Jokes aside, at that age, kids understand fairness. And when other students get special treatment and privileges, well, that's not fair is it? So they become whatever they need to in order to be special too.

You are right about that, most kids would do about anything to get special treatment or to be acknowledged or part of the "in crowd".
Thankfully my kids were not like that. Being apart of the "in crowd", wasn't how they rolled. They did their own thing, never felt like they needed to be accepted into groups or whatever. They didn't want any part of the drama.

It should be noted that the activists wildly over-estimate the number of gay people and have for a long time. As a result, it may not be easy to tell if their numbers are actually increasing as there is a lot of questionable data out there. Often, their numbers for % of population being gay are pulled out of thin air, but when they are backed up by data, the data is also often manipulated to show what they want it to show (that there are more of them than there really are). For example, one study that was often used as the basis for their wild over-estimation would flag a woman as gay if on a questionnaire she admitted to ever kissing another woman even if she identified as straight and never dated or did anything else with a woman. Basically, any wrong answer in the questionnaire would make you gay regardless of overall status or circumstance.
And the result of their work and the promotions of homosexuality by the main stream media shows. Even the media admits that most people wildly over-estimate how many gay people there actually are. Given how they push them in the media and popular culture, it should be no surprise:

The only thing I remember about fourth grade is homework. I didn't realize I found girls attractive until at least sixth grade. Trying to teach a kindergartener about gender identity or concepts like hetero/homo sexuality makes zero sense. The only thing I remember about kindergarden was finishing my big sheet so I could play with legos.
They've been pushing the age at which children have any thoughts of sexuality lower and lower. Biology is what drives sexuality, which is based on age of puberty. Girls have definitely had their ages of puberty dropped due to hormones in foods and food containers, but it seems as if the opposite is occurring with boys. The evils of our world have tentacles into so many aspects of our society now; foods, media, education. It's almost amazing that the rates of sexual deviancy aren't even higher.

My niece's daughter says she is lesbian. 3rd grader. I asked her if she knew what being a lesbian means. She said it's a girl who think boys are gross. I then asked if she would kiss a girl. She said no, God doesn't like that! I told my niece I thought maybe her daughter thinks being a lesbian is a career choice. She (the 3rd grader) actually told me that being a lesbian would make her more money. Edit: I failed to mention her step sister is the groomer. They do no live together. Same groomer, different step sister, told she was bisexual. She's in 2nd grade.

No. We are actively trying to de-program both of these girls. I only got involved because my niece's husband recently passed away. I was not his favorite human. 40yo. Cheated on his wife. Had a baby with another woman. 3 women, 6 kids. He was a POS!

I am not minimizing what the progressives are trying to do by ANY means, but I was a horse until 5th grade. Only then did I begin to understand the difference in play and real. After that, there is hope for the children if you either remove the children from government schools or the teachers that are pushing this.
Depends on how she defined LGBTQ. Did she tell them something like, "LGBTQ people love people of either gender, are kind, compassionate, and tolerant, and those who aren't LGBTQ are evil bigots. Which are you?"
This should not be a topic in school. At all. This is insane. This is not what kids should be thinking about. They are steeling their innocence, their childhood and much more. It’s child abuse. The parents are left to pick up the pieces and society pays the price for the damage done. Stop hurting the innocents!

My great niece who is straight told me that several of her other 6th grade friends are gay. We had a long talk about all boys are stupid until they grow up. We talked about 6th graders have no clue about being gay. We talked about she is not to spend the night at any of their homes or to discuss sexual topics with them. We then repeated the conversation with her mom. Gayness is now the cool thing.
They want these kids to be gay because then they are unlikely to grow up and reproduce. Population control and destruction of society.
