So what does that MEAN, exactly? I'm not sure, but apparently we DO have the gold, and that certainly would go a long way to getting us out of our Central Banking problem.

Why use a 737? FedEx has a cargo plane that carries 112 tons. Why not go big, if you already need to hundreds of flights.

How do you transport 650 planeloads of gold from the Vatican to the nearest airport? You need a lot of trucks.
The US has an airbase in in Italy, but it's not close. The Rome airport is a half hour away.
And You need trucks for the gold and also heavily armed security teams to protect the gold.
3 million people live in Rome. The Vatican is one of the biggest tourist destinations in the world. 4 million visitors a year. Nobody noticed?

You would need literally an army. How long would this operation take? How do you get your army of people into the VATICAN unnoticed? This story first came out in 2020 btw.

When it says: the Vatican, it is very tempting to visualize a little piece of territory in Rome.
The Vatican as an institution is way bigger. Akin to a state. It can have embassies. The territory itself, meaning the soil remains to that country in which the embassey is founded, but the location can be awarded a separate status.
This is the way with the Vatican. It can have embassies, and other sovereign locations not subject to local laws.
It therefore does not imply that the physical location where the gold is stashed is exactly in Vatican City.
Then the 650 planes needed. It does.not mean that the gold had to be transported ststes-side.
A transfer into another sovereign title suffices. The amount of gold indeed can sum up to a weight where, of you would physically transport it, 650 plane loads would be needed.
So, on further analysis of what Jan Halper was saying, means she is technically correct but it does not mean that a physical movement of gold has taken place.
It may mean that the gold was stashed in NY at the fed vault with a Vatican label, or some other label.

I stared with looking up 'FED" ended up with what is probably what "ending the FED" means: Foreign Exchange Department. Which is where most currency manipulations begin. Not to mention each transaction means a fee...
It seems as though our new money will be mainly silver backed. On the debt clock it shows silver coins and bars and a big x on the fed building. Maybe due to don't have enough gold to cover all the money needed. Or perhaps it will be gold AND silver backed. But also we have other value in our land, buildings, oil, stock market etc.
