Jokes on them, I've been eating two eggs for breakfast almost every day for over a month now and my health has never been better. I actually feel full after breakfast and not starving an hour later like I would with carb and sugar-laden cereal. Eating XXX (usually anything animal product - this LOL- danger was pushed in the eighties to be (((cholesterol))) that 'blocks' the arteries, but that whole idea was debunked when it was pointed out that Vitamin D is made FROM cholesterol, or it is an adjacent molecule, or something - anyway, not eating anything from animal origin is a VEGAN agenda). If anything the literature shows that Eating sugar causes micro-injuries in the fine blood vessel and cappilaries. But the eating bans and restrictions alway go after animal products.
Not exercising - theory being that the heart does not get enough of a work-out - OK then.
Exercising, because the heart can't keep up and beats itself to death. (Erm, neither of those last two options are how involuntary muscles work, nor is such reasoning easy to prove.
Not sleeping
Sleeping too much
Sitting for too long. (Ok so which posture must we adopt again?, and for how long? (LOL at the attempt to control the population's movements this way)
Being dehydrated - but of course - DRINK more beverages.
Drinking too much water - YOu MuSt DRINK electrolYtEs
Margarine, vegetable oils, and sugar need to go. Also they told us for 40 years that eggs were bad. You can't calculate the size of effect this had on the world...

I make a bowl of oatmeal, when done, I add 2 eggs and poach them on the oatmeal-butter and salt....mmmgood. ❤️
