Jews are not a race just like Christians are not a race. This race heist goes back to the 18th century mistranslation of the bible. Judaism equals Pharisees, a not so pleasant and violent group of people. Jesus referred to them as children of Satan.

Being Jewish is more ethnicity than a race. The two have some things in common, but ethnic groups are more often about a shared culture, lineage, or living space, vs race is typically defined on ourward appearances. So Jewish people can be white, but also not, and being white doesn't stop them from being ethically Jewish, not part of a Jewish race. The two aren't really conflicting concepts.
Whites are from the caucuses that makes them Caucasians. jews aren't Caucasians therefore their not white?

However this is what I meant: Just because someone's name sounds or looks Jewish doesn't mean they are.
My husband is Jewish. I am Christian. My daughter is adopted, but was raised in my faith. She has my husband's Jewish last name but isn't Jewish and neither am I even though I took my husband's last name when we married.
We also know a person in this area with the same last name as ours whose family wasn't Jewish. At least he had no direct relations that he was aware of when we asked.
But the Jews who settled in Philly with my hubby's last name ARE ALL family.

To be fair… As a European white person, I have nothing against Jewish people. I merely addressed this topic as it is a notable observation. I honestly don’t know why Jews attempt to distance themselves from the white population when their skin color is very white in complexion. When I fill out ethnicity on documents, I see Black, White, Hispanic, Native American, Asian, but never Jewish. I’ve always seen Jewish as a religion and not as a race.
I agree but the truth is amongst a large portion of the very influential Jewish people's of this world they consider themselves to be a race, and see it as being of the upmost importance.
