I know these mandates are new, but are there any sources out there for guidance?

ALL laws must be legal laws. Sounds funny, I know. But the truth is that congresses pass laws all the time that are in conflict with the Constitution. That means they are actually illegal. Always go back to the constitution, it's your absolute guarantee for your freedoms.

Exactly. Wait for a legally binding letter that has real power and then hire an attorney to stall it.

Then at the last minute, break your company up into people groups of like 75 or less and run it as separate departments. Might actually find under performing departments that way if they have to think of themselves as a business.

Check with your lawyer. Is there any way to re-structure your business into pieces with 99 employees or fewer each? Would this be a way around the mandate should it be deemed enforceable?

I'm an employer too... not over 100 employees though; but, still, already got mentions from clients today (almost excited to say it) asking when we'll be enforcing the vaccination mandates.

I'm not. Nor would I. This has to be made into a law and it can't. It's a blatant violation of the Constitution, the EUA and the Nuremberg Code... not to mention OSHA and HIPPA.

There's no way this goes anywhere. And if it does, we no longer have a country, the Plan has failed, and the World has ended. So, at that point, who the fuck cares?

LOL. I hate blackpilling... so, I have 0% faith this is the end. And 100% faith in the Plan. This is the biggest red pill Biden has produced to-date.

You have company A with 200+ employees so you split that into companies A,B,C.

company A can remain in control of B and C.

Employees just get "reallocated" across A, B, and C as appropriate...

If you ask me, running your business as a corporation is already capitulation. You're just "playing ball".

Don't get me wrong, I prefer to stand my ground on shit where I can - this is a case of 200+ people who might not know better and trying to help them out. Maybe another solution is to totally restructure and just make everyone contractors where you come up with an independent health insurance pool. Give all your employees good contacts and poof your company is down to the minimum employees and you're managing contractors that you're very benevolent to.

It's a gray world we're in, you play or be played. Right now, having 100 or more employees puts you in a situation of getting played and I just described a solution out.

What you're getting at is just stand there and get steam rolled. I'm suggesting you make a pivot, if it makes sense. It might even wind up being advantageous. At least figure it out in case standing your ground isn't going so well ....

I wonder if there's even a way to figure out how to tax deduct the fuggen "fine"...

Split the company into two or three? Maybe an administrative company that owns the plant and equipment and provides administrative services, and a productive company(s) that rents the plant and equipment and pays fees for the administrative services by selling your product.

Also not a lawyer, but in my experience, companies do this to avoid getting insurance and other benefits for their employees. So current employees might lose insurance, if they have it. Insurance might oy pay for vaxxed, so might not matter.

You are not a doctor. You don't play one on TV. You should not be placating the Government to do so now. Only you can be held liable for any adverse events to your employees. The Government and CDC will allow you to register these side effects though. No medication is safe for an entire group of people. Not even asprin. So stop before you start and make them (FED or State) come after you. Then join class action lawsuits for remedy. Easier said than done. But you will still be able to look in the mirror after all is said and done. Also, congrats on building your company that created this situation. Good Job!

Why would I feel guilty if I allow my employees to make their own choices regarding the jab?. I am advocating lying to the vax nazis, not my employees. It depends on what state you are in. If you are in Arizona , Florida or any state willing to fight these mandates, you should contact the Governor or AG for guidance on how to fight the mandate.
