Good people of the area should go with trucks and pallet lifts, load them all up. Build a building with them. Or,. go dump mixed concrete on them, lets see them pry a brick from that!

Maybe have rooftop Patriots guarding the bricks. Anyone suspicious who comes up and takes a brick gets shot. Reason: the suspicious one has the capabilty, opportunity, and intent to harm or kill with the brick and the rooftop Patriot has stopped them from doing so. Maybe put lots of warning signs on the pallets as a heads-up, declaring "☠️Warning! Do not take, unless you want to die.☠️"

This was done before. During last years riots there was video of FBI leaving bricks at certain intersections/corners. Then while watching the riots people knew exactly where to go to get the bricks. All set up.
Videos of people running around handing out bricks to black people too. I remember a video of a very angry black mother yelling at one of those people.

In any sane world, detectives would immediately contact all brick distributors in the area—how many can there really be?—figure out the ones aiding and abetting the domestic terrorism, arrest the perpetrators, and charge them with domestic terrorism.
