Was talking to my friend that works for a local hospital. She said that they're overwhelmed with people wanting a covid test. They're not even testing people who have no symptoms because there are so many people. She said the she's had a couple people who have come in wanting a covid test and she says "Ok, what are you symptoms?" When they reply that they have no symptoms she says "We're not testing anybody not experiencing any symptoms." and then they turn around and say that they have a cough or a sore throat.

I think what they do is use training mannequins as stand-ins for the sake of a picture because it's a bit difficult for a photographer to have a hospital patient to sign a waiver. This seems to happen quite a lot. Of course, omicron is BS, but if you've known anyone who was a photographer, they typically have to ask permission to use a photo of themselves for privacy reasons. The stupidity is that they do not make a disclaimer for these photos. The news media pretty much blurs the line of propaganda on a regular basis.
