We all lead in our small circles of family, friends, co-workers, etc. My 3 step process to speeding things up is: 1. Become aware 2. Spread awareness 3. Withdraw your participation and attention from the cabal's offerings.
Step one requires one to stop blindly believing in authorities/experts as they are largely wrong about most of what they think they know as well as examining some of your beliefs, established when you were a young child, and being willing to question whether they're true or not. Step two requires courage to not be afraid to speak up and break away from the herd mentality in order to "go along to get along". Once you're comfortable with the first two steps, the third step quickly becomes your natural behavior. My experience with others I've red-pilled over the yeas is that the hard part is breaking away from the herd.
As Gandhi said long ago, "Be the change you want to see in the world". This is the way forward. No "leader" is going to fix anything for us. We must do it individually first which will then influence the collective and eventually, the "100th monkey effect" will occur.

I've been trying to study Biblical eschatology lately, because everything is so whackadoodle. I noticed that there doesn't seem to be much mention of a world empire after Rome. The main empires mentioned are:
Egypt
Assyria
Babylon
Persia
Greece
Rome
Rome is divided into Western leg and Eastern leg (Constantinople). Even after Western Rome fell, it just kept morphing into various iterations such as Papal Rome, Holy Roman Empire, Spanish Empire, French Empire, British Empire, etc. This is European Christendom, which was part of the original Roman Empire. At the end of WW2, Britain, the largest empire ever, lost its colonies, and an American empire rose to prominence, which is at least partly modeled after Greco-Roman ideas and symbols.
This makes me think "perhaps" the Greco-Roman civilization doesn't actually dissolve completely, but "morphs" once again into a final world empire which has a brief rise before Christ's return, in a 7th and possibly 8th form. That is the point at which the Antichrist speculation arises.
I'm just making guesses at this point, because so far I haven't found a lot of agreement from scholars of various Bible interpretation camps.
Anyway, it makes me think maybe America, Britain and the Commonwealth, plus Europe do not utterly collapse, but perhaps go through an upheaval that reshapes the final Earth organization prior to the Second Advent.
All I really know is, we ain't all gonna die before Christ gets here, contrary to WEF's dreams.
I will say this as someone who has felt exactly as you do. I learned to simply apply core principles: in justice, the individual is responsible for his own actions. I love my country, but I hate my government. When I state it this way, it allows me to take pride in the ideals this country was founded on, and all of the history that our fellow patriots who have gone before have built. I can still love what we tried to do and what we profess to stand for. Those are good things.
But I can also reserve appropriate derision for the corrupt, the abusers, the betrayers, and the thieves who have wormed their way into power and instead of rising to meet our ideals, have abused the public trust for their own ends. That's evil and I can criticize it. But the actions of the individual do not take away from the ideals, even if it seems like a lot of individuals.
I had to learn to look at religion the same way. There are a lot of bad people who wrap themselves in the cloth and then succumb to evil, but that doesn't mean the overall message is bad, only that humans are inherently imperfect.
Edit: I will also add this. Patriots today have a moral obligation to hold those who fail responsible in order to re-establish fail in the ideals.
