FOX News this weekend reported that the National Archives missed their deadline to turn over Joe Biden’s pseudonym emails to the House Oversight Committee.
The National Archives have decided to give more time to Biden and Obama to pick and choose which emails to release – a favor not offered to President Trump during any of his garbage investigations.
No worries. The MSM will be all over this. Their dogged investigative journalism will force the national archives to do the right thing I am sure. (Sarc)

What is his next move? How about the following? Subpoena the heads of the National Archive (ergo, decision-makers) to be questioned before the Congressional House Oversight Committee. Question them on their lack of response and stone-walling. If they don't provide answers, while they are in the capital building have them arrested by the Sergeant At Arms for contempt/perjury (and other offenses) until the emails are released. This repub-led congress needs to play hard-ball like the Pelosi-led congress did to Trump and his Administration.

As a FOIA request is granted by a court, the National Archives should be held in contempt with the director being jailed until the documents are released.
They are actually obstructing the courts if the courts had a set date for the release.

I'm sure some congressional aide will write a very stern letter and include it in the next subpoena. It does bring up an interesting angle.. what if we're revealing that the congress really has no power of oversight over anything because it has no teeth?
