Cures to Arthritis?
posted 1 year ago by Jammyjams 1 year ago by Jammyjams +79 / -0

Knowing that there are multiple cures (ivermectin) to various ailments that have been covered up, wondering if anyone has knowledge on cures to arthritis?

My father has terrible arthritis and I'm eager to find something for him. I am also having early arthritic pain at almost 40yrs old.

Thx in advance!

Hasn't helped my joint pain from hormone blockers. I take it daily anyway as it's supposed to cure cancer too.

I'm taking Boron for my Arthritis and it is NOT as bad as before BUT still have twinges once-in-awhile...I just changed my shoes to Hokas and so far...WOWZA!!!

Also, on the Boron...TAKE IT EVERYDAY...it is one of those minerals that tend to go away pretty quickly...

NOTE: Make sure the Boron is about 20mg daily!!! PER FDA...(subject to verification)...IF you know what I mean!!!

There are two types of arthritis... the most common is osteoarthritis, which nearly everyone gets if they live long enough. Rheumatoid arthritis is much more serious and is very difficult to live with.

I treat my osteoarthritis with krill capsules, cod liver oil capsules, and daily administration of Voltaren (diclofenac sodium) topical ointment. It means the difference between playing my musical instruments (banjo, guitar, mandolin etc.) and NOT being able to play at all.

Thank you. Yes, worried about RA as a possible cause for mine. My dad is definitely from old age since he is in his mid 70s.

Omegas are something I've definitely looked into, but never took consistently. From all of the responses here, seems like carnivore diet and omegas are the solution. Pretty certain carbs are definitely a huge cause.

They are poisoning all of us, so wondering if they upped the garbage they put in foods for the last 3 years. All of my health problems have come up in this time period.

Don't avoid carbs altogether, your body needs some carbs to function well. Find a good balance between protein (meat etc) and carbs. All things in moderation.

Not all carbs are created equal. Can't really compare the harmful effects of refined white flour, with a potato. Also, if you cook your starch foodstuffs, and then cool them in the fridge overnight, they convert into Resistant Starch, and cannot be digested in the small intestine, so they don't spike your blood sugar, and they provide a prebiotic food the gut bacteria.

What if they (potatoes, e.g.) are reheated, would you have any idea if it stays as resistant starch?

Researchers are saying that cooking them, cooling them, and then reheating them, actually works better than just cooking and cooling.

Yes. Carnivore diet... Animal based is better.. Good carbs from fruit and unpasteurized honey. Get seed oils out of your life. Get sugar out of your life. Eat lots of eggs and grass fed butter

Jordan Peterson says that fasting has been proven to relieve symptoms. (The symptoms return after resuming eating, though, so it's problematic...) After switching to a strict carnivore diet, he concluded that it's carbohydrates that are to blame. You'll find those statements on a Joe Rogan interview with him about the carnivore diet.

This nutritional theory is greatly expanded upon by a guy named Darko Velcek. (Https://darkovelcek.wordpress.com/introduction/) He might have dedicated articles on arthritis, but he goes into it in depth, including how it cures arthritis. He uses sea salt (which includes boron, among a grab bag of all other minerals) as an integral part of the protocol. Good luck.

Deep dives:

https://www.lifeextension.com/protocols/immune-connective-joint/osteoarthritis

https://www.lifeextension.com/protocols/immune-connective-joint/rheumatoid-arthritis

In both links above, see the "Nutrients" section for a good number of supplements known to be effective.

Personal story:

Maybe 35 years ago, my SIS was diagnosed with osteoarthritis. She was already having trouble doing the office work her job required, and the Dr told her she would eventually be unable to use her hands for much of anything. NOTHING could be done to prevent that.

I suggested she look into SAMe, Glucosamine and Chondroitin (often encapsulated together), and curcumin.

She decided to take SAMe and nothing else. (She's still not interested in taking more than a small handful of supplements). Her arthritis problems went away quickly and her hands are STILL functional and showing no signs of arthritis.

I hope you and your father both find relief from your joint problems.

Rooibos Bush Tea (red bush tea from South Africa) is excellent for arthritis. Personally I love it and think with cream and sugar it tastes like white chocolate. I have seen an 80 year old man unable to lift arms above his head due to arthritis regain full motion without pain after about two months of a cup or two of this every morning. I'm not saying its a cure and I'm sure results vary wildly, but probably worth looking into. Back when I saw this work it hadn't quite hit the US yet and the only way to get it was by relatives (ex in-law's family) mailing it from there. It wasn't processed and was very raw but the store bought ones you can get here taste the same to me... been 30 years now since then... crazy. NCSWIC!!!

Yup, I've heard about this. My dad is diabetic, so this maybe a 2fer. It's just that they are indoctrinated by the media and think red meat is poison and will kill people due to fat and the terrible lies.

I think that's the solution for mine. I notice when I eat carb heavy, I wake up with stiff hands and fingers. Probably the increased poison in foods and the chemtrails.

Well, fren, there are tons of videos on youtube of people who are carnivores and some of them have been on the diet for years. Some are stricter than others. Some eat ONLY meat while others include things like butter and cheese. There are even doctors on their espousing it's effectiveness. One doctor, Dr. Caffee, eats only beef. He said that 99% of the time, he eats rib eye steaks. There are other docs doing the same, as well. If your dad is interested, you can show him those videos and maybe alleviate his concerns. And I don't know if a person has to do it forever, but maybe for a good long while (6 months? - 1 year?) to 'reset' their body. Anyway, there's many who know a lot more than me. Good luck to you and your dad.

I have a friend with the early symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis whose Doctor prescribed hydroxychloroquine. The Doc claims that it should help reduce the inflammation and pain. I don’t have any other details.

While a lot of problems we get are due to toxins in the environment, we also are lacking in vitamins and minerals etc that used to be in our food when it was natural and clean. Cows would provide iodine, for example, but their food is no longer whole and so we are lacking. Iodine is needed for thyroid regulation and lots of other things. Ditto with boron and the B vitamins, including B17 (laetrile), and many others.

Carnivore diet. Arthritis is an inflammatory process, take away those foods which do harm and his condition will lessen. Thus, stop eating sugar, flour, cooking oils, and starchy veggies. Once he begins the Carnivore diet, in a couple of weeks he will begin to feel better. Look for Dr. Ken Berry on YouTube.

Turmeric cured inflammation from reactive arthritis of 13 years within days. (recipe for golden milk specifically) I'm mad I didn't trust homeopathic l/herbal medicine sooner.

Also mill your own flour and make your own carbs. Fixed my digestive issues I have had since I was a kid. I did everything.... Nothing like real fiber with bran and germ in tact. Also my allergies don't bother me, no more post nasal drip.

Your gut is your second brain... IMO.

I ditched store peanut butter and my weird burning sensation in my legs went away. Probably from same issue from 13 years ago. (check my comment history in what I did) or maybe it's the food.

Recent research, has provided a couple of proven methodologies. The first and most important, is vitamin C, combined with Collagen Hydrolysate. The USRDA for Vitamin C is grossly under the mark. The way to find your dose, is to keep upping it, until you start to have loose bowels. Back off until you find your comfort zone. Without Vitamin C, we all get Scurvy. One of the main reasons we age so badly. As others have revealed, Boron, in the form of natural Borax, has a well established reputation for treating osteoarthritis and osteoporosis. I have been using all of these protocols for over 6 years, with no side effects, and at least a 50 percent improvement in knee pain and bone density. Also, you need to be aware that if you drink alcohol on a regular basis, it basically leaches important nutrients such as magnesium, from your skeleton.

If he is in a lot of pain then DMSO combined with either black seed oil or magnesium sulphate is very good I have found.

Be careful with DMSO, it goes straight into the skin immediately and carries whatever its mixed with along for the ride, you don't want it to be contaminated with bleach, paint stripper or oven cleaner, a big nope there.

Apply this with clean hands onto the painful areas and the pain will stop. Not hands washed in soap, just rinsed with warm clean water.

Its minus points are that DMSO is not expelled from the human body very easily, it sits in the bone joints and doesn't move.

Use nitrile gloves with DMSO, never bare hands.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– DragonBallz 1 point 1 year ago +1 / -0

Respectfully, you might want to verify this affirmation. Good old latex is the one safe material to use for applying DMSO. Nitrile is not, unfortunately.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– GimmeMemes 1 point 1 year ago +1 / -0

32 years of using DMSO to solubilize test drugs and annual safety trainings says you're full of shit. DMSO passes straight through latex, but nitrile will stop it.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– DragonBallz 1 point 1 year ago +1 / -0

Mmmm. Digging further into the subject, I find conflicting information relating to the proper handling of DMSO: Some say nitrile is better, some say latex is better. All say that both nitrile and latex will degrade over hours from contact with DMSO but disagree on which one degrades faster... I could not find a single source that stated that latex could not be used or that DMSO goes straight through it. Also given that applying DMSO on oneself, or someone else, does not take hours but mere minutes, the latex does not have time to degrade- I use and re-use latex finger cots dozens of time and they hold up just fine. On a personal note, I could have just "hunkered down" on my opinion but chose to investigate further instead, being curious of nature and always willing to revisit notions and concepts about anything and be willing to change my mind, or recognize misconceptions or false pseudo-knowledge I might have. So, I learned a little more about the chemical resistance of nitrile and latex all thanks to you. Have a blessed day.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– GimmeMemes 1 point 1 year ago +1 / -0

If you attend a safety training for any major company or institution where they discuss DMSO, they will all tell you that DMSO passes through latex gloves, and that you should use a type of glove that will prevent that from happening, such as nitrile.

I can also speak from experience working with DMSO that is 99.9% pure and tell you that it DOES pass through latex. There is a distinct taste that many people will get in their mouth if they absorb too much DMSO through their skin, and I have personally experienced that while wearing latex gloves, but never while wearing nitrile.

At the end of the day, I just want people to be careful if they're using DMSO and not handle it carelessly where they end up harming themselves. I appreciate your research, and your friendly response. God bless you, fren.

It could certainly be because I always use DMSO diluted (70% of 99.995% pharma grade DMSO 29.5% distilled water and 0.5% Lugols iodine). I use it on my skin but funny I never got the garlicky breath ;-) .

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– GimmeMemes 1 point 1 year ago +1 / -0

It's not garlicky, it's just a unique and unpleasant taste in the mouth. I don't think it gives off an odor. And I think it only affects some people, not everyone.
