Not so much clones as look-alikes. Everyone has doppelgangers. For instance I could pass as a certain professional footballer (except the ball skills) and there is a media personality too that I could easily be made to look like (I'm the same height build, hair colour and similar voice). Aging a clone would theoretically be easy with what we know about biology. Using gene editing to speed up the aging process with an off switch would be ideal since aging would otherwise be an extremely stressful process.
Education and memories would be the hardest part, which would require technology from the 2030s, which you can be almost certain exists already in some very well funded lab.

Seems to me the hardest part would be educating them. It takes years to learn to read, write, etc If a clone was only say 6 years old, it seems to me it would be hard for them to act like an adult at all, even if the body looked adult, how would they develop the brain that fast? Our enslavement is all encompassing. What if Stephan Hawkings was replaced... we already know they own the major scientific journals. I think the only really valid argument is that certain subjects generate so much discussion that it starts to overwhelm the subject of the group. This is why I both support Q, but accept that T_D limits Q discussion, because if not, every thread would start to be Q-related.

Cloning is 100% proven to be possible. It's been done. However, how are they aging them so fast? They still have to be born. How are they educating them as full adults even if they are somehow advanced in age? Time travel? Maybe they are able to send the DNA back in time to be cloned in the past? Lots of unanswered questions if they are indeed able to replace people with identical clones.
Age them in a vat, quickly, and then slow down the aging process to a more normal rate. If Lucas could envision that back in the early 70's with writing out the WHOLE outline for Star Wars BEFORE Ep.4 was even filmed, then it's possible now.
