The only issue I have with this possible person on the water tower, is that all reconstructions of the paths of the projectiles cross the platform Trump was standing on, from left to right, originating from the buildings 150 yards away. There are no paths of possible projectiles from the direction of the water tower...unless there is new information I'm not aware of.

Even after turning to look at the giant screen, a projectile would have made a rather large hole going in and likely a much bigger one coming out of the back of his cranium. The body on top of the roof is not lined up quite correctly if that video of the bullet that went through the standing man in stands that hits the railing and then hits the lift machine with the forks up high in the sky is the offending first bullet. And even I know a sniper... a true sniper shoots from cover, like inside a building through a window... like the one open in the building over the right shoulder of the corpse. My guess would be that the tower shooter had over watch and was there to attempt to address things in the event of a miss. The angles wouldn't be right from the tower. The angle would be perfect from the 2nd floor window where they said a sniper team was stationed!
