I have seen extremely bad car crashes where the driver just ran off the road in broad daylight or hit another car in oncoming traffic (not on a highway either, regular city road).
Not a regular occurrence, I've noticed it twice in the last 2 years, I thought about this post both times and also anytime I see an accident. Sudden collapse while driving is not out of the question for vaxxers. Montages of sports players, speakers, and other people collapsing can show you that.
