Excess amount of Tritium has been in the atmosphere for a long period of time due to US nuclear testing and has been in the water table fresh and salt for decades.
But the concentration of Tritium has been decreasing over time since US nuclear testing halted a while ago.

I had another post here where I challenged people to search the FAA NOTAS database to actually find that ID number in it. I could not. I found a different one with a VERY wording, except that one had the word MAGNETIC in front of radiation, which tells a very different story and convinced me completely this is just fear mongering.

I did see a radiation warning in your search results just like I saw in mine, but again it was an ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION warning, so very different from what that screenshot was trying to sell it as.

I tried a random sampling of dates but it seems like nothing goes there.
No idea, but if someone is trying to sell the idea that this is a threat because of airborne nuclear contaminants, it wouldn't just be right over the island, it would be anywhere the jet stream blows from that island.

I couldn't find the NOTAM id in the image, but I did find a VERY similar one for that same location, NOTAM #: A0176/24. Notice how the text below is ALMOST identical to the posted one, with the exception this one puts the word ELECTROMAGNETIC before radiation which completely changes the meaning.

LOL, this country alone has 140 official air radiation monitors. You can bet we aren't the only nation with these. Plus all the amatuer folks. You aren't silencing them all quickly.
Also, don't you think massive levels of radiation aloft might cause interference and noticeable problems for commercial air traffic? Go check the flight trackers, there are planes aloft everywhere. And if you think they're faking that too they wouldn't be able to fool all the people on the ground waiting to board and takeoff.
