This totally contradicts the woke tards saying that he will drop taxes for "him & his friends" When this goes into effect their heads will so explode! Hmmmm... I wonder if there's a way to harness the energy of all those little micro explosions. Naw, never mind, there's too little inside those little micro brains to be worth the bother.

Mockingbird media has never been truthful. In fact under Obama the laws that made propagandizing Americans with lies masquerading as "news" illegal were repealed. Not that they weren't already doing it even then, but they made sure it was legal so they couldn't get in trouble for it sooner.

This is about defunding their crime and benefitting ALL americans. They will lie a lot more to try and save the cheating and stealing they were used to.

As long as someone making over 150K is exempt from the first 150K of taxable income, this is a step in the right direction... a step. You have to keep that fair.. you don't want someone who makes 151K to get penalized. Or even 160K. People should be able to make much, much more... if they have to pay some taxes on the amount over 150K, ok.. whatevers... better than it is.

Basically applying the Costco or Sam’s Club model. But to Global Trade. While Simultaneously eliminating Taxes on the bottom 90% of the country.

Which creates more disposable income that’ll enter the market via one method or another. Though one should take care the State Taxes don’t rise to take what the Federal Taxes aren’t. As I can imagine there’s quite a few state governments chomping at the bit to do so.

– 427windsorman 13 points 1 year ago +13 / -0

We should demand the following, and nothing less. There is no reason it can't be done. Anyone in government that says it can't is lying.

What if all 77 million people that voted MAGA united and boycotted paying federal income taxes until these conditions were met:

  1. A 100% full forensic accounting of all the money, expenditures, of every department, program, or agency with unconstitutional spending is provided to the American People.

  2. Publish the actual cost to run the federal government through an annual forensic audit with full disclosure and transparency, once #5 has been completed. Congress is mandated to balance the budget every year.

  3. Establish a $1,000,000,000,000.00 federal emergency fund that is used only for legitimate emergencies. Any funds used must be replenished within the span of 4 years of being used.

  4. Secure all Federal Elections 100%. Make it a capital crime to tamper with or commit fraud in our elections.

  5. Reduce the federal government to the size and scope the founding fathers intended when they wrote the Constitution. Eliminate all departments, all agencies, all programs, all projects, and all roles not specifically delegated to government through the Constitution. End all forms of welfare, including foreign aid, corporate aid, and domestic welfare programs. This will eliminate most unconstitutional spending. It will also shrink the government back to the size and scope originally intended.

  6. Eliminate all federal taxes on American citizens across the board. No other income taxes on citizens of any type at the federal level. This includes every single federal consumption tax: gasoline, diesel, communications, water, etc.

  7. End all entangling alliances with foreign nations. This includes the U.N., NATO, WEF, and any other alliance or treaty that interferes with our sovereignty and independence. End all Treaties that are not favorable to the USA, or compromise our sovereignty in any way.

  8. Enact sensible tariffs on foreign trade, just as the framers of our Constitution intended. All excess funds over what is required to fund the limited federal government would go to paying off the federal debt. Once that debt is paid off, all surplus funds would be evenly distributed to all American Citizens at the end of each year, with the exception of replenishing the emergency fund in #3 above.

  9. Enact a flat 10% tax on businesses, but only on revenue over $10,000,000.00. All excess funds over what is required to fund the limited government would go to paying off the federal debt. Once that debt is paid off, all surplus funds would be evenly distributed to all American Citizens at the end of each year, with the exception of replenishing the emergency fund in #3 above. All other government fee's or charges for businesses would be eliminated. Government is not intended to generate profits, only raise enough revenue to cover the actual cost of running a small and efficient government.

  10. Enact a 10% federal income tax on all non-citizens living in our country. If they earn their citizenship, they would no longer be subject to that income tax. All excess funds over what is required to fund the limited government would go to paying off the federal debt. Once that debt is paid off, all surplus funds would be evenly distributed to all American Citizens at the end of each year, with the exception of replenishing the emergency fund in #3 above.

  11. Charge a minimum of $80,000.00 for a four year student visa, and $100,000.00 for a 4 year H1-B Visa. Taking American school slots and American jobs is going to cost non-citizens. Any company or school that is caught using H1-B or Student Visa's fraudulently will be fined $250,000.00 per incident. Use these funds to help defray the cost of public education for American citizens (College / University, Apprenticeships, other Trade Schools, etc.).

  12. Require all legal immigrants to live within the United States for 14 years before allowing them to become a U.S. Citizen (8 years for those married to a U.S. citizen, or for a minimum of 8 years honorable military service). During this time they must earn their citizenship and prove they truly intend to become an American, to include passing an exam proving they are 100% proficient in the English Language. They would also be required to pass an extensive exam covering true American history, the principles upon which our Constitutional Republic was established, and have a thorough knowledge of our Constitution, and our federal government. This would also eliminate most green card scammers, green card divorces, etc.

  13. Enact a Constitutional Amendment establishing English as the official language of These United States of America. Prohibit any government forms, publications, etc., to be printed in any language other than English.

  14. Eliminate Social Security, and the Social Security Administration. This could be done by establishing a "cut-off" age. Anyone over that age gets to finish out their Social Security payments. Anyone under that age gets all of the money they put in over the years refunded in a lump sum payment that is not taxed. They would also receive a full refund of their spouses contributions, if they are deceased. This could easily be funded by all the other unconstitutional expenditures that would be stopped, as noted in #5 above. Anyone that did not pay into SS will not get SS. Once the unconstitutional / socialist program finishes paying out, then it would be forever abolished.

  15. Enact a Constitutional Amendment mandating that the President has Line Item Veto power.

  16. Enact a Constitutional Amendment mandating only single issue Bills can be introduced, and all Bills / Laws must be simple, short, and easily understood by any citizen with a high school level of education.

  17. Enact a Constitutional Amendment requiring all deals and all votes in the Legislative Branch be public. The public will see who voted on what, who voted, or didn't, and how each member voted. No more secret backroom deals, and no more secret votes.

  18. Enact a Constitutional Amendment recognizing in every state court that jurors are sole judges of the law and the facts.

  19. Enact a Constitutional Amendment mandating everyone working for the government, elected or appointed, to be audited by an independent agency every 2 years. This includes all judges, all elected representatives, POTUS and Vice POTUS, as well as all cabinet members, and all department heads and managers. Make the penalty for violations of their oath or the law expulsion / termination and a lifetime ban from ever again working in the government, or holding office. For more serious violations, the penalty should be felony prison time.

  20. Enact a Constitutional Amendment prohibiting recurring taxes on any type of property.

  21. Enact a Constitutional Amendment forbidding all non-citizens, all foreign governments, and all foreign companies from purchasing / owning any land or any other real estate within the United States or any Territories of the United States. If they already do own some, they have to sell it within 12 months of the ratification of the Amendment. If it is not sold, it will be taken through Eminent domain, and sold at auction to U.S. citizens, and not by government or corporations.

  22. Re-task the IRS to collect non-citizen income tax, tariffs, and the business taxes. Take away their "police" powers (No guns or arrest power), and make them the accountants and auditors they were created to be.

  23. Privatize the USPS by selling it. Retain all government specific tasks (passports, etc.) by moving them under other Constitutionally delegated departments.

  24. Enact a Constitutional amendment to impeach any federal judge, including sitting SCOTUS Justices, for failing to render decisions in accordance with the Constitution. The interpretation of the laws is the proper and peculiar province of the courts. A constitution is in fact, and must be, regarded by the judges as a fundamental law. It therefore belongs to them to ascertain its meaning as well as the meaning of any particular act proceeding from the legislative body. If there should happen to be an irreconcilable variance between the two, that which has the superior obligation and validity ought of course to be preferred; or in other words, the constitution ought to be preferred to the statute, the intention of the people to the intention of their agents. On every question of construction of the Constitution let us carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested in the debates, and instead of trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or intended against it, conform to the probable one in which it was passed.

  25. Enact a Constitutional Amendment limiting all federal judges to 6 year terms in office, with a maximum of 2 terms of office in the Judicial Branch.

  26. Enact a Constitutional Amendment eliminating any requirements of a law degree, or any legal experience, to be elected or appointed as a federal judge. This applies to all levels of federal courts, including the SCOTUS. Instead, candidates are required to have an inviolable reverence and extensive knowledge and understanding of the Constitution, and the principles upon which the framers of the Constitution established our Republic. #27 and #28 are particularly important for federal judges to understand and master.

  27. Make it a capital crime for anyone in government to misappropriate, steal, or misuse our government funds, in any manner. Same principle as if you robbed a bank. The difference is it is a government public trust situation, and should have the penalty of forfeiting the life of any guilty party.

  28. Require anyone elected, appointed, volunteering, or employed by the federal government, in any capacity, to watch the 6-hour Constitution class taught by Michael Badnarik before they take their Oath of Office. Make the penalty of betraying that oath punishable by prison and a lifetime ban from ever working in the federal government, or holding federal office. (URL: https://youtube.com/watch?v=wp-48d_jSb4)

  29. Require anyone elected, appointed, volunteering, or employed by the federal government, in any capacity, to learn this simple, but critical, principle before they take their Oath of Office. Make the penalty of betraying that oath punishable by expulsion and a lifetime ban from ever again working in the federal government, or holding federal office. Define 'United States' and 'State'

Difficulty: The definition is not constant in the United States Code. For example, in the Internal Revenue Code, there is a general definition, and then there are sections that have their own special definitions just for that section. The special definitions in the sections for excise taxes on tires and petroleum products mention the 50 states, but the section for employment taxes DOES NOT.

Cite the section of 8 USC Immigration and Nationality that mentions 50 states or lists them by name

Difficulty: Impossible because it does't exist. 8 USC deals only with foreigners and visas and naturalization, both issues that don't affect people born in the states of the Union.

The only definition that matters is what they were during our Founders time. They defined States as their own sovereign entities, or countries, for all intents and purposes.

“All questions of power, arising under the constitution of the United States, whether they relate to the federal or a state government, must be considered of great importance. The federal government being formed for certain purposes, is limited in its powers, and can in no case exercise authority where the power has not been delegated. The states are sovereign; with the exception of certain powers, which have been invested in the general government, and inhibited to the states. No state can coin money, emit bills of credit, pass ex post facto laws, or laws impairing the obligation of contracts, &c. If any state violate a provision of the constitution, or be charged with such violation to the injury of private rights, the question is made before this tribunal; to whom all such questions, under the constitution, of right belong. In such a case, this court is to the state, what its own supreme court would be, where the constitutionality of a law was questioned under the constitution of the state. And within the delegation of power, the decision of this court is as final and conclusive on the state, as would be the decision of its own court in the case stated.” ~ Justice John McLean (1785-1861) U. S. Congressman for Ohio (1813-16), U.S. Postmaster General, Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court (1830-61), presidential candidate for the Whig and Republican parties Craig v. Missouri, 4 Peters 410 (1830) [29 U.S. 410, 464]

“The several states composing the United States of America are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their general government; but by a compact under the style and title of a Constitution for the United States, and of amendments thereto, they constituted a general government for special purposes [and] delegated to that government certain definite powers and whensoever the general government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force. To this compact each state acceded as a state, and is an integral party, its co-states forming, as to itself, the other party. The government created by this compact was not made the exclusive or final judge of the extent of the powers delegated to itself, since that would have made its discretion, and not the Constitution the measure of its powers.” ~ Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826), US Founding Father, drafted the Declaration of Independence, 3rd US President in his draft of the Kentucky Resolutions of 1798 which were written in response to an attempt by Congress to expand the criminal jurisdiction of the federal government through a set of laws entitled the "Alien and Sedition Laws."

“It is federal, because it is the government of States united in a political union, in contradistinction to a government of individuals, that is, by what is usually called, a social compact. To express it more concisely, it is federal and not national because it is the government of a community of States, and not the government of a single State or Nation.” ~ John C. Calhoun (1782-1850) American statesman 1850, John C. Calhoun's essay entitled A Discourse on the Constitution and Government of the United States

“If the Union was formed by accession of States then the Union may be dissolved by the secession of States.” ~ Daniel Webster (1782-1852) US Senator U.S. Senate, Feb 15, 1833

He's been saying Trump wants to get rid of the IRS and only have the ERS (external revenue service), now he's saying no tax if you make under $150,000. If this is where they are going, instead of ending all fed taxes, then end the retirement taxes too along with no tax on tips...

If you look at my proposal on how to do it above, you will notice I covered everything needed to permanently abolish any individual income taxes on American citizens.

There was a time when the only people subject to paying a direct federal income tax were the people employed by the federal government. Everyone else could volunteer to pay income taxes, but were not obligated to do so.

One thing to keep in mind is that most government spending today is not authorized by the Constitution. Once the federal government is reduced back to what was originally intended, those expenses are also reduced. That means the federal government will be very inexpensive to run. It will not need Trillions, nor even Billions, to operate.

#5 Will result in a massive reduction of spending. Just look at USAID by itself. Now multiply that by at least a hundred times, and you will get an idea of how much unconstitutional spending will be eliminated.

#6 Can be expanded to eliminate any other taxes (by any other name they give them) not already noted.

#7 Is another reduction in spending that is not authorized by the Constitution. Foreign aid was already covered in #5, but there are other expenses that will be eliminated by going back to what our founders intended for our Republic, in the way of foreign affairs.

#8 Will be the bulk of the revenue to run the federal government, as originally intended.

#9 Will be another source of revenue to run the federal government.

#10 Will be another source of revenue to run the federal government.

You have to keep in mind that Government was never intended to generate profits, only raise enough revenue to cover the actual cost of running a small and efficient government. Just large enough to efficiently operate, and nothing more.

That is why I have the following caveats in each of the revenue generating sections: "All excess funds over what is required to fund the limited government would go to paying off the federal debt. Once that debt is paid off, all surplus funds would be evenly distributed to all American Citizens at the end of each year, with the exception of replenishing the emergency fund in #3 above."

The 16th Amendment gave no new taxing powers. Also, it applies to federal areas and people, not the states of the Union and THEIR citizens.

The income tax is a kickback scheme for those enriching themselves from the federal teat and from federally chartered companies (created by Congress) like Union Pacific Railroad.

Keeping a direct tax in violation of the Constitution on people making more than a certain amount of money, who were born in a state of the union and do not work for a federal source, is just plain wrong.

An HOA for the world! Actually, there should be a stiff monthly fee for any foreign-owned property in the US until they can't pay it and are forced to sell it off, else it gets seized by the state it's in.

Consumption taxes hit everybody the same. Ditch the entire code. Otherwise it remains a cudgel to control the "rich"

We started at no taxes on tips, we're at no taxes for anyone making <$150k and it's been about 45 days. Overton window indeed.
