While I’m pissed at them, think about the ramificatikns if every company that tries these mandates is sued out of business? There is so much in Pandora's box they do not want public. We know of the payoff's for Remdesivir and ventilators but elephant in the room will be the "with vs. from" and who instructed the administrators to "knowingly" participate in the lie.
One other lawsuit is like to see is workplaces requiring the vaccine not reporting vaccine injuries (and time off associated with vaccine side effects) as workplace injuries even though required by OSHA (but currently not enforced)
It needs to start an avalanche. Every hospital across the country who denied early treatment or treated with Remdesivir or other inappropriate drugs and those that forced vaccines on patients and workers need to sued as well. This doctor said she wasn't suing them for financial gain, just the truth. Well, the people responsible for this BS pandemic need to be sued for their their money by the people who lost loved ones and those who were damaged due to the Remdesivir and vaccines. Then, after their money has been taken, they need to be charged criminally and put in jail for at least 20 years as a reminder to those who might want to try it again. In the cases of the top people behind the scam, they should be tried for crimes against humanity and if found guilty, pay with their lives.

However, those that applied for Religious or Medical accommodations under Title VII, received the following accommodation from UAL: INDEFINITE Unpaid leave No benefits No accrual of benefits and seniority while on leave Essentially, terminated. Under the EAU and on-going P[L]andemic, the United States has become medically the equivalent of the 'Wild West'. There is no law for the requirement of vaxxination for working adults. There is no law permitting corporations to mandate vaxxination as a policy. Because of the EAU and Plandemic, there is no law preventing corporations from enacting these vaxxine mandates. Corporations have no right to make law (policy) in the absence of law, especially when it violates religious beliefs and health. It is clearly an overreach and tyrannical in character. Corporation in general, are not medical practitioners and are not insured as such. Demanding that someone wear a mask, which is designated by the FDA as a “medical device”, is the unlicensed practice of medicine. Mandating the 'COVID' injecticide is also the unlicensed practice of medicine.
To intimidate someone to get injected by the threat of firing is clear 'coercion'. This is also unlawful and is a crime.

I am a nurse in an ICU. I've been asking doctors, pharmacists, etc. "what happens when the public(who have lost friends, family, co-workers, etc) finds out that there were treatments that could have been administered to those that died of Covid?" Maybe it would have changed the outcome...maybe not! The point is IVM, HCQ, Regeneron, zinc, fluvoxamine, budesonide, etc. were not administered. In fact, doctors and practitioners were threatened with loss of job and loss of medical license if IVM or HCQ were ordered! The CEO of my hospital does not have an MD behind his name. I don't think he should be practicing medicine and I don't believe he should be telling his doctors how to practice! I was forced to either get vaxed or request/plead an exemption. I am ready for lawsuits! I want in on the ACTION! I want the sheeple doctors to have their eyes pried open!
BTW, I was diagnosed with Covid pneumonia on December 7th; I spent 7 days in the hospital; discharged to home for 3 days. Then, back into the hospital for another 7 days. I had started taking IVM before my hospital admission; I asked for IVM(knowing they would not give it). They said we cannot give you that here. I asked: "why because it fu---- works?"
