Yes exactly, I'm on Jury duty this month and I hope to God I get called in and put on the jury, I'll be like "These are just people talking, it's not proof" and "Affidavits aren't evidence" -- They'll be like "what do you mean, they are signed under penalty of purgery" and I'll be like "well, I learned it by watching the election fraud hearings, affidavits aren't evidence" -- and I hope everyone here does the same thing. You don't have to say guilty, look up jury nullification

Most likely, they had "November 0 - 2020" because they didn't know if it should be NOV 3 or NOV 4, or something earlier, since they were supposed to be "mail-in" ballots.
This means they were done DURING the pause -- meaning AFTER the polls closed -- by criminals scrambling to generate the ballots to push Biden over the top.
I remember Michigan in particular. They dumped 135,000 ballots in the early morning hours.
ALL of them had a vote for Biden and zero were for Trump. In addition, Biden/Harris was the ONLY office voted on. No other offices down ballot had any votes.
The odds of this happening randomly and honestly go beyond anything possible.
