Just to play the devil’s advocate here… to me it looks like Mikey jumps on a phone call right after the shooting as he’s walking away. It’s possible that he’s immediately calling 911 to get an ambulance on the way. Maybe that task is designated to him in the event of an emergency.
When you see him walking away from the SUV he’s still on a call and walking down the street. Perhaps he’s walking towards where the ambulance would be coming from to flag it down and guide it to Charlie’s suv?
Were it not for the "cool, calm, and collected" part, that might make sense. And since there are still way too many unanswered questions....I can't buy your story. Nice try, tho....

Yh but people do strange things when you see anyone die in front of you let alone your best friend. I'm not saying its not strange but its also something none of us know what we'd do until tested. He was either assassinated and he's dead and this would indicate the friend is likely involved -or- we are watching a movie and Charlie is still alive and his friend KNOWS this, therefore is not concerned and moves away from all the action because he has no role in it. I believe Charlie is still alive. Way too much funny business with this incident. Videos have been put out pointing out the red flags.
It's pretty obvious that Mike McCoy was broadcasting Charlie's whereabouts every second of the way until he got shot.
The only question is who Mike was keeping in the loop during that whole time.
As soon as the objective was met, Mike had no reason to keep filming Charlie.
That's why Mike walks away so calmly after Charlie is shot.
