My company just asked every individual if they were inoculated, I told the dumbass HR bitch that that's Hippa violation, also told us starting next month they will be testing all unvaxed every week but not the jabbed.. The problem isn't so much the vaccines. It's the door this will open up in telling the government that they can completely control our lives by telling us what is in our "best interest".... This will NOT be a good thing....
It's supposed to be imminent danger to the health of workers for OSHA to do any of this.
But they're not making that argument, they're only concerned about unvaccinated employees. Completely ignoring the fact that vaccinated people also test positive for COVID. This is about nothing more than punishment for not taking their experimental gene therapy.
They're also ignoring that clear precedents have been set regarding public safety and medical procedures like vaccinations. For a vaccine to be mandated in the name of public safety, it must fully prevent transmission. Otherwise, you're mandating for no reason.

This is OSHA overstepping its bounds. This is not a requirement on employers, it is a requirement ON EMPLOYEES outside of OSHA's scope.
The only other vaccine requirement by OSHA is the requirement of a bloodboorne pathogens PROGRAM. Employees can deny the vaccine with a form and still do the work.

Listen to what questions John Roberts is asking. He is making the solicitor answer a lot of questions. Judge Roberts just asked if there were any other ways to treat Covid besides the vax and she reponded it is the best way (so no the only way). Judge Alito just made some good arguments about how vaccinations and other medications also have risks. Very clever - the solicitor said there are always risk-risk analysis and that only the unvaxxed can affect the unvaxxed, not the vaxxed.
Also ACB actually asked some good questions there at the end which was nice.
