Is it common for someone who's a Blackhawk pilot to also serve at the White House as an aid for special events? It seems like an odd combination.

It does, but it still tells us absolutely nothing about her actual skill as a pilot. As I understand it, flying a Blackhawk is a physically demanding task. The inputs are so extreme that it can cause a bit of information overload on the pilot. Feel free to actually look up the details of publicly available information. The point I'm getting at is that they don't put someone behind the stick of a multi-million dollar aircraft that is extremely difficult to fly for hundreds of hours unless she can actually fly the thing.
Unless we have definitive proof that she was incompetent, I'm not signing up for the DEI hire accusation, even if she seems to have had connections to the Democrat establishment. I don't think it's a secret that you need politicians' backing to apply to places like West Point and advance your career as an officer. While it looks corrupt, I'm not certain we can actually prove what so many are trying to say:
In fact, from watching the flight pattern, I see multiple near misses and a pilot who stayed over a river rather than over a crowded urban environment. That looks like a pilot who might have been having mechanical issues controlling the aircraft and was trying to avoid risk to civilians and property, but ultimately could not maintain control of the vehicle.
We. Don't. Know. Yet. So let's not crap all over a soldier who just died trying to serve our country unless we've got some solid evidence to justify it.

I listen to much avenues… when I go to the restaurant I listen to people around me and even to the propaganda news the restaurant plays. In work working trouble tickets I listen to what the end users say. I am one who needs very little info to make a determination.

Just Google photos of Blackhawk pilots helmets. She's wearing a crew helmet which are also used for passengers. Which would explain the hair hanging out if it's realistic all. But she isn't in an pilots flight suit or headgear.

I don’t think that can be established based on the evidence we have heard so far. The heli was not supposed to be over 200 ft and acknowledged visual sighting of the plane

She's a soldier who just died on active duty serving her country and people are immediately trying to spin narratives about her being a DEI hire, about her being incompetent solely because she's got a uterus between her legs instead of a prostate, or because she served as an aide to the WH under a Democrat.
We have no idea whether she was promoted unjustly. We have no idea whether she was unskilled as a pilot. And we certainly have no proof she actively tried to hit that plane. We do know she was getting bad info from an understaffed control tower, but that's it.
And instead of treating the soldier with respect, we're trying to capitalize on her death to forward our "I told you so" political narratives or outright conspiracy theories. No family wants to have to deal with that sort of bullshit while grieving a loss and having to bury a daughter.
That's why they wanted her identity kept out of the news. Frankly, I'd want that for my family members too, even if they did screw up. The last thing you want is that to be your final memory as you lay someone to rest.

My daughter is a black hawk mechanic for 11 years. That helmet is crew helmet not a pilots helmet. Also used for passengers.
