Like many of you I watched the entire debate. kamala pissed me off quite a bit. All of the blatant lies were so frustrating to sit through. I thought Trump did well considering moderators and lies. But, I realize I am biased and tried to put myself in the shoes of a low information voter. I was hopeful that they would see she was fake and lying, but thought many would be fooled.
Anyway on to the positives.

I have a friend that hates Trump, took the jab and one booster. I have been red pilling him for some time now. Biden's debate woke him up a little more. When I saw him today, I thought he would think it was a draw at best. However, to my surprise he said he thought Trump was much better. I think he may even be to the point of voting for him.

My son is in college, he and a group watched the debate in the dorms, after the debate he was unsure who won, but knew kamala lied continually. He was like me, he thought Trump won, but wasn't sure what everyone else would think. This morning he watched Vivek discuss the debate and researched many kamala lies on his own. He now thinks Trump won for sure. I told him it is always a good thing to do your own research, so proud of him that he did just that.
My conclusion:
There is zero chance the debate hurt Trump at all, the leftist media is gaslighting us in hopes some can be convinced. But, once on the Trump train his supporters stay loyal. Not b/c he can do no wrong, but for the fact that we all realize he is nation's our last chance.
Trump doesn't lose voters, he gains them. He gained millions between 2016 and 2020, he will gain many millions more in 2024.
The key…
Trump doesn’t lose votes, he gained them.
no one voting for Trump changed their mind after watching the debate. No one ever.
exactly, even people like my Dad who soak up foxnews all day and think Trump is making mis-steps, all of these people are still voting Trump.
It was a bit like entering halftime down 28-3, and still winning the Super Bowl.
Champions find a way to win.
Trump did make some missteps, lost his cool at times, took her bait over and over, blew several opportunities to nail her verbally on her blatant lies and shitty record,...yet still clearly won the debate. He lost a few battles yet still won the war.
Nailed it.
He may need billions of votes to beat the astronomical election rigging that's about to occur!
Yep, exactly this.
Besides; has it ever been factually & objectively proven that ONE debate ever cost the election for an otherwise insanely popular candidate?
Impossible.
I work in a TDS environment, fully vaccinated. They know I'm for Trump and I always tell them, "I don't have a TV so I don't know anything". I need my job so I keep my mouth shut. Boy are they losing it! Taking trash about Trump and that he's not fit to run etc, etc, etc and they are now finally worried about our Country. I just stare off in space like I don't know anything. In my mind, I know they will have a rude awaking and I really don't care at this point. It's not worth my peace of mind to engage with them. Soon, they will see but meanwhile, it's very stressful.
Some people’s minds are impossible to change.
I agree. I am learning that we are not in control of things and that God is in control. That's tough to do. We are supposed to learn from this and I hope we do. God, give us the strength.
It is easier to fool a man than it is to convince him he has been fooled.
No need to be stressed. You'll be alright no matter what they say.
Thank you. I also recognize Vax injuries. I work in the dental field and is sad to see these people suffer for lack of knowledge.
If it makes you feel any better, we live in a very red state, and at my daughters work they are a bunch of “woke” people who are for Harris 🙄 My daughter is for Trump, but she doesn’t say anything about politics so as not to start drama in the workplace. She’s just starting out in this field of work so doesn’t want to burn bridges over it, so she just keeps her opinions to herself.
Your daughter sounds like she will do well.
There is an old saying that covers this perfectly, albeit a little crudely...
"You don't shit where you eat."
For anyone unfamiliar with the saying, here's what Brave AI says about it:
Separate Work and Habits Idiomatic Expression: “You don’t shit where you eat”
Meaning: This phrase advises against engaging in troublesome or dubious behavior in a place where one regularly finds oneself, as it may invite undesired consequences. It emphasizes the importance of maintaining a clear distinction between personal and professional relationships, or between one’s private and public life.
Alternative Phrases:
“Don’t dip your pen in the company ink” (meaning not to engage in romantic relationships with coworkers) “It’s an ill bird that fouls its own nest” (a more poetic way of saying the same thing) “Don’t shit in your own nest” (a variation of the original phrase) “Don’t shit on your own doorstep” (another variation)
I understand that well, I live in Florida and the drama is not worth getting involved with anymore. Their critical thinking skills are gone.
Is it off of Palm Bay road?
I’m surrounded by powerful Democrats. Ex secretaries of state, attorney generals, president of city council, majority whip, governor chief of staff. All ex and now lawyers. I put on my headphones, listened to soothing music all day, and smiled. They all knew why. They all know I’m the only Trump follower. When the great awakening happens, I’ll be there to help them. It will crush them.
This has always been a war of attrition where the side of good can only grow and the side of evil can only diminish. You dont wake up to evil and then switch back.
exactly, well stated.
I just posted the tv viewership of the debate last night. There were 6.5 million more viwers ( not counting online) than watched Joe and Trump in June. That tells me that those 6.5 million were either voting for Biden on auto pilot or RFK who is out of the race and became undecided voters. I do not think Kamala gave them much hope that life would get better for them under her rule. Trump wasnt super polished last night but he got his points across in my opinion.
She won on style he won on substance. And her “win” was really because the bar for her was so so low. I was surprised that she didn’t do that weird today is tomorrow’s yesterdays drivel. When she didn’t I thought “wow she’s doing pretty good.” But I felt like even though she went fifteen rounds his close was a knock out punch. “All the things you’re going to do…” It was kind of a knock out punch for the entire old guard. Trump’s a doer. The rest of them are total bullshit artists.
Elequently stated - we know the bar has to be only slightly higher than her knees!
True!
Great point.
Ahhh another new shill.
Use some common sense.
If he attacked her what would the media be saying about the poor black defenseless woman?
They would prove him a bully.
Optics are absolutely paramount to the Trump campaign, in case you haven't gotten that yet.
He's got all of us... but in order to win over the disgruntled "blue boys" - He has to take care that he doesn't verify the bs narrative that he's a snap job like the MSM has been painting him with for years now. That's absolutely key.
So... Many think that Trump was a bit too passive last night, but there's another explanation for this, courtesy of one of our peeps here:
Strategic Analysis of Trump's Debate Performance Through The Art of War
They missed this too.
If he attacked her what would the media be saying about the poor black defenseless woman?
They would prove him a bully.
I sure hope more people are red filled most of the borderline people I talk to at work today. Thought Trump did a terrible job. They feel he’s going to lose and they feel like they’re going to be screwed too many people that I know still soak up the mainstream media slop.
I think a lot people who are already slightly awake really wanted to see Trump totally demolish Kamala, like Biden, but that is probably not the best plan.
Trump might have wanted win over the most heavily brainwashed with this. If he demolished Kamala too hard, it will likely put that type of person into a stressed, adrenaline fueled, fight or flight state, which tends to shut off people's reasoning and their openness to other ideas.
I think this debate was about cracking the door open with people whos minds would otherwise be closed.
If he went too hard after Kamala the narrative would be he was a mean bully and the cat ladies would be more afraid.
👆👆👆👆👆 This.
I have been saying this repeatedly.
Yes. Also, he had to let her win so the Dems didn’t get rid of her and bring forth Number 3.
Exactly.
Dig your username John_6_29.😎
Thanks :)
Sounds like they are voting Trump though. If that is the case, they are just fearful due to the msm. I just can't imagine Trump has lost any votes from 2020, and I know some he will gain personally.
They stole 2020, it will be tough to steal it again, they will try and maybe they succeed at first, that may be the precipice.
Hillary won the first debate too.
How did that work out?
All she did was make us mad, see and hear Obama come out of her mouth and dig our heels in a little more determinedly to help him win the White House again!! Those 'ear pod' earrings were something else!
I do think Trump won the debate, but I don't see it as a slam dunk, or that it moved the needle among undecided voters. Trump made a lot of missteps and missed a lot of opportunities - he really does need better debate coaching. And maybe it won't matter - Cackles is doing such a horrible job anyway and the election will probably come down to being litigated like it was in Bush V Gore.
1: Trump let himself get sucked into arguing a bunch of pointless shit. Example: Cackles claimed his rallies were boring, people leaving early etc. He hit her back with the fact they had to bus people in and pay them. Good so far. But then he began bloviating about how great his rallies were, etc. This happened over many topics. Trump let himself be baited by her, precisely what they wanted.
2: Trump didn't deal with the "moderators" effectively. In 2016 they tried that "tag team" crap with Shrillary. Trump totally slammed them. "I thought it was HER job to debate me, not yours". And then he took them to the woodshed in front of millions of viewers.
3: Some of the bullshit topics dragged on for way too long, Trump should have refused to engage. The worst part was 20+ minutes on MuH bOrShunz. Trump should have just said his peace and not dragged it out, instead of letting it go on for as long as it did. Team Cackles is desperate to reframe the election about Borshunz to distract from inflation, the border, and crime. Trump again let himself get sucked into it.
Cackles was plain awful. She sounded like they gave her the questions ahead of time and she was just reading off a script. When she wasn't speaking she did a lot of stupid head bobbing, nervous tics, and fake smiles. What she said was a bunch of twaddle ("Trump only cares about billionaires", "MUh pRojict 2025", "very fine paople", blah blah).
But I think Trump did miss an opportunity to move the needle among swing voters and undecideds. Hopefully next debate he's more on point and sharper.
Another peeve about Trump's responses last night and, really, in many of his TV interviews is that Trump gives a 'top level' brief response on a topic which all of us on here will 'get' because we follow the back stories and already know the history that is behind his response. For those people who don't follow this stuff on the daily, it can appear that Trump is wandering all over the place. Example - The pipelines last night. We are all pretty familiar with the whole story, and followed Trump's thought. If you don't have all of that history already in the bank, you would be lost. Same with the 2020 election challenges. And the afghanistan pullout. And all of the world leader references last night. (KJU, Orban, etc.) And the monkeying with the Jobs reports.
If he attacked her what would the media be saying about the poor black defenseless woman?
They would prove him a bully.
After reading your comment, I wonder if Trump's tactic of changing topics was to put Kmala on the spot having to answer on a topic she didn't have 'in advance' for which to prepare her canned response. Everyone knows she cannot think on her feet - getting her to talk about an outside topic would have really exposed her ineptitude.
Thanks for your insight, I think it is very spot on.
I loved it when he talked about FIRING people UNAPOLOGETICALLY!
To be honest, the debate didn’t go as well as I’d hoped. Kamala came across as very prepared (from receiving the questions beforehand no doubt) and played to people’s emotions a lot (my Trump-supporting daughter pointed this out). Trump was on the defensive a lot since he was debating all 3 of them. I just asked my RINO FIL, who told me yesterday he’s not going to vote for either candidate, what he thought of the debate… he rated Trump a 4 and Kamala a 7 and said Trump was angry and lied a lot. I’m sure Trump didn’t lose any of his base. I just hope there are enough of us to overcome all the brainwashed people out there and all the cheating that’s going to take place.
I think Trump did good seeing how he had to respond to her blatant lies constantly and that would frustrate anyone. But every social media outlet I'm seeing isn't talking about him, they're talking about how much they can't stand Kamala. And subsequently all her lies are being exposed, less than 24 hours later. Of course you'll still have your sheep.
Hillary beat Trump in the first debate.
Did it matter?
It did not. But, I don't think kamala won. If a viewer hates Trump, they would say he lost, if they are pro Trump, he won. If they are undecided, I can't say with certaintly, but data and anecdotal evidence points to the majority of undecided think Trump won.
Debates are irrelevant is the point I'm making.
For the most part yes, unless the debate fully exposes the candidate ala biden. I think MAGA was hoping kamala would do her usual word salad, when she was just a standard dnc liar nothing was impacted.
Trump said a lot of things and people thought he was being stupid but the things he said are making people research.
Like you I was spiting nails at her & those worthless moderators! I am happy the feed back is in favor of President Trump! I am also grateful for your post! 👍❤️🇺🇸
Undecideds = true low information voters.🙄 How the bleep can you be undecided after the last 3.5 years?
Your conclusion was the same thing I said to another Trump supporting neighbor who wondered how the debate went.
So I subscribe to @SharonSaysSo on Instagram. I want to see their liberal heads all explode when the big reveal happens. I will also share what I know and help them - but for now I get a good read on a lot of very liberal women.
Sharon had a live today and I can tell you that their TDS has kicked in and they all loved Kamala. Sharon did school them on how Kamala should have been fact-checked for the Charlottesville attack. Sharon finally read the transcript - wow! But her entire (subscribed) audience likely heard the truth about what Trump actually said for the first time today.
I still think she is playing a role in this movie. Her upcoming book will rally a lot of people to step up, which is what Gen Flynn has also been saying… And she has taught over a million people about how their government is working (or not working) currently. Mostly liberal women - many of whom didn’t know the 3 branches of government.
interesting, good on you to be able to handle taking in their information without raising your bp. I agree, the only way to wake people up on the left is with other leftists being redpilled and redpilling their followers.
I think he got mad when she dissed his rally’s - he sounded protective.
