Yes just the 1 book but with 2 Editions. And the 2nd Edition is the one he stresses to own, due to the dress puzzle, and that it has everything to do hidden in it, to when this all ends.
His book is fascinating but I’m not totally puzzle smart enough to crack all of it. I get all of the history and it fits with so many things, but he refers to puzzles in it, and yes it has lots of stuff. The 1st edition is different from the 2nd Edition in that the 2nd has foil on all the page numbers and then comes Melanie’s dress which is supposed to be the key or answer to the main puzzle in the book. He also references the puzzle and math almost every time he brings the 2nd Edition up.

I believe he is at the Maralago Club. They say he is in Palm Beach Florida, look at satellite imagery of Maralago, zoom in as much as you can, specifically the red chipwood, palm trees, parking lot, the distinctively shaped green building. I believe he is dropping hints. In previous videos he says he is going to meetings, Maralago is where Trump is having his "cabinet meetings". The stairs he waits on seems to be Maralago Club stairs, very distinct gold banister, checkered foot path. Either he has a membership to the club and is larping or there is something more going on.

Thanks for posting, I'll listen to the whole thing. Juan is interesting to listen to, but it can be frustrating when he teases something good and goes off on a tangent never to return.
There are so many things that he has said in talking to Nino or Flyover Conservatives that I just go WOW. One significant one I remember was the line of helicopters that descended upon bustling downtown LA on a Saturday night.
