There's more military activity on ABS exchange (USA) than I've ever seen at night. Anyone been tracking this recently? I haven't been on it much lately. Wondering if this normal for a Wednesday night. Sorry I don't know how to send link of certain locations.
ABSexchange
Trump has an account which is dormant on Twitter with 64+ million followers. He only has 5 million after all this time on Truth Social which is primitive. I hope he gets a great account going again SOON! Truth Social is just not up to par. GETTR is better than it is.
Interesting...

Thanks will watch this weekend.
I just saw that the two smartest people in the world, (and one is not Hunter) AOC and Joe Biden, both think the Canadian wildfires are a result of climate change. Boy are they the bright bulbs in the dark of night? No, never, not ever, any thing to promote their agenda.
So it's so hot in Canada the ground and vegetation burst into flames🤣
Could the 10 days of darkness literally mean darkness? The smoke from all the fires in Canada is blotting out the sun across the country.
Sky event, too.
Frens need some help for my acid reflux issue please. 🙏
Last week I got so sick & vomited everything (which wasn't much) I had eaten that day, then later at night again whatever was left and acid stomach crap. Loads of fun! I've been for the most part babying my stomach since. My stomach goes through weird bouts of being fine to going straight out of the blue immediate nausea, usually after a minute or two it goes away. After eating or drinking water I can feel the acid & air bloating my stomach to where even my back starts to ache. If I drink a little ginger ale it helps a lot, but I'm not used to drinking ginger ale/soda products (always drink water all day long) and don't want to rely on them forever. Sometimes I'll take an antacid pill or swallow some mylanta (to coat my throat). I've never had acid reflux this bad before.
I know about a month or two ago I changed my breakfast meal from herbal tea & oatmeal w/fruit to coffee & a protein bagel. I believe that may have been what caused all this. So since this all happened, I changed again to herbal tea & oatmeal again (sometimes an egg). It's easing up some but still having issues. Oh and I used to drink down a little acv water before eating my coffee & bagel, but haven't started back up with that yet, I'm worried it may make me very acidic again, want to wait a little before starting that up again until my stomach is more settled first. I really don't want to go back to taking prilosec again, after stopping it about a year ago.
Anyone got any home remedies or safe things to take?
A large pinch of baking soda in 2-4 oz water helps me. If you don't burp after small sip you need more baking soda. I was keeping sparkling mineral water like Perrier. There's another brand I like better, one has mountain in the name. One day I remembered doing the baking soda as a kid in the 70s. It's a lot cheaper. I didn't have Perrier.
If this has been going on a while get checked out. I had similar symptoms over the last year and thought I had gluten allergy or something. I got sick about twice a month but stayed nauseated. Now I might occasionally get normal indigestion but not sick. Ate Bo Jangles (it's hot) chicken tonight and thirty minutes later ingestion. Advising getting checked out after my experience. Long story I've posted here. Ended up in hospital septic due to kidney stone. They discovered my appendix was enlarged and I have gall stones. Appendix and stone is out. Since I don't have most gallbladder symptoms they didn't take it. Good luck and hopefully it's just a GI issue. There's natural remedies for that and change diet.
Yes, I've done the baking soda & water and it does work great, but I have to be a little careful with the sodium because I have Meniere's, so using it for last resort type thing.
I've had my appendix out a few yrs ago and I've never had kidney stones ... yet.
Sorry you had such a bad time with it. It may be the gluten for me also. I used to drink regular hot tea with toast in the morning for breakfast, and always had bad headaches and an issue with the acid, doc put me on prilosec. I decided to change it to oatmeal & herbal teas when I learned I had Meniere's to lower sodium intake. I actually lossed 20 lbs, then just stopped there, couldn't lose any more weight so far, though I'm not super active because I have back & hip issues (think hip issues are coming from back) along with Meniere's (hard to bend over or look down for more than a minute or two).
Just thought of this. Try daily drinking apple cider vinegar (natural with the mother) in water. There's info online giving recipes. When I drink I add lemon juice and 6-8 oz water instead of 4. Bragg vinegar is what I have at home but will find another brand since Katy Perry bought out Bragg.
I had vertigo really bad about twenty years ago. I think it was from pain medicine but can't be sure. My husband had some episodes and wasn't on medication. I've heard of Meniere's, wasn't aware what it was. Dizzy isn't any fun! I took Prilosec over twenty years ago. When I got off ingestion was real bad. I think if you stop Prilosec your body won't function right for a while. I read something about it long time ago. Many plants/herbs help GI, I can't think of them right now and I'm not home to look at notes.
In the link below is an herbal tincture I have at home and use sometimes. Look at the ingredients and research. This company is good and I'll order if I can't find herbs elsewhere. I don't like using palm oil and it's in there products. Now I buy herbal tinctures from small herbalist's online. Most I've found on Etsy or online. I've found those made by individuals in small batches are more potent. Tinctures are great unless you are traveling.

Edit: thanks for your kindness. It was rough but I almost died so I feel pretty blessed. I think my stones came from Topamax RX. Was on it two years and then got a stone. Can't be sure, in my area lots of people get kidney stones. Some doctors say it's the water and others say it's from the high consumption of soft drinks, who knows! I drink the local tap water or soft drinks and off pain meds so knock on wood.
I was eating Dave's sprout Bread last year. I was searching recipes on YouTube and found a video saying too much sprouts can cause stomach upset. After stopping sprout bread my stomach pains were about 80% better. I truly hope you find relief.
Yes vertigo is horrible! I've had vertigo for many years, diagnosed with it over 17 yrs ago, then found out just a few years ago I had Meniere's, but it took a while and the right doctor to definitely say that's what I had. And I will say vertigo & a Meniere's attack/episode are different believe it or not. I knew the difference immediately after having vertigo for so many years. Told my doc this was different. There are times my head feels off/kinda off balance (I call it feeling wonky, lol).
When an episode hits (others call it an attack, but don't like that word) I have just a couple of minutes to find something to throw up in and a safe place to ride out the episode, because it lasts hours. My head spins with vertigo, but get almost immediately super tired, can't keep eyes open kind of tired. Which of course when you close your eyes the spinning feels worse, but just can't keep my eyes open, it's like passing out I guess. Wake up just to throw up and back out again, until the episode is over, which even when it's done, I still don't feel better, it takes a while. It takes a lot out of your body, even next day I feel rundown. It's a horrible thing to go through.
I had a procedure done where the doc popped my ear drum & put some medication (steroid I believe) directly into my ear in a certain place. Not a fun experience but I would do it again if I need to, because it has been a blessing. I haven't had an episode since (knock on wood!), still have that wonky feeling a few times a day, especially with certain movements or with the weather pressure. If the wonky feeling is a little more pronounced, I can take a valium or half of one, and it helps. It takes me a long time to go through what doc gives me, I don't overtake any medications. I hate having to go in to see the doc just to get a refill, she knows I don't abuse any drugs, but she has to follow the guidelines on prescribing meds like that.
I wonder if essential oils would help. I have found them very helpful with many medical conditions. If you find good information about oil's being useful make sure you purchase from reputable company. There's many bad brands trying to get a piece of the pie since the EO boom. If you need suggestions just ask. Also, CBD might be an option. Many swear by it for multiple conditions. I've tried it but didn't give it a chance. Any natural remedies like herbs or CBD will take at least 4-6 weeks to notice a change. Unlike medicine that masks the problem. Plants are used to fix the problem. I've been seeing a pain management doctor twelve years, I'm familiar with the refill policy. It's aggravating as all get out but I understand. I've seen abuse in my family and it's brought one family member down to soon. She's in the nursing home because she can't take care of herself. Her mind is sharpe but medicine ruined her body. I get it, when you are in are in severe pain it's easy to take the drugs. I've been there! I respect a doctor that doesn't prescribe with out a visit. However I can understand your frustration. Hoping you won't have more episodes. It's frustrating seeing life pass you by. I've dealt with that a lot due to pain. In the end we can only do what's best for us and in our own speed.
I'm becoming convinced that nearly anything baked is bad for us. The protein bagel could be the culprit. Do you eat any other breads/flour/gluten?
I think you are right about the bagel/breads/flour/gluten.
Any bread (something with flour) baked in USA factory isn't healthy. I've read Europe they still grind grain into flour using a stone mill. In USA it's done in large factories with machines. Many people especially homesteaders are buying organic wheat berries and grinding at home. Wheat berries has longer shelf life than flour. You can get manual or electric grinders. This is probably why gluten allergy is so big here.
I suspect it could be the bagel/breads/flour/gluten.
Anyone have a link for Tucker's Twitter show, I don't have a Twitter account.

Several posts on this.
Good.
Maybe that dam breaking yesterday was meant to be a metaphor.........
I bet MTG is kicking herself for choosing the wrong side.... the Floor of the House is going to be a war zone for awhile.
There is evidence that many wildfires are caused by arson. Dutchsince pointed out that many of the Canadian wildfires started simultaneously. Now we have red alerts on air quality - especially for children and seniors. I wonder if It's intentional poisoning.
Yes, and the alerts on my weather app are saying to avoid exercise or strenuous activity outdoors. They’re trying to mess with our workout routines.
Since Walgreens is asshoe, could someone tell me if small chain pharmacies typically price match? There are a couple locally owned that are closer and nicer, but since my husband's Rx plan through work has a contact through Walgreens, would it work to use a smaller one? A couple bucks here or there wouldn't matter, as we don't get many prescriptions each year. Speaking in generalities does it work that way? Insurance is a racket, I know. I want to dump Walgreens.
I got an RX from Drugco and it was the most pleasant experience. It was like business was handled in 70s & 80s. (It's chain and usually in smaller towns). Unfortunately the RX, Z pac, was less than $3.00 at Walgreens and $15.00 at Drugco. The Drugco price was better than my insurance price. My insurance gives a better rate at Walgreens. Yeah, insurance red tape sucks! I called Drugco to transfer because Walgreens had my RX since 6PM the night before and at 11AM it still wasn't ready. Drugco did an automated call when it was ready. They transferred and filled it in less than a thirty minutes. They are very busy, just shows you the difference in a smaller company and mega chain. I might switch to Sam's if the price is reasonable. I have a couple year round RX. I've picked up my parents before and they are very nice and efficient. A local drugstore that's been around longer than me just sold out to Walgreens. Large merchants have ruined USA! Good luck 🍀
Thank you!!
The only drug I get from pharmacies is Hydroxychloroquine. My Greek health insurance gives me the same discount at ANY pharmacy, so I try to use the local ones with the fewest customers waiting in line ("queueing" in English).
I'm running late, but very, very short answer (from my understanding): if they accept your insurance, the pharmacy is obligated to fill the script for your assigned copay.
Type 1 diabetic with expensive scripts here. I tried switching to a very small Mom and Pop years ago as an act of consumer defiance. After some months, I was politely and discretely asked by the pharmacist owner, who told me him even asking me was in violation of his contract, to please take my business elsewhere as the overhead of filling my scripts had him operating at a loss. As in, my attempt to help was actually severely harming his business.
It's all a giant racket, and the more you know the more diseased it reveals itself to be.
So yes, absolutely try to switch pharmacies. But keep this information in mind and feel free to discretely ask the owner.
Thank you!!

I've noticed intentionally misspelling on YouTube and social media since the beginning of the plandimic. AI is probably picking up on those also. One post was smart, V🪓 for vaccine.
Looking for health advice for my wife, like many of you do not trust doctors or current GI drugs
Does anyone here deal with chronic loose stools that is not typical IBS-D or as serious/constant as Chron's?
There is no real trigger, the most common perhaps trigger is it is worse when large gaps of time occur between meals
The types of meals do not matter, sometimes a fried or seasoned meal will have no problems or a clean, whole foods meal will cause an instant bathroom run
I am guessing she needs more intense probiotics and something to repair gut lining, but what?
There's different types of IBS. I tried to research it years ago. I got IBS thirty one years ago a few months after getting food poisoning. My mom, brother and myself have always had constipation issues. At some point I went to chronic constipation to not having it. My IBS would hit after days of not going. No warning. At the most inopportune moments. One morning we were going to the longest Nascar race in the series and it hit. I don't like taking it but that day Imodium saved me. After all these years with my experience and much reading most doctors say take or eat fiber foods. Most natural experts say it's parasites. I more inclined to believe it comes from parasites or toxins in food and water. Most meat or dairy products bought in grocery stores have hormones. It takes research, I buy dairy that's hormone free. Organic doesn't mean hormone free. I'm trying to find a local chicken source. Chicken is the worst of the meat category, in my opinion. Even eating vegetarian isn't risk free unless they grow the food and know what's in it. I can't advise on parasite cleaning. From what I've read it's essentially a detox to rid the body of toxins. I think IBS is another medical/pharma industry made up disease just like SIDS.
Search herbs, supplements and minerals for leaky gut, IBS and GI
I don't trust the medical professionals either however I do get tests if needed. There could be something going on inside that the doctors aren't aware of, it's easy to say IBS etc.
I had been having pain and occasionally getting sick for a year. I tried to blame it on gluten and other food ingredients. It reached a breaking point in February and I ended up in the hospital septic. Long story I've posted about my experience & can be found on my user name.
Good luck and I pray everything gets better.
Lactose intolerance, gluten sensitivity can cause bowel irregulation.Sometimes we get food sensitivites we did not used to have. probiotics can be tricky, they really are specific to type, there is no generic one fits all probiotic as a supplement. But if you get them from food, probably hits the mark better. Kombucha, saurkraut, kimchi, naturally fermented, have them. You will know if they are natural if they are kept refrigerated at the store. Saurkraut in a jar on the shelf has no probiotics in it, it was cooked out if it.
I take Hydroxychloroquine (not every day) for I.B.S. but it can be effective for all types of colitis.
Also, eat foods that aren't processed or sanitised, see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qt1OoCX3_0Y
https://youtu.be/VVO8OqMA-pI
This is a video by Dr. Berg...he has other videos on IBS, diarrhea, even Crohn's...I hope he gives you some information that will be useful...it is good that you are trying to determine triggers or evaluating the symptoms...hope you find the answers you are seeking...
I have chron's ( currently in remission). I had to give up the "nightshade" plant family. Potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, and egg plant. Spaghetti, pizza, mashed potatoes where the hardest. I also drank "Georges" alovera which seemed to heal the lesions in the lining of the intestines. It's a process that takes a long time but can be done. I still have to be careful but life is much more normal. Oh I also had to really watch chemicals in food and even meds and vitamins.
I do not have Chron's , but I have mast cell ativation syndrome, from end stage Lyme. I had a major flare up , and now am eating a diet free of histamines. It's killin me not being able to eat all the foods I was fine with, especially the Italian foods and tomatos, I am eating the foods from my childhood, when I had no appetitie, bland and boiled, I mean, there's a reason why there's no such thing as Irish take-out, or Irish restaurants.
I read the books of Jordan Rubin many years ago...including "Patient Heal Thyself". He healed himself of crohn's disease...like you..it can be done...I applaud you for taking control of the situation and especially that you have a positive outcome....I love George's Aloe vera...take some every day in my water...
God bless you as you continue to heal and become healthy and whole...from the inside out...
