored of course, taken off everywhere, the TSE (Tribunal Superior Eleitoral - Superior Electoral Tribunal) took their website down, and when it went back up all the information had been changed, needless to say media didn't cover it.
There is a second audit report, this one by the ministry of defense, due this monday, it reminds me of that report by the DNI we were all waiting with bathed breath for months back then, of which nothing came.

If the Americans had to be shown, I don't see why we won't have to go through the same shit... it's doubly bad for me because I feel like I'm going through it for the second fucking time...

Military operating independently to review per their Constitutional duty
Apparent interference and threats to Brazil’s military from neighboring Leftist countries implying invasion/war if Article 142 used

Seems like you could search for the Article# and filter “most recent”. It sounds like lots of data suppression going on right now by lefty court to prevent info on their steal or any countermeasures from getting out.
But what’s this type of document called in Brazil?

From what I can see from the outside looking in, is that things are happening quickly and with military involvement in Brazil, that to me is a very good sign for you, excellent post by the way.
The reason Myanmar type response was not undertaken here is probably this (and few appear ready to accept it): all sides are working towards the same goal thus elections are allowed to be stolen.

One of the best, quickest way to detect a document (which is really useful if you want to verify its existence) is to do a controlled text string search, by putting any unique portion of the text between two " " marks and searching.
If the unique text string is somewhere on the net anywhere crawled by google, it will show up.
If this was an actual Brazilian govt document, it's impossible that it would not come up from some govt website, etc.
So, sadly, 99.9% probability that this is a FAKED letter.
The real question is, WHO would fake such a letter? Would real patriots or freedom/truth seekers fake such a letter? No. Possibly disinfo by blackhat agents in order to create chaos, discredit truth tellers (ahem: "conspiracy theorists", right?). But likely created by some malignant person who is resentful and hates truth seekers with a personal vengeance.
Not hard to create this, and so many anons and truthers ready to bite (without checking)!!!!!!

This is purported to be a public document issued by the Brazilian government. It is purported to be issued by the highest level officials in the government. Only a person completely inexperienced in researching and searching for documentation on the net (I have 20+ years experience, btw) could suggest that google could bury such a public document.
Google will filter results to throw up search results they want sheeple to see, but a strong search is not something they could block.
