IRS you’re up first…let the suits begin.
The first plaintiffs should be the Tea Party 501-c3 groups that were unjustly targeted by Obama's IRS under Lois Lerner. The IRS later destroyed hard drives to hide the evidence. That and their apology to these Tea Party groups were admissions of guilt. The case against the IRS is very strong.

I can’t wait to see all these lawsuits specially what these monsters did to Tea Party.
CDC WHO close 2nd if not tied 1st three way
It’s going to be Biblical
(Insert McLovin' - "I got a boner!" GIF).
All 3 letter agencies should be shittin bricks about now.
So?
We can now sue federal agencies who will pay attorneys, with freshly printed fiat money, borrowed from China, on the backs of our grandchildren, who will be forced to pay it back x 2 in 70 years.
Does not sound like a win win. Let us sue those who run federal agencies and require them to pay attorneys from their personal checking accounts.
Lawfare, sue them into debtors prison.
Agree 100%
My thoughts exactly! American taxpayer money defending these agencies. Or paying for settlements. On the other hand, lawsuits can lead to exposure of facts. On the third hand, exposure won’t matter if no one hears about it. MSM scumbags.
This is why they need to be totally dismantled, auction off all assets, and dump the money back into the Treasury and see what that amounts to. Biden can be the auctioneer. Pelosi can model each auctioned item until there's nothing left. Then they can each be hanged from the top of the Chinese Embassy in DC.
The SCOTUS already made that legal a few years ago. Individual federal agents can indeed be sued, personally, if they violate your civil rights.

The SCOTUS has since added caveats to that ruling that limit how such lawsuits can be applied. But, it is technically possible.
If anyone fits the individual definition of "persons" The Agency employees are "persons." Bring on the suits! Make individual Agency hacks fearful of enforcing anything, making the effectiveness of all Agencies reduced to the "paper tigers" they actually are.
Patience grasshopper
Sue the FDA for approving dangerous vaccines.

2 billion people? 2 billion people worldwide were vaxxed right?

…ACTUALLY...IMHO...., it’s SCOTUS ruling that CITIZENS CAN SUE (for damages) UNDER THE FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act)

Thanks for that. The headline and tweet grossly overstate the win here.
Yeah, this should be higher up. Title of post is misleading.
Wow, this seems like a very big deal!
Here is a link to the Epoch Times Article.

Sue the SEC. I want my tendies
Coincidentally, on the same day, the SEC approved the DWAC merge.
DWAC up almost 15% today as of 3pm ET
I would like to sue the FBI for harassing me about being at the capitol on Jan 6th, since my warrant I've lost sleep, afraid to drive in fear of being pulled over and sent to the DC gulags etc.. It really does weigh on me, especially cause the warrant still stands.
Anyone have any ideas? First that came to mind for me was ACLU but yeah I doubt theyd be of any use.
ACLJ. American Center for Law and Justice. https://aclj.org/
It's run by Jay Sekulow, he was one of President Trump's attorneys during one of the impeachment trials.
You da best I'll check it out thank u!
😁👍
OUTJURIS until TIDES change with DECLAS, fellow pede. The blade has a TIPP but no REACH.
The fun begins directly after.
Wasn't a disinfo post, that's for sure!
No. Only with respect to credit reporting. This is a very specific case related to fair credit reporting act.
Aaaand it begins:

The videos are behing paywall.
Here is an article explaining the same: https://ij.org/press-release/u-s-supreme-court-rules-unanimously-you-may-sue-government-agents-for-damages-when-they-violate-your-individual-rights/
you can watch it here. https://files.catbox.moe/kkqznb.mp4
This ruling only applies to credit reporting errors. In the Fair Credit Reporting Act, sovereign immunity is waived due to specific language in the law.
How about the DOE and the NNSA for their unconstitutional vax mandate?
Class action lawsuits can be very effective.
For those complaining about taxpayer dollars going to lawyers so be it. If IRS has to use their funding to hire lawyers instead of hire goons or buy guns for their agents, the less able they are able to do their job. No one ever wishes these 3 letter agencies had more resources.
The IRS is not government. But not sure that even matters.
Everyone that's electro sensitive and suffer as a result of high Radio Frequency could sue the FCC for allowing them as there are thousands of scientific studies showing their dire health effects. FCC continues to ignore the studies and use the population as guinea pigs.

Good for the Lawyers from Which all Judges Start....
Sorry not dooming but I see exorbitant lawyers fees everywhere...
If there were a class action against the CIA, every American citizens would qualify to join it.
How is this not bigger news?
Huzzah!
Get ready to get wrecked! 😂
Great…so these agencies will pay punitive damages with my tax dollars. Wake me up when they make the directors and their minions personally liable, then we’ll be getting somewhere.
