Being Gen-Z feels like showing up to the party 4 hours after everyone left.
The American dream is dead. Trump said that at the RNC when I was like 10 years old and it's gotten worse every year since. It's frustrating because everyone knows it's bad but there's still so little sympathy. It seems like all that's left of America is this vague idea that you have to work yourself to death so you can buy things. That's literally all we have left that unites us. Working and trying to buy groceries.
What is this country without prosperity?
My generation is trying to figure this out and we're not coming up with much inspiring stuff. With the benefit of hindsight, no one likes the direction our ancestors chose to take. The suburbs that gave our great grandparents the dream of homeownership left us isolated and friendless as kids, sealed up behind a TV screen so our parents could feel like we're safe. The constant economic stimulus that kept our economy growing throughout the 20th century is now like a noose around the neck of anyone who has to buy things regularly in order to survive (aka everyone). The cost of living is brutal and probably not going down unless the economy actually shrinks for a while. We've transitioned from a labor economy to an ownership economy as boomers retired and invested their savings in real estate and the stock market. It no longer pays to work. College is useless. Our society is overly bureaucratized and discrimination against white people and men is openly celebrated. Anyone who doesn't fit into DEI HR culture is effectively banned from participating in the mainstream economy.
No one is happy. Liberals aren't happy. Conservatives aren't happy. Men and women are at each other's throats but equally miserable for different reasons. We have no culture, no third spaces to meet people and forge lasting relationships. Most people are single, lonely and completely disgusted by one another. Everyone I know is mentally ill to some degree. It's really bad. I don't think older people fully understand the caliber of people who will inherit this world.
I think the negativity will only stop when the direction of our civilization completely changes. There's no making our current trajectory work, under any circumstances.
CONSTANT GROWTH IS NOT SUSTAINABLE. Constant change, constant agitation is not normal. It's not normal for every generation to die in a world that's completely unrecognizable from the one they were born into. It's not normal that our pattern of life is constantly being messed with for the sake of theoretical progress. It's not normal to feel like you're on the clock 24/7, constantly surveilled, constantly accounted for. The feeling that time is speeding up, that every moment needs to be filled with some meaningless distraction. THIS IS NOT NORMAL. This is not healthy. Our birthrates are falling off because this world is not appropriate for human beings to live in.
Consumerism has to die. Liberalism (in the classical and modern sense) needs to be retired. Even rationality in the sense we know of today has to go. Inefficiency is what makes life home for human beings.
I don't want to hear people call this idealistic nonsense when our culture is visibly dying before our eyes. The status quo and the 20th century frame of reference has been discredited, as hard as that is for some people to accept. Change is our only option and it's inevitable at this point.
Conservatives will have to articulate a vision of our future that goes beyond capitalist consumerism or else we're going to become a third world communist shithole. New ideas are needed. We have to drastically expand our minds beyond what we've been conditioned to believe, or humanity is truly doomed.
Rant over.
This country had a civil war once. They sent young people like you off to die. The great depression left people starving. Every generation has hard times. Study, adapt, persevere and thrive.
I think a world where people my age die at their own hand because the world around them is meaningless is more sad than a world where young people die in a war for their country. Our problem is not material right now, it's far deeper. We're not used to addressing the problems that are overwhelming our society today.
“I think the negativity will only stop when the direction of our civilization completely changes.”
This statement really caught my attention - if you flip it, it might help the disempowerment you’re feeling - i.e., the direction of our civilization will completely change when the negativity stops.
You CAN make a difference.
I get it, I honestly do get it....
But you must understand and Comprehend, this whole mess isn't because of Capitalism, but is happening in Spite of Capitalism....
Gen X grew up hardwired into Capitalism, and we love it, and we know how to make it Work FOR us, and how it can be used by Individuals as well as Groups so Everyone shares in the Prosperity.....
And yes, we have been heavily Infiltrated, all the way to the point that the Criminals are destroying us from Within, as well as from without....
But be of good cheer, things are going to turn around, it's a 40 year Pendulum swing, it swings for 20 years from Center to the Left and back to center, then 20 years to the Right and back to center....
Gen X and a few others who helped, have been working diligently to stop the pendulum just a bit to the Right of Center, and by all accounts, it seems to be working....
IT has been moving from Left to Right, at some ever growing speed now for about Four Years, and is close to passing the center Point and moving Right, and the more Momentum we can give it, the better, as we MUST, make it stick, and get stuck to the Right for as long as possible....
Once it gets to Center and starts to move further to the Right, you'll see there will be more abundance for everyone....
I think capitalism and communism are two different approaches to the same end goal of a post-scarcity utopia where there's nothing to live or die for. Markets are natural and have existed forever but "capitalism" is a very specific ideological framework that lends itself to the world we have today for better or worse.
I hate to sound like the Socialists and Communists, but we don't have Good and Effective Capitalism today....
There's way too much Regulation by the Fed Govt, and with that comes more of a Socialist form of Market....
Yes, we do need Some Regulations, but not the garbage we have accumulated in the last 100+ years....
Some of these Regs make good sense in the direction of Public Safety, but many are just Red Tape to make the Businesses slower and have them operate in a handicapped manner, all while paying large sums just to get some stupid permit that shouldn't exist, or should be part of an all encompassing Permit....
So, No, we do not have Capitalism at all, and at best, we have the nearly full on installment of Socialism....
Dude, the world we exist in - with all its relative comfort, safety, abundance - is 100% specifically BECAUSE of capitalism.
The negative aspects of today’s world & society - and of course there are a lot - is specifically because of communism / Marxism, and ever-expanding government.
Though I do think companies like Microsoft, Apple & google are WAY too big & need to be shattered into a thousand pieces & scattered to the wind
"I think a world where people my age die at their own hand because the world around them is meaningless is more sad than a world where young people die in a war for their country." I think a country that has become a place where those are the only two options is a country that sucks. BTW, most "war"s (ours, more recent...even "covid") aren't for "their" (our) country, e.g. the Ukraine/Russia conflict is about an entity (shhhhh) or entities outside of Russia that want(s) control of, access to, AND any riches derived from, every square inch of every resource (including human capital, not including useless eaters, of course) on the planet.
Spiritual war. Death is death.
This war destroys your psyche. Not minimizing but we all need some sort of support. It’s different for each on.
What a rant. Upvote from me for the sincerity of it.
I had those same feelings when I was starting out and gas prices were over $2. My entire life I remembered looking out the window at the signs and seeing .97.
I made minimum wage-$5.15/hr.
Truth be told, I think we all feel that as we are starting out and I am not sure about everyone else, but I'm still feeling it.
Being in any age group right now sucks... not just zoomers or whatever.
We are very much at war...a war of good vs evil and a war for whatever remains of our sovereignty.
The game is the same it ever was, only the names and tactics have changed.
The world at large is overdue for a change. The old tired ways of overlooking our situation is over - everybody knows we're being jerked around and new deals for our existence need to be made - because it's clear - life could easily be SO MUCH BETTER if decisions were made to support life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness instead of EVERY decision being in opposition to that.
Your generation, some call soft - but few understand, you're actually more balanced in the male/female aspect, where you are more tolerant (to your detriment sometimes...) and I would say, more kind and loving in certain important ways. I'll say there are caveats with that - because liberals have hijacked the whole "love trumps hate" bullshit where they SAY that, but do the exact opposite, which seems to just go right by many people's heads. I hate those fuckers for tricking people like that...
Anyway...as I said, we are very much at war. The cabal wants full spectrum dominance and white zoomers getting a house and multiplying is not part of their "boot on the face/neck" of everyone plans. Other generations are fighting with everything they have to maintain what they have/earned - and many are losing right now... it's not just zoomers getting cornholed - we all are. This is why unity is so important going forward and zoomers are needed and welcomed as fellow soldiers against this evil.
As co-creators of this world, despite the gross manipulation, it is essential to not only research as much as you can with discernment to uncover the battlefield, but also to distill/filter the information and hold on to the hope you find. This is where the convergence of the Q drops, interactions and pointings of others here and elsewhere, are seeds and fuel for the co-creation of our future. It's IMPORTANT that we all project forward a vision of victory over the evil in this world. I cannot state that enough - because we VERY MUCH have the ability to bend and shape reality to our will - which is a powerful endowment from the Supreme Creator.
You have to find what resonates most with BOTH your head and your heart and share that with others. Collectively we can all create the changes our Spirits have longed for - and resonating that energy and idea is of prime importance. Each one of us, yourself including is doing their part, whether you really believe that or not. You're here for a reason... and you've posted this particular thread for a reason... and anons are replying to you for a reason - that many may view as simply trite conjecture, but they have no idea how powerful just one thing could be, and how many lurkers, friends or others will be encouraged to participate in their own soldiering role as a result of this. Everyone is doing their part. We're ALL battle fatigued and weary little brother... so don't mistake "sucking it up" as pacification...
Find things that educate, move and inspire you - things that lift you out of the darkness of despair and recognize that you are not fighting evil on your own. This is important to realize...You may find this video that was posted a few days ago both informative and hopeful... and it's just the tip of the iceberg... combine the Q drops, MJ12 pdf/drops, General Kwast's DECLAS videos (pre AND post Space Force creation) and I'd say there are some major hints about our future. They give both understanding and hope, if you really listen.
This war is shit... and feels long, drawn out and hopeless sometimes, but thankfully we've got COMs and patriots telling us it's all going to work out - even acknowledging our impatience and why it had to be this way. Yes, things suck and are probably going to get worse...so prepare both your mind and spirit and start building your support network for the tough times ahead. It could ALWAYS be worse - so count your blessings and keep your chin up.
RE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5qBdzhSna9E
This is not just a gen Z crisis, this is an everyone crisis because more and more people are waking up to the truth.
Work based society has always been a lie. There are jobs that need to exist, obviously. Plumber, farmer, carpenter, welder, miller, doctor, fireman, trashman, baker, cook, etc
But not everyone can do those jobs, and even if we all wanted to, you would quickly reach a point of futility. Even a million more in each field and the need disappears.
This is why we have fake jobs. Salesman, secretary, cubicle filler, cashier, stocker, middle manager, assistant to the associate VP of marketing, Jobs that at times may perform a helpful task to someone, but ultimately, have no actual importance to society.
Even then, it is all based on a false idea: currency. The people with real jobs (jobs that perform a tangible, and necessary function) are paid in currency by the people with fake jobs, and the people with fake jobs, are paid in currency by ogliarchs with control of the actual currency
We value currency because it is the only way to obtain things we need to survive. Dollars have no inherent value on their own. No currency does. Even gold is only valuable because it could be exchanged for something else.
The awakening will trigger a shift in which people realize it is all false, and work is performed for the good of man. The pretense of currency disappears and the dream of flawed systems becomes a reality. This societal shift is a necessary building block of the new Kingdom.
Life sucks in the foxhole right now, but be of good cheer. We are about to enter what I call the golden age of Trump. It will happen quicker than you think. And hopefully Christian faith will expand greatly along with it. Both are necessary to achieve contentment. The third pillar of the American dream.
Twinkling of an eye.
Yes, things are tough for the younger generation. But hard times bring change.
New ideas aren’t needed. Old ones are.
Imo, we need to get back to America’s original values. Get land, be self sufficient and find faith. Small towns, property, family, friends, work with your hands, grow things and find Jesus. Help others.
There is life, meaning and purpose in those things. Not what you’ve been told you need for happiness by the DS. Why else would “they” try to tell you differently?
Gen X here- Working two jobs, struggling to make it to each payday. Praying nothing bad happens to my vehicle and considering finding another income source. I feel your pain!
We all have been and we are all currently being swindled.
The Fed has devalued the dollar so much that those without assets can rarely improve their station. Those with assets are trying very hard to maintain. Most of us are screwed.
That’s the root of the problem.
Another huge problem is our government waste. Pork projects and our methods of lawmaking, lobbying and career politicians make for a no-win future. Black budgets and no accountability are not what America stands for. Foreign aid is outright stealing from the US taxpayers. Forever wars drain our wealth, prosperity and human capital.
We are in a sad state of affairs. We need to purge and reset to our core values. We should be an independent nation who puts our interests first. We don’t need bases all over the world. We should not “influence“ nor topple governments. It will be painful but we have to prevent most of the issues above. The ingrained military and legislative complexes will fight very hard to protect their grift.
I must have spent a good twenty, maybe thirty minutes trying to figure out how to respond.
Truth is, I'm 41, and if I told you I had all the answers, it'd be a bald-faced lie.
maybe what you need is a starting point; what's one small thing you could change in your own life that could make things a little bit better? you don't need to move mountains, but maybe pick up a shovelful of dirt and move it from here to over there.
Excellent advice. What’s the very next thing you can do; the very next step you can take, even if it is some thing as seemingly “small” as cleaning your room or making your bed - to borrow a phrase from Admiral McRaven:
Make Your Bed: Little Things That Can Change Your Life...And Maybe the World https://a.co/d/8ozOOwj
Sometimes we get so focused on some big, grand plan & vision, that we forget about the things that are right in front of us & immediately available.
well said.
I'm 21, in college about to graduate in May 2025. I see and live what you are going through. However this hopelessness in this post is sickening. I've waited my entire life for people my age to grow up and think, and It's not come about. Still can't lose hope over it, I do trust God after all. If you think you are in the minority of those who are awake, then be the strongest one man army you can be.
We live in a modern day Babylon. Once you see this, everything around you starts making more sense on why the world is the way it is.
Consumerism, everything being put into categories, the obsession over money, fame, and anything else that will benefit ME...it's all Babylon. The world is being consumed by all the Earthly things they were taught to seek, and now we are seeing the ugly side of it, but at a much more rapid pace the last decade or two.
Without coming off as preaching to you, the World has lost sight of our Creator, our God. Even the tainted History books we can read today will reflect this if you go back and read about each century. Once the World finally gets back on the right path, then we will start to find what true peace is again, and what life is really meant to be.
The Earth is being ruled over by Satan, and we can only keep to the Light Path until our Lord and Savior returns. We just need to keep being the Fisher of Men, and know that our God puts challenges in front of each of us to overcome, and not be consumed by it.
yes^ and this is why Q tells us to 'read the Bible'...
and to me that means we have to read it logically and analyze it like we do with the drops...
the section of the Bible referred to as the Q-Source (there are no coincidences:) is about what you referred to...'who' rules this place...and what Jesus says about the situation. the Q-Source is also called the Sayings Gospel of Jesus 😇
Q gave us many biblical connections to what we are seeing today. It's truly mind blowing the more you get into the Q posts and their deeper meanings. I really makes me wonder who Q really is, or the direct connection they have.
Whenever Q told us this is bigger than anyone can imagine I don't think many anons have truly soaked in what this means. This plan may be much bigger than what we think, and it'll for sure not just be another 4 year election.
I'll drop 5 Q posts, start pondering what I said above, and what the posts say. The first one is just preface to the following 4:
u/#q833
u/#q3432
u/#q722
u/#q772
Read the kill brackets in order on this one too u/#q4550
There's a reason why Q said they cannot disclose 100% of the Truth. I used to think it was hogwash in saying this, but once I used my discernment on them over the many years, I started to see why Q cannot give it all to us. There are Truths out there that would indeed send 99% of the population to the hospital, because it will wreck their self egos and minds if they are not prepared for it, and they would have a mental breakdown. The brainwashing and manipulation starting at our birth goes VERY deep, no matter how awake you are, or think you are. There are even some Truths that cannot be said on here.
Q even gave us a sample of it with these two drops:
u/#q111 u/#q142
great reply! thanks for sharing, will take me some time to read through it again, but the drops are definitely relevant.
and I've also been hooked on the bigger than we 'can imagine'
And then when I see the connections going back to the founding fathers & before...
yeah, Q has been planning this forever, because the change will be so big! and that's why Q said;
#2450
We are going to show you a new world.
Those who are blind will soon see the light.
A beautiful BRAVE new world lies ahead.
We take this journey together.
One step at a time.
WWG1WGA! Q
I've had great conversations about #2450, and the general consensus seems to be one of those hard Truths that's never really talked about, or widely accepted. I think there were also multiple meanings with the Brave New World...the book, which relates to today and what we're seeing, and the new world we will get to see after the war is over.
"We take this journey together."
"One step at a time."
The world as we know it is about to greatly change, much bigger than most can imagine. I'm not talking about anything Biblical End Times, or Revelations, but humanity is about to be truly free, in more ways than just our freedoms.
You're so close. You've for a few assumptions wrong, though, and they make all the difference. We don't have capitalism, we have oligarchy and monopoly. Since the central bank and cutting off from precious metal backing of currency, money has been meaningless but still effective at keeping everyone down. If they can print money, why tax us to death?
Education has been captured, as have media in all forms; if you went to any institutional school, you've been programmed deeply with certain ideas, they've been reinforced by all media, and so it will take time to break free of them. You say, for example, that growth is unsustainable. However, I bet you've got a vision of humanity as a bunch of cities. Have you any idea how big this planet is? Consider that one volcanic eruption puts out more carbon, more sulfur, more 'pollution' than the whole of industrialized nations from all history? And the earth absorbed it each time. (Not to say that we shouldn't be focusing on pollution, because we should, which is why the oligarchs steered the whole thing to carbon dioxide instead.)
Youth are being taught lies, separated from God, misguided away from all sense of civic duty-honor-reason, pumped full of toxins and drugs so they're neurologically challenged and mentally unstable. Of course they can't see the meaning or purpose of life, they can't even comprehend the afterlife. Go check out Socrates, who trained that there has to be an objective Good, and one single Creator, and that our purpose in life is to reach for that Good and that God. Since he was teaching this to the rich youth of Athens, and since they accepted his wisdom and stopped patronizing the temple brothels, bacchanalia, etc, TPTB decided he was corrupting the youth and had to die! Are we not there again now? Relativism was not new back then, perversion, corruption, hedonism, paganism, human sacrifice... Any voice against what we instinctively know is evil is targeted for silencing by the shameful evildoers. True then, true now.
What is one person to do? Save his soul, first. Then go save others. Resist, observe, preserve, learn, prepare, persevere.
It's not the world that has no meaning. It doesn't owe you meaning. Even the drudgery that you describe ain't nothing compared to what our predecessors dealt with, what hundreds of millions of poor people around the world are dealing with now. What's stupid is that you're accepting that the Disney is all there is. Evil programming, mental box prison.
You want meaning? Pick a mission, man up and hit it. There's tons of people to join with, tons also to save all around you. Develop a real skill for homesteading, survival, trades, or even just to prep for when manufacturing returns. Start a small company providing what is needed now, prepare it for the future. Or research, collect and archive real truth before it's lost, to teach the next generation, because we will have to rebuild education practically from scratch. There's so much to do it's impossible to run out of useful tasks. You have talents, you have vision (you're awake!), hopefully you have faith, reach out to Jesus. Never forget that God put you here on purpose, with a purpose, for a purpose.
Start with yourself and work outward. Get healthy, look around and move to where the people and the climate are best for you and your future. Or if you want a challenge, where they seem worst for you, but that you could change. Pick a mission, advance.
After the Great War and then in the depression and then after the second world war, do you not think there were waves of people who felt that the world was ended, life itself has no meaning? How did they not all kill themselves? How did they persevere, survive, thrive? They had fewer resources than the average Joe today! The American spirit is defined by the generations of self-selected individualists that came here for- not gimmes- opportunity. The CHANCE to earn and keep what you earn. That's the American Dream. It's reclaimable, step by step
Very well said, thank you! Young people have information (and misinformation) overload from tv, internet, 24/7. They’ve been sold a packet of lies. No wonder they have despair. Your advice is gold.
Everyone probably would also do well to remember that if they'd already won, they wouldn't need to keep pushing all the propaganda.
Thank you for your post. I'm a bit more than 2.5 times your age, but saw the world a lot like you do when I was your age, so I never boarded that last train to prosperity. Now, for you, it's much worse. The worst thing about my experience is seeing the contrast between now and when I was part of the last cohort to grow up free to play outside unsupervised, ride bikes everywhere, unrestricted until having to be home for dinner, listening to my grandfather tell stories about growing up on a farm. Seeing all that go away for those who came after has been a source of deep sorrow (I have 18 nieces and nephews, who all grew up in the same area I did).
I don't see much understanding in most of the comments here. Most of them get reduced down to some version of either "pull yourself up by your bootstraps" or "don't worry, things are bound to get better." But the opportunities have, in fact, dried up. The general mental/emotional state is abysmal. I work in front of the public every day, and I see the same thing you are. It is incomprehensible, like you say, to think just what low caliber the people are at who will inherit this world. You showed up at the part in Pinocchio where Pleasure Island has been trashed, and all the boys are being turned into donkeys and sold to the salt mines. I came onto the scene when the party was raging, just about to reach its climax. I walked away from it because it was so obvious what it would lead to, and it was so shallow and disgusting that there was little enjoyment to be gained by participating in it anyway.
I've spent the last 20 years of my life looking for people who want to base the value of their life on real, substantive human connection and experiencing life as free from the corruption of modernity as possible. I've met a few along the way. Not many. I can't say I understand much about your generation. I haven't had a lot of exposure to people your age, outside of my own family. Is it possible that you and people like you might be a natural reaction to how bad things have gotten? Is it possible there are more individuals in your generation than in mine looking for and tuned into things at the level you are? If so, then that may be your greatest consolation. You are very well-spoken. You seem like you may be able to seek out and attract those few who are looking for what you are, if they exist. I didn't run across many people who wanted to live a life of real meaning. But like I said, my generation was the last to grow up before the bubble burst.
Just know that you are not crazy. In fact, what you understand already at your age I didn't see as clearly as you until I was in my 30's. What you're going through is not your fault. The world abandoned your future before you even arrived. It does not mean that there is nothing left to live for. It just means that most people have long since abandoned what makes life worth living. Finding others to share real value with will be difficult. When you find them, hold on to them and make them your top priority!
I don't know if you belong to a church. I do not. But looking for those who might make common cause is important for keeping your head above water, even if they're not exactly your type. Though I am not a believer, I find myself more and more sharing a lot in my world outlook with traditional Catholics. They have a communitarian ethos coupled with wholesome traditions of family, human dignity, local connections and a reverence for the created order. You well understand our failing modern civilization. But take some time to look into what it was pre-modernity. You will find what a rich and beautiful inheritance was squandered, but still available for those who care to rediscover it. Before the rise of modernity and its basis in materialism and the rise of the capitalist mercantile class, much of our civilization was based on something now called the Aristotelian-Thomist synthesis. It was basically the merging of the classical and Christian traditions. Europe before the Reformation was reformulating Christianity according to the native European spirit, attempting to fuse a belief in the objectivity of nature with the need for a transcendent, purposeful view of life. The Reformation was actually a reaction against this development, but that's another conversation. Not that I'm expecting a re-creation of the pre-modern era, but we can derive a lot of insight from that epoch for thinking about what a post-liberal era will look like (classical and modern liberalism, as you mentioned). I read not too long ago Patrick Deneen's book "Why Liberalism Failed", and it was one of the most revelatory things I've ever read. It's a powerful way of explaining the liberal paradigm we've been hypnotized by over the past 500 years. It can be a great relief to find those who are like-minded, seeking the descriptions and explanations that help us see up from down and why we are in the mess we are in. Also, if you've never encountered Richard Weaver, I recommend you read his book "Ideas Have Consequences". That is among the greatest books supporting a sane world outlook, and a very powerful and intelligent rant against our modern, degenerate mode of life. At the very least, a cathartic experience.
I wish I could run into more youth like you. It would make the coming years hopeful.
Take care.
I'm so glad you mentioned Richard Weaver! I actually read Ideas Have Consequences and it's probably my favorite book ever written by an American author.
I like your candor. It seems hopeless, but learn a trade because yes, college is pointless. Find people like you. I can count my inner sanctum on one hand. Grow your own vegetables, even if it is a counter garden. It is hard to not get caught in the machine, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. We are in the process of a huge change, but sometimes it is hard to see because those at the helm only show their side of the war.
Gen Xer here. The dream has been dead for a while. What you’re going through is what everyone in my generation has went through. It’s a tough pill to swallow, but you have to succeed despite everything. There is no other way.
Your focus should be on Christ, not this world. 🙏
I mean; to an extent. I don’t think God went to the trouble of creating us and this world if he meant for us to literally sit idly by and watch it completely destroyed by Satan and his minions.
Well if you have read God’s word, you know that’s not what happens.
Yes there will be tribulations, but cringerepublic is young and has posted other issues where he struggling in life. it was more of a comment to him personally. we can still keep our eyes on Christ and be praying for our country and the world, and doing other things to work towards a better world.
I always find it interesting that when I make comments like - keep your focus on Christ, people automatically assume that I’m doing nothing else. Why do people assume that?
Just because I’m a Christian doesn’t mean I’m sitting on my hands.
This sounds a little overly black-pilled.
WTF does this even mean, and what do you propose to take its place? No offense; just thinking out loud; this sounds like way overly dramatic, black-pilled BS.
It sounds like all whining & no solutions.
OP: did you write this? If so, what are YOUR suggestion for improving the state of the world? What are YOU doing to make it a better place?
If you whine & complain without proposing any solutions, that’s called… well, just whining & complaining like a toddler.
Again; no offense intended, just being blunt.
I think we need to return to a more natural economy with local supply chains. Markets should exist mostly unincumbered but the dynamic should resemble something more neighborly and less global-technical-faceless etc.
Hang in there. We are stopping the constant theft from you. Some things stolen from you, you may not even recognize you had. You are going to be really pissed once you learn the full truth of what has been done to GenZ. Stay alive and PRAY that your “Guardians” don’t get murdered by the Deep State.
I feel for you, can see what you are saying. I think the only practical solution is to find your tribe, so to speak and that is hard if you don't know what you stand for. There are many tribes you could find, people who do a certain activity together or follow a particular value/invention/hobby. You need to decide where you want to focus your efforts. What are your goals? I would personally recommend Jesus and Bitcoin (in that order). I know plenty will disagree with me on that, but it's my honest opinion. If you are not a Christian, get a bible and pray. Get right with God (repent of your sins and let Jesus take the wheel of your life). Ask Him for fellow awakened sojourners who are biblically orthodox. Better still those who are orthodox and looking at His Millennial Reign already having happened when he returned in 70AD (that the timeline has been fabricated/changed and we are actually living in Revelation 20:7). Also research Bitcoin. Ask yourself how it is different to all the other crypto? Watch 45s recent speech on it in Nashville. Find a local Bitcoin only group meet IRL and go ask them to help you understand why they believe it is a big fat answer to fiat and central bank corruption. If you want to buy some and can't find an easy way to do that, they will help you. Don't give your money (or passcodes/keys) to anyone, learn to do it yourself like the BTC group will have done themselves. If you go down that route get your own cold wallet asap and get it offline. Ask Jesus for a few like minded friends, an unjabbed spouse and plan to have as many children as you feel you can (talk about that before you marry). Only marry someone who shares your values on matters of faith, family, finance and the govt. I pray for you to receive an injection of hope and faith from the Lord. And I pray for your generation to come alive to the truth and the possibilities that lie ahead for them in ways it won't for us older ones. Work hard and don't lose your hope. May the Lord bless you and keep you :-)
I'm struck by the exasperation in your post. I honestly feel for you friend.
If you want to be happy, you need to go back. You cannot hope in anyway to gain happiness in a world wallowing in filth. You cannot hope to become happy without God the Father blessing your life, without Jesus Christ, without the Holy Spirit.
Faith in Christ Jesus is the most important thing you can have. The world is drowning in depravity as the liberal world order has removed the author of the moral law from education. This is the result of an increasingly shameless world. If you don't know Jesus Christ, you need him, now more than ever. There is none like him, and a relationship with him defines your life. Understanding that God exists, and loves you, and has expectations for your conduct, and abidance in him, and he in you, is the most important thing you can do. You will be lost forever without him, not just in this life. Your citizenship is not supposed to be of this world.
The church is supposed to be the center of your life. It's the most beautiful and wonderful thing outside of Christ Jesus, and my wife, that I have. You are supposed to work alongside your neighbor, you are supposed to build a community together, for you to meet a women whom you can love, and build a life with, that is focused on Christ. I will say it again. You cannot ever hope to be okay, to be content, without Jesus Christ.
Christians do not subscribe to the idea that more stuff is going to make us happy. We might want item A, or B, but to store it up is sin, why store things that moth and rust will utterly destroy, or that will be burned up in the fire to come? Trust in God is the only way to be okay, to be happy.
We are desperately trying to reach the youth, put aside the filth and embrace the absolution of Jesus Christ. He is real. He lived. The Bible is accurate both historically and prophetically. Investigate it. Put the word to the test, read it in context. Jesus is who he said it is. His apostles all died horrible, excruciating deaths, except John, whom they tried to boil alive in oil. These men, no man, facing his death will hold on to a falsehood, if rejecting it could save his lie.
Jesus lived, he died, and he rose again. Jesus is the Son of God, and God revealed in the flesh. Jesus is Lord. He is the Addonai of the Bible, the awesome and mighty creator;
Things that won't make you happy:
The only thing that will make you happy and appreciate life, is Jesus.
"Anyone who doesn't fit into DEI HR culture..." "We have no culture..." No culture? We have a culture...a culture that s"elects" a president that will call a leader of Japan xenophobic for being populated with Japanese people. We are the greatest!!! We are "multi-culture" (except for white male Christian)! We are "coeXist" (except for the white male t component, of course).
Your generations job is to look forward to a bright future, and fight for it.
pining for old times has its place, but there is no going back.
eventually we can have the best of both worlds. it will be unlike anything humanity has seen before.
don't give into the blackpilled boomer doomer shit. to many it looks like the world is going to shit, but we know that the best is yet to come.

Our true freedom is found in God through Jesus Christ. HE's OUR ONLY Savior!! not man.... It starts by reading the "word". Being transformed by the renewing of our minds. Let your heart be filled with freedom found in the truth of Gods word. In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word WAS God. John 1:1🙏
